Deceptive practices like this make me concerned about other things they may be doing. They use Car Guru to lead you in and deceive you about the price. Complete deception. I told them I am willing to pay fair market price plus tax and registration. Not heard back from them. Sent them a competitors price and have not heard back. Their excuse was that they could not get the attachment. I forwarded the attachment from the last email and have not heard back. Tired of dealing with them they are wasting my time. Buying a car should not cause this much stress. The salesman has been nice is the only reason I give them a 2"
