The Grand Highlander excelled in providing ample seating and cargo space, making it a practical choice for families.

During testing, it averaged 26 mpg on a balanced city and highway route. The powertrain provided rewarding acceleration, and the ride quality was soft and isolating. However, handling was secure only up to a point, with early tire scrub and squeal. The Grand Highlander excelled in outward visibility, aided by front, rear, and top-down cameras.

The 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLB catered to urbanites needing a roomy yet compact SUV. It offered an optional third-row seat for children, dual-zone automatic climate control, and eight-way power-adjustable front seats.
