I have a ford mondeo 59 plate the traction control light keeps coming on which in turn puts the engine malfunction light to come the car goes in to limp mode until I turn engine off and back on then it's ok until it does it again any ideas what problem could be thanks

Traction control works by comparing the individual wheel speeds. It's probably a bad wheel speed sensor or the device that does the comparing.
