Versa note push star twont start just jumps to on positon

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My versa not push start will not start the engine.
The radio and dash lights come on but when you
try to turn it off the radio stays on and the dash
light turn off but then turn back on by itself.

A 1996 Honda Civic just need the number under the dashboard for the fuse for the radio
