I just bought a 2001 Mercury Sable LS Wagon with a V6 engine. This is my first car and so I am not sure what gas to put in it. My sister drives a 2007 Lexus RX350 which also has a V6 engine and she puts in 93 or premium gas. Do I have to put in premium/93 gas as well? If not then what gas should I put in?
My car has been parked for about 8 years. It cranked up great but was having white smoke that smelled of coolant. It was running great when it was parked. There is no smoke coming from the exhaust. It is coming from the passenger side and by the radiator. No warning lights are on the dash. Did not run hot. Please help me..
