I found their people to be very polite and professional when I inquired about the car I had interest in. When I visited the dealership they were very professional and helpful in answering my questions. Good dealer.

Beware of Metro Ford sales tactics - salesman's agreeing to a "Deal" then backtracking after the "mysterious manager in the corner" puts the "squeeze on". Twice I had a "Deal" once verbal and one by e-mail only to be played against another potential buyer.......communication mysteriously stopped until it was sold......obvious questionable sales shenanigan's. I value honest communication and expect the same from those I deal with.......I did not receive that here, and will warn others. I would give zero stars if I could.

I contacted the dealership from their website on a Friday. I had described my trade in and furnished my vin as requested. I gave a trade difference I was wanting to pay. I had asked if this was fair offer before I made the hour and a half trip to the dealership and continent on actually seeing my vehicle and theirs. The Sales manager didn't want to answer that question only wanted for me to call. i then contacted another dealership who had the same car only in silver but same year and same low miles. I made the offer to that dealership and they accepted based on actually seeing the car. So the next day (Saturday) I drove to the other dealership and paid for the car. The internet manager of Metro was very helpfull and tried to get the manager to respond. It wasn't until Monday did they respond but by then too late.

I live in Florida and have had a hard time finding the exact car I wanted because not many were made. I found the one I wanted online in Missouri. I have worked long distance with the Internet team and have been very pleased with the promptness, thoroughness, and willingness to spend extra time informing me about all the details on the car. They overnighted me paperwork and made sure the car was ready to be transported to Florida.

I contacted dealer and they would never give me a price on the vehicle. I stopped in after work and the car wasn't even on the lot. No one around to help me. I left and won't be back ever.

Very pleasant to deal with. They responded to my inquiry quick, and gave me all info regarding the Ford Escape I was interested in. Although the one I initially asked about didn't work out, the salesperson followed up as promised with another option that met my criteria. The people were great, but the prices were a little high compared to other dealers with similar models. I purchased elsewhere but would definitely look here again next time I am in the market.

Jordan was great. And Eric (??)checked on mudflaps for me even though I wouldn't be purchasing there and got the keypad number re-set after I returned when I realized I wasn't given information. Salesperson was out. People there pick-up day were good.

Made insulting remarks. While checking out car, had a clipboard with list of things to look at. When time came for negotiating a price, mgr made a comment, "You people come in with a list of things and you nitpick. . ." They said, "Give me your clipboard so we can see what I found. . ." Of course, I said no. Then berated me when I mentioned I used KBB, NADA and Edmund's car values as a starting price to negotiate from. Chastised me again by saying, "They are tired of people like me quoting KBB. You can't go by their numbers. . ." They argued about the difference between the lot price and the Internet price, which is the one I came in on. They said they already lowered the price. My response was I'm working with the Internet price, that I don't care what the other price is. Bottom line, they tried to make me out as stupid. They insulted me to the point of making mad. It went back and forth until I got up and just walked out. Obviously, I will never go back to that dealership.
