How to install a oil pump

Drain oil, remove oil pan, unbolt oil pickup tube & remove, unbolt oil pump and remove separate oil pump drive shaft from oil pump, clean oil pump gasket surface and oil pan gasket surfaces on engine block and oil pan, install new oil pump and drive, reinstall oil pickup tube, reinstall oil pan fill oil to proper level. Start engine and check for oil pressure and leaks.
