Chris Fisher from Vic Canever got back to me immediately! He was awesome to work with! He treated me extremely fair and like an equal! The truck I ended up purchasing was priced below blue book value. I didn't have to do hardly anything besides check out the truck and sign the paperwork. Initially I found a truck on Car Gurus but it wasn't exactly what I wanted. My sales specialist Chris worked with me to find exactly what I needed and wanted.... Even down to the right grill on the truck... They didn't pressure me at all. He made sure I was getting the best deal possible and had the financing done right away! This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Vic Canever, the other two were from my late Uncle. Even with him gone, they still took wonderful care of me!

The salesman was very nice. But said
the car I wanted to look at was just sold
I had called before driving there and was
told it was available. He tried to get me
to look at some other cars, but they
were not what I wanted. However, the
car I was interested in continued to be
for sale on line. And each time I called I
was told either it was still available or it
wasn't. This went on for a month. Last
week after I emailed that I was
interested in the car, I received an email
to call and come in for a test drive.
When I called to arrange a test drive,
again was told it was sold. I have since
concluded this is a "bait" to get you
there and then try and peddle something
else to you.. I'm disappointed, but at
least they were nice to me while doing
this. The last person at another dealer
screamed at me.

Ed Pallendeno was great. Ge was open,
honest and enuinely cared about us, te
customer. It was refreshing to deal with
a salesman that wasn't trying to sell
you what they wanted you to have. We
got the car we wanted on the terms we
wanted. Great experience. I would

I received EXCELLENT service from Vic Canever Chevrolet. There
is nothing more important than being able to trust a dealer to stand
behind their word and product. I have never received this kind of
service from a dealer before. They made me feel like they valued
and appreciated my business so I WILL be back. It's refreshing to
deal with people that aren't only after the almighty dollar and
demonstrate it through their actions.

The customer service was great and they were very helpful and fun to
work with. However, there was an issue with the car that should have
been easily seen by the mechanic who checked out the car. I didn't find it
until it was too late to have it addressed. It wasn't a huge problem and
the car runs beautifully, but it showed a bit of sloppiness when they check
cars over.
