Everything went fast and right on time great company to deal with

The initial quote came rapidly after completing a very brief form about the car. The two places where the process went a little slower than expected were after my acceptance of the offer and the time between their approval and the pick up of the car. It took 3 days for them to confirm the offer after I accepted. I did, however, submit my acceptance on a Saturday, which may have impacted the timing. It then took 8 days for them to contract with a vendor to pick up my car and close the sale. I expected that to take much less time. It wasn't a major issue for me and didn't reduce my pleasure with the overall ease of the process. They also gave me the best offer I could find. I definitely would use CarGurus again to sell a car.

Excellent personnel

I needed to sell my car because I can no longer drive. Not being able to drive made it tricky to take it to a dealership to sell it. CarGurus made a good offer for my vehicle, and they picked up the car from my home and gave me a check. Fairly quick and simple process. I would recommend CarGurus to anyone who has a vehicle to sell.
