The 2007 Ford Ranger remains largely unchanged from the popular 2006 version. The base version is a 2-door truck with a new, fuel-efficient 2.3-liter DOHC I4 engine rated at 143 horsepower and capable of achieving 24 city/29 highway mileage.
Other options include a Sport version which comes standard with a 3.0-liter V6 rated at 148 horsepower. A 5-speed manual transmission is also available. New options include exterior paint in Vista Blue and Pueblo Gold.
So my blower motor keeps getting stuck on low fan speed , but I’ve replaced my blower motor resistor, and the pig tail , plug going to it , and that worked for a couple days , but than it got stuck on low fan speed again , and sometimes , I will be driving , and it will randomly kick back on , and work normally again , any suggestions, or tricks I should try thanks

I have a loud banging in the front of my Ranger every couple of hundred of feet when it is in 4 wheel high. When I stop and put the switch to 2 wheel drive it will bang once more an does not do it again.
