My 2010 Chevy Malibu won't start until I disconnect the negative battery cable and reconnect it and then it starts
I go out to start my 2010 Chevy Malibu and it won't start. I get out disconnect
the negative battery cable and then reconnect it and it will start.
Does it not crank or does it crank and not start. If it won't crank check the neg battery terminal and the cable itself, if it cranks but won't start disconnecting the battery clears all codes so the next time it happens you need to get it hooked to a scanner to see which signal is missing. It could be something like a crank or cam sensor out of sync or bad.
