The 2024 Hyundai Sonata SEL is great for its value. It has a lot of good safety features that are standard. The missing features are a more customizable gauge being that the screen is digital. The center of the garage clusters are changeable & offer good information. This is common with most full screen dashboards. The infotainment screen in the center is large. I believe this helps make the car features user friendly. Everything is straight forward. The overall ride is smooth. I would say on par with the Honda Accord. The Sonata’s 8 speed automatic transmission shifts are smooth & is not noticeable.

Of course, there is a penalty to pay at the gas pump, but otherwise the N Line delivers. In general, new rear-seat air conditioning vents and improved crash-test ratings boost the 2025 Sonata’s appeal and while gas models aren’t very fuel-efficient, the Hyundai Sonata Hybrid fares better in this respect.
