I lost my key, took out tumbler replaced it and now my car isnt starting

I have a 2001 Ford Crown Vic p71 so I took out the
ignition tumbler and replaced it I found the key (original), it
still won't start. I'm told that it's not getting fuel what do I
do

This is a security system problem. Visit your local Ford Dealer for repairs. Hope that helps! Jim
