do i have to have a drivers liscence to get a car on cargus

i want to buy a car from on here and make payments on it but i dont have a
drivers liscence???

First it is license, secondly CarGurus does not sell, trade, buy, lease, finance or ship cars. CarGurus ONLY advertises cars so the details are between you and the seller. Certainly I would hope you posses a driver's license before operating a vehicle on any highway in the USA.
