Great communication, easy process.

I was quite skeptical to use an online platform, to sell my truck. After doing a little research, I found CarGurus (CarOffer) to have given the highest offer. They made the transaction beyond easy and I can’t believe it! I received the total amount quoted, within 24 hours of the sale. I did have a minor hiccup with the vehicle inspection app/submission. It was quickly worked out on the evening of vehicle pickup.

The process was easy

I received an offer higher than any other company. The complete transaction was very easy to understand from start to finish. The person that came to pick up our car was friendly, knowledgeable and completed the process quickly.
The only part that was somewhat difficult for us was turning over our title and car with only a promise of money. However, within 48 hours our money was direct deposited into our account. We would definitely use CarGurus again.

This was the first time I used a service like this, it was great communication with the car gurus team…..transaction secure and in time… the only hitch was the first pick up was scheduled cancelled by the provider as they were overbooked but the customer service team from CarGurus got it together and rebooked and got our car picked up a few days later without an issue. Although we could’ve sold our car for more money on our own, it made sense timewise to sell it for a fair convenient wholesaler price.

Painless process. Well trained staff. Would do it again!
