Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I'm restoring my 68 Javelin and the breaks are touchy and lock up.  What
should I do?

Have you replaced any parts - like the master cylinder? If so, the replacement MC may have a different bore size, resulting in too much pressure when touching the brake pedal. If no parts were replaced, you may just have a corroded line that is retaining pressure, same with calipers. There's a bunch of reasons that can cause touchy brakes, you just need to go through them.
