77 C 10 Runs fine then shuts off wile under power, then restarts

Motor is 305 with fresh plugs, cap, coil, Ignition Module, Plug wires.
has been running fine for a year

check as many wires as you can..next time it quits dont turn of the ign switch and check for 12 volts..

That is an old truck- sounds like a bad wire, a short- check the wires coming from your battery- check all grounds under your hood-
