Good price, good experience

Car Gurus is very organized and easy to deal with. They seem to have the experience and staff to make things work as promised. They gave me a very good price for my car, which I believe was better than new car dealers would offer, and it was known well in advance of my new car purchase.

Straight Forward Transaction!!!

I contacted another company that shall remain nameless and their offer (on paper) was higher than CarGurus. They provided a printed certificate and I had to drive the car to the dealerships they suggested. this was a hassle because the usual used car salesman tactics kicked in and the "buyer" took my car for a test drive with the sales manager and when they returned they offered less than was originally offered on the nameless company's certificate and less then the CarGurus offer. So i said thank you I'll go with CarGurus and left. I didn't waste anymore of my time by visiting the other dealerships the nameless company recommended.

My experience with the CarGurus sales process was great!!! CarGurus made an offer and that was the amount i was paid for my car! No gimmicks! No sales mumbo jumbo! I spoke to three different associates (Alexandra, Yahaira & Samaira) throughout the process, and all did a fantastic job at answering my questions. They were all true professionals! At first I was skeptical about the payment process. I was only used to the old way of doing things..."here's the money, here's the keys." Not to mention the nameless company experience left a bad taste about the online sales process! The associates assured me the payment would be available within 24-48 hrs. I took a leap of faith and agreed.

The day before the scheduled pickup the company assigned contacted and ensured I'd received the FedEx package. They set the ETA and arrived on time as agreed. They took very good care when loading the car onto the transporter. At this point the car was technically no longer mine but it was nice to see the respect and care they took while loading the car.

I was very pleased to see the funds deposited in my account that evening at 12am.
The overall process was courteous, professional and they delivered as promised. I would recommend this to anyone looking to sell their car.

Smooth

Everything about the process was smooth and easy. I did follow the VIP pre-check for photos and 360 of my car, which took about 20 min - but sped up all other aspects of process. Pickup took about an hour total for paperwork review and driver getting their own photos.

Cargurus did what they said they would!

Not being familiar with the process I was apprehensive from beginning to end and Cargurus kept me informed and met all commitments. The final contact appointment had a slight hiccup in execution but by then the agent, the scheduler, and I kept each other informed and the pickup went as planned!
