Used Chevrolet Impala SS FWD for Sale in Chicago, IL

The listing Was not accurate with the condition of the vehicle. The vehicle hood was rusty, the picture used in the listing was taken three years ago. Salesman assured me it was only the brakes that had issues, only to discover several other problems with vehicle after it was bought.. Not happy with the purchase, I sent a mail to the dealer, which was ignored...Won't recommend them.

If there were zero stars that is what we would give. We were negotiating a price with Nick and after 3 days of not hearing from him we texted and, were told in a voicemail we would be called that afternoon and the next day I see on Car Gurus that the car is sold. Not the way business should be handled in my book. Find another dealer people, these guys are not worth the frustration they cause you.

They were very nice I got a nice vehicle slight problem they fix it in one day I’m very happy it’s a great place friendly people very clean great Vehicles there thank you I will go back again if I need another car no doubt
