The truck-based Toyota Sequoia was introduced in 2001. The most notable thing about the Sequoia is its size. It’s huge. Designed to compete with the Ford Expedition, the Sequoia is meant for drivers who often carry a lot of passengers or a lot of cargo. The interior of the Sequoia is well designed to take advantage of the extra space, with plenty of cubbies and storage. The third row seats are removable, and the second row seats fold, to create a large amount of cargo space.
The 2001 Sequoia is available in two trims, the SR5 and the Limited. The Limited is the more luxurious version, with leather seating, front and rear air conditioning, and an upgraded stereo. Both share a 4.7-liter, 280 power V8, and both are available as a two or four-wheel drive. Not surprisingly, fuel economy is 14/17.
Despite its size and heft, drivers say their 2001 Sequoias are easy to drive and handle quite well. Owners also say the cars are very reliable and perform very well in the snow. Most complaints are not surprising, giving the 2001 Sequoia’s size. Drivers say the car is difficult to get into and park, and has poor gas mileage. Another complaint is limited rear visibility.
The audio system in my car will sometimes not work after starting the car and other times it will work. Sometimes it wont work at first then randomly kick in later. right now it seems there is a 50/50 chance the audio works after starting the car.
Just changed starter in 2001 Toyota Sequoia, started truck and ran it for a few minutes, then after shutting off it won't start again.starter isn't making any kind of noise.seems to be electrical issue.
vsc trac off mean scan with c1363, does it cost a lot to fix this problem? is it safe to drive without fixing it?

Nothing In the back of my truck works is it local electrical issues? A fuse? or just my shitty luck? lol The rear window does not go down/up anymore AT ALL The trunk dome light doesn't work The trunk interior side lights do not work Rear windshield doesn't work Rear defroster doesn't work this came out of no where BTW. I bought the truck used I've had it about 7 months. the dealer said the back window didn't roll down when they first got it but they had gotten it fixed. which is true because when I bought it, it worked--- kinda. I could roll it down using the keypad but not up. the interior dome light never worked since I've had it. sooooo is it a wiring issue in the door maybe? or a fuse? its driving me crazy
