Claudia was helpful and the truck was everything they said it would be. The truck could have been could have been cleaned up a little better when we came to look at it. We had a couple questions on the vehicle after we inspected if which were handled promptly. We got a great truck at a fair price. Nice work Sneed Ford, I'd go back for my next vehicle.

Truck was sold. My inquiry was after hours online. They contacted me following day to inform me it was sold. I was told there was a similar truck ( it was ) but that one was over budget.

The sales person responded quickly and was helpful. When we arrived the sales person ,Claudia, answered all our questions and we did not feel over pressured to purchase the vehicle. When we decided to purchase the truck they moved the paperwork through in an expedited manner so we get the truck and get on our 3 hour trip home.

Called several times no one answered the phone. Finally talk to Rich . Nice enough guy, turn in a credit application online. Seriously interested in a mustang, and no one ever called me back. I didn’t want to drive all the way there and play the dealership’s games. So I guess they aren’t interested in dealing with people unless they are there in person. Oh by the way Rich finally called back 3 days later! Geese what a way to feel make your customer feel important!

It was a great visit on getting my used 2017 min and Ruth hooked me up with my credit. But disappointed about hardly any gas and oil percentage was low. But they gave me an oil change. But I had to drive an hour away for it

Dealer offered us 6000 for our A-1 car which retail books for 12600. There car of course only qualifies for retail price. Find another dealership and don't waste your time!

They are in the running for my business. They have an inventory that meets my needs. If they would deal a bit more via digital communication I might purchase from them.

We would give our salesperson 4 or 5 stars because she was quite sweet, friendly and honest. She wasn't high pressure and respected our wants and needs with some great suggestions of her own (Crystal). That said, this was the most AWKWARD car shopping experience because the owner kept berating the employees in front of all the customers. He was polite to us until we wanted to know what we could get for our trade. Basically, the guy crunching the numbers (also very nice) was told to just let the computer do it's job. We were offered literally half price for what we paid for our 2016 showroom truck (all the bells and whistles), which was quite insulting. We were told that buying used was too much of a risk and the truck would be sent to auction, so they'd give us that value. Now, I wonder how a vehicle like ours in excellent condition and low mileage would be more risky than the vehicles Sneed Ford has purchased at auction, and many of them have lemon titles. Beware. We also understand that this is a business with 300 cars coming in monthly and money needs to be made. However, treating the customers like you're herding cattle is not good customer service.

Mr. Sneed himself came out and made the deal. Made it impossible to say no. The deal was too good.

When I contacted them with questions by email, the car apparently had already sold. They neither responded to my questions nor to let me know the car sold. Learned the car sold only by checking their website. Lack of responviveness not appreciated.

After seeing this car online I reached out to the dealer and they were very helpful. After visiting with the dealer further I drove out and test drove the car and absolutely fell in love with it. Our salesman was extremely helpful and answered any and all questions about the car. My wonderful experience didn't stop there, the finance dept was also very helpful in getting us the best rate possible and got our payment right where it needed to be. If you are looking for top notch customer service, great cars that are reasonably priced, and great service after the sale, then look no further than Dennis Sneed Ford. As for myself, they made this the best car buying experience I've ever had and will definitely be a repeat customer.

We drove out to see this white Fiesta ST. We were told it had sold two weeks before. No problem, we should have called first. I was still looking three weeks later and this car was still posted for sale. I contacted the dealer via Car Gurus and sure enough they called. They left a voicemail and wanted to talk about the car. Talk about what? The car had been sold 5 weeks before! Why is it still posted on several websites?

I used the online chat to find out more about the vehicle. After chatting with a sales rep I told him I would be at the dealership in 30 minutes to see the vehicle. When I arrived 30 minutes later someone had purchased the vehicle and was driving away in it. That would have been nice to know before I drove up there. On a side note the person I was chatting with online was helping another customer when I arrived. Another sales person was "helping" me, but he seemed inconvenienced by me instead of eager to help.

Super easy to work with. Love the no hassle, no hidden fees purchase. I live in NV and flew out to get the car. I was in and out of there in about an hour. They even picked me up at the airport in my new car.

The car I had inquired about had been sold before I got there but they had numerous great deals on the lot. My sales rep was awesome and easy to deal with.

The owner showed me the receipt he paid for it. added his mark up and we were done. both satisfied. thats how they all should be. I will buy there again.

It was very good and easy. Not what you might expect from old days when took hours to maybe work out a deal. The car was competitive priced from the start.
