I dealt with your two main rivals first, and they put roadblocks into the process from the beginning. CarGurus' process made sense from the beginning until pickup of the vehicle. They went out of their way to be accommodating for my situation (selling a car in probate) and explained the process and everything went smoothly. The signing process went as planned, and the people who picked up the car were professional and thorough. They were head and shoulders above the competition.
