I have purchased my last two cars from Zeck Ford, This last time I inquired about a "NEW" 2017 F-250 that was advertised with 2 miles. It turns out that this truck was used as a loaner and it actually had 1,800 miles and still advertised as "NEW" I was told that they do not update there website with mileage until the cars come out of the loaner program. I find this to be very misleading. This actually happened to us when we went there to look at another advertised "NEW" car about a month prior ends up it was the same situation for that one we actually went there as the salesperson said it was there and available (didn't say anything about the almost 3k miles on it) that was a two hour round trip for nothing. The past two cars I purchased from Zeck Ford I did not have any trouble. It would be nice if the would advertise these cars on their site as being loaner or demo cars.

Zeck Ford was great to deal with overall. I comtacted Michael about my vehicle and flew to Kansas City less than 24 hours later. The staff was friendly and made the process very smooth. Nino was very patient as I test drove two different vehicles two times each! He never pressured me or rushed me through the process. I am very pleased with my new (to me) Ford Transit.

I found a 2017 Ford Fusion Sport on CarGurus at Zeck Ford. The listing photo was from the auction so I emailed the dealer right away asking for pictures once they became available. Lindsey Freeman got back to me almost immediately and kept me informed along the way. After a 4.5 hour drive down to Leavenworth, I was met by friendly sales-staff that had the car out and ready to test drive as soon as I got there. I worked with Nino Williams, he was very knowledgable, friendly, accommodating and no pressure. He was as transparent as possible with the Zeck's business processes before we signed anything and pushed my car to the front of the line for detailing. Great salesman and would highly recommend Nino as well as the entire Zeck Ford operation!

Expect to pay what is listed for vehicle price. Found a vehicle with less miles elsewhere for less money. The other vehicle didn't have some engine modification or fancy wheels, but I saved $3985 dollars. They did look at the other vehicle and compare the two but in the end no attempt was made to lower their price at all.

Truck was not on the lot, being delivered from Canada. I told them to let me know when it got there, the day it arrived I was asked to come see it and told them it would not be till Friday. Was told they had another appointment for the truck and if I couldn’t that day it prob would not be there... even though I was the first to ask about it... told them fine keep it... and then they keep calling and texting me to look at other vehicles...

I'm up in the air on this review. The service was good up until we were ready to purchase the vehicle and it just died as they were pulling it around. They had no explanation as to why. We were pretty much ignored from then on as everyone was so focused on the vehicle, so we walked away. I contacted them later, just out of curiosity, as to what the report was on the problem and no one responded. Not once.

We looked at the car on Sunday I received a phone call and email the next morning letting us know the car was still for sale and if we went to test drive, Our sales person Nino was very helpful, the staff was very nice buying the suv was very pain less no pressure, The only problem we had is I know this was a used suv but the shop did not check the air filter it was very dirty the cabin filter hadn't be changed it looked like the filter that was in the car when it was new,the car still smells like smoke

After calling about the vehical it was listed as blue but was actually white, was listed as a SB (shortbed) but was actually a long bed with this being said I gave a poor rating

First of all Kenyetta was phenomenal with her communication and information over email on several vehicles I was interested in. Then Grant the actual salesmen was very helpful and informative. For the most part contact with them was okay except for one question about the vehicle they never answered. My wife and I drove up to see the vehicle and were very disappointed in its overall condition considering how it was priced.

Car sold 4-5 hours before my appointment. Arrived to find it was no longer there. Email notification sent by dealer less than two hours before my appointment. Was already driving there so did not see email until later. Did receive apologies from dealer by email 1-2 days later with offer to look for similar vehicles & notify me of these options.

I scheduled an appointment to test drive the vehicle l was interested in purchasing. I waited for over 20 minutes for assistance and then another 20 for keys after l saw tje gentleman that was to get tje keys. He had brought someone else keys. I left. He called to apologize but it was too late. I am spending a lot of my hard earned money and l sincerely appreciate good service. Can't say l received it fom this dealership.

Austen has contacted me by email and was very polite and helpful. The one thing that concerns me and should be considered before negotiating a purchase with Zeck is that they have a $494 dealer admin fee. I consider the cost of doing the paperwork, title transfers etc a cost of doing business and should be built into the cost of the car. I have never complained about a $99 fee, but because of the Zeck $494 dealer admin fee, I am no longer considering them for a car purchase.

Good experience. The are a no-hassle dealership and left no room for negotiating. Half the fun of buying a car is bargaining. I found something that I liked better and was able to negotiate a good price. Also, felt that it was a "busy" environment with lots of distractions and never was sure if all the attention was on me. The desk stations were right out in the open with salespeople, customers, etc. everywhere.

Although this is not the vehicle I bought they were able to get me in a newer one. The process I found to be interesting there was no pressure. The sales rep was good and there was no pressure to buy. There is also no negotiation in the price. Be also prepared to add $405 to the cost of the car so they can transfer the title and mail it to you. Overall the whole staff was cordial and easy to talk to.

The car I looked at was dirty when they knew that I was coming to look at it the night before. When I told the sales person I wanted to look at a silver one because of the flaws with the black one they appeared to be annoyed with me. The manager was nice but I drove an hour each way to look at the car. Really disappointed wasting an evening and walking away empty handed.

This place is run like a collage dormitory. Loud music, unprofessional atmosphere, no uniforms so you have no idea who is an employee and who is a customer. I made an appointment to look at the car I wanted. Drove an hour to see it. I was on time but was forced to wait an hour to see a salesman. I should have left right then but I was patient. After seeing the sales associate it took another full hour to finally see the car and drive it. These people do not know what they are doing. I lined the car and decided to buy it. Then I had to wait another two hours to sign my paper work. It was ridiculous and very unprofessional. After purchasing the car I again was disappointed when received my title in the mail, it was not notarized and the person that tried to fill it out made two mistakes that required amendments that were not included. So I had to drive an hour both ways to get the amendments and the title motorized so I could register my car. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

This dealer was very interested in finding the right vehicle and making sure to address all of our questions. If I was to offer any complaint it would be too many request for reviews after the sale. This is the 3rd such request of which we have already responded to two. We have had several follow-up communications from the vendor to make sure everything is satisfactory. The facility was clean, and they held the vehicle until our appointment which was not the case with two other dealers we had contacted. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and although several people were involved in finalizing our sale it was relatively seamless on our end. Very satisfied with this dealier.

People from Arkansas, Nebraska, and Springfield coming just to buy a car. I purchased my car on a Wednesday and by Thursday it was in the shop. It wasn't the original car that I wanted because they had sold it to someone else even though I was pre-approved and that I was on my way to look at the car. They wouldn't budge on the price but I didn't mind since they were the cheapest in town for a new car. They told me how they inspect the car top to bottom but the air conditioning went out as soon as I drove off the lot. I called them and they said that I could take it to any Ford dealership and get it fixed. So I took it to another Ford dealership that was closer to me. They told me it would be ready the next day and then the next day until it was Saturday and I still had no car. Then I called Zeck to see if I could get the car fixed any faster if I brought it back there and they told me that they couldn't even look at it until Wednesday. I talked to the manager at Zeck on Monday and asked him what could they do for the inconvenience and in a nut shell he said oh well nothing he can do about it and said if anything else happened to the car to let him know. A gas card or something would have been a nice gesture but I got kind of an oh well in a nice way. So not the car I originally wanted, car went into the shop for 5 days, and I was written off in a nice way. Thank you so much Zeck for a nice but terrible car buying experience. The reason for the 2 star instead of 1 is because they were nice when I bought the car.

They advertise a vehicle that no one there knows anything about. I found it listed on several websites, including 3 times on Craig's list. My husband spoke to more than one salesperson who wanted to sell him something else but knew nothing about the one advertised. We found the same scam with other dealers but not to this extent.

Very easy to work with with no pressure. I have not decided whether I am a fan of "no haggle" pricing though. I went with the impression I could get them down on the price of the vehicle a little but they didn't budge from the published price.

I had a fantastic experience at Zeck Ford. Rick Mears was great. I had driven a vehicle two days prior to my purchase and when I went back, they had sold the vehicle I wanted. Rick took the time to find out what was important to me and found exactly what I was looking for. He didn't just try to sell me something else on the lot. It was just my 3 year old son and me shopping because my wife was out of town. Rick took time wth me and played with my son to help keep him occupied while I was filling out paperwork. He was genuinely honest and nice, which is refreshing in a salesman. When I am ready for my next vehicle, I will definately go looking for Rick. I will give him the first opportunity, even if he is selling 30 year old Yugo's when I find him. Thanks Rick.

We were looking for a used Edge for my wife and found they had several at Zeck Ford. I made an appointment with Jason. When we arrived he had narrowed down the selection to the ones that had the options we were looking for. He was patient and attentive while we tried to figure out which one we liked the best. Once we figured out which one we wanted, the process went quickly and smoothly. We never felt pressured or rushed, but it seemed to take no time at all to wrap things up. I'd definitely recommend Zeck. Not only was Jason helpful and friendly, but everyone there was. The owner even came over and spoke with us while we were there. Great service!

First, Zeck Ford seems commited to customer service!!! Great dealership with great people. We drove 3 hours to get our 2011 Ford Flex Titanium, it was worth the drive. I spoke to Jace Grabouski on a Tues and inquired about the car, they still had it. Told him about the troubles we've encountered with 2 other dealers and was very sympathetic toward our situation. After our initial call, Jace asked all the right questions and we submitted our financial information to him. After a couple of days, he got back to me and we had everything worked out. The cool thing about Zeck Ford is the no haggle pricing, it's lower than blue book and really is a great deal!!! After the process of financing, I told him we had a trade. Gave him the payoff and they gave a little more than that for my Jeep, sight unseen. Through this whole process Jace was calling me any chance he could to make sure we were coming up to see him. On Saturday, a few days after our first talk, we drove up to get the car. I was prepared to be there for at least 3-4 hours, like most car dealerships, and leave frustrated and without the the car. You know how painful buying a vehicle is, it can be a terrible experience. We get there, Jace has all the paperwork done, ready to be signed, Car detailed and looking great. The whole process took about an hour or so!!! Got us in and got us out, NO HASSLES!!! Did exactly what he said he would do. Hell, we got there and upon our arrival Jace told us he had some bad news about the car and showed us a small door ding in the driver side door that happened on the lot. He went so far as to get that removed and paid for by them at a shop of our choosing in the Wichita area. An honest dealership! No Way!!! We get home and love the car, can't say enough about these guys. A couple days go by, they call to make sure everything is to our liking and we receive a package. Thinking it was stuff I might have left in the Jeep, i was impressed with that, I opened the box, and they sent us a thank you note with a batch of the best damn brownies I've ever eaten!!! If you need to buy a car and you're not afraid to drive a few hours, these guys are worth the drive!!! Seriously great people and one hell of a dealership. They went above and beyond to make us happy and they accomplished that!!! Ten Fold!!! When we are in the market for a new car, we are going back without hesitation!!! You should to.
