Pricing shown on CarGurus is not accurate at all. They will tell you that there is a reconditioning cost and an additional certification cost that can't be removed to drive the price up. Not sure if this is the tactic used by the sales manager Israel Aguilar or just general practice at Tom Peacock Nissan. Either way, they won't earn my business.

We bought the car, but we did not read the fine print. They offer a Certified Pre-owned vehicle at a price. We liked the price and went to do business. FIRST: The price quoted is for the car WITHOUT the certification. That added TWO line items of about $1,300.00 EACH. One for the certification, the other for the 180 point inspection. SECOND: Even though I was clearly told that I would not be charged for all the nickel and dime things they put on a new car when I saw the statement, they were all there. $350 for nitrogen in the tires (it costs them about $25 for all four tires. Money for some coating; money for some door liners, etc. etc. I threatened to walk out and they took out some of the items, not all. THIRD: Although this is typical of dealerships, we were there for FIVE HOURS. You'd think they would come up with a way to expedite matters.

I drove 2 hours and decided to check on the reviews and didn’t like what I read, so I stopped and called them. They were nice on the phone and I told them I would like a out the door price and asked about the reconditioning fee. She told me she would put her hands on the truck and get me a price and call me back in 1.5 hours. I gave her 2 hours and no call back . I drove back home and she called back around 3 hours later and said she would send me the price and never did. I was already pre-approved and money in hand all they had to do was answer my question and I would of brought the truck. Very disappointed. If you want a better review then follow through with what the customer asks.

I would rate lower but I cant so here is the 1 star I have been to this dealer twice and the cars they show on cargurus they say they sold but they are still online and available they want to put you in a car that they want you to have I wouldnt go to this dealer ever again

This dealer practices shady sales. I contacted one of the sales reps and planned a 4 hour trip to view and discuss the vehicle. Once in the lobby I was presented paperwork showing an additional "MANDATORY" charge for them reconditioning the vehicle. So the listed price was never achievable. I left very upset for driving 8 total hours to witness their scam. Oh, and I had asked what the out the door price was and was told that all financial discussion had to be done in person. USED BUYERS BEWARE.

The experience at Tom Peacock was the worse we have ever experienced. After making an appointment on October 5th at 8 am for 1PM and driving over 2 1/2 hours to the dealership. They were unable to find the car for almost an hour and when they did it was filthy. Liquid spilled on the doors that had become sticky. Sticky substance in different parts of the vehicle. After test driving the vehicle and being promised it would be cleaned, we were then hit with a price that was 3000.00 more than the advertised price. When asked why, they stated that a reconditioned fee added to be added on to the advertised price for close to 2000.00 dollars. After wasting a whole day driving to Houston, we couldn't even get the used car manager to come out and address the issues. Please beware.

The dealer at the dealership was trying to be slick and talk fast to throw in some add-ons that we dint want, he agreed to remove them and when it came down to finishing signing paper work we noticed he never took them off at the end of the day after being there half a day he took off partial add-ons he was just in such a hurry he dint even tell us our apr had went higher

I made the mistake of going to shop there on the Labor Day weekend. It was chaotic. I was not sent to the person I had contacted online. I was kept waiting for long periods of time. When I was ready to leave I was delayed by "closer" types who tried to pressure me into buying that day or making an appointment earlier than I requested.

Made an appt to possibly buy the vehicle. Gave the dealer all the information they needed plus payoff of my truck. When to verify they still had the truck cause their salesman had went cold on me. Wouldn't return my calls or emails. Finally an email saying they sold the truck. All after I made financial arrangements to buy the truck.

they replied and have kept me up to date. The Altima I was looking for was already sold, but they sent me another to look at. Went by on Saturday, to look at the other Altima. It was even better than the one I had sent inquiry on. They worked with me to get me financed and I drove out in my 2018 Altima.

ADRIAN was my sales guy. I will NEVER buy a car from them again Absolutely pathetic I bought a used Tahoe from them After I payed I meant nothing to them They refused to even fill it up with gas Part of the deal was they would get me mud mats It’s been over 2 months and I still have no mud mats I call them and the just send me in circles lying to me It’s clear they don’t care to hold up their end of the bargain since the deal is already done

This dealer uses bait and switch pricing on their internet ads. Would never go back. They advertise one price then want to add thousands of dollars for preparation costs when you try to buy the vehicle.

Dealership was nice and clean. Salesman was a little pushy. Decided not to buy the car there, but I have received 10 calls since then to buy the car. Even after i said no and to please stop calling. Had to add them to my blocked call list. Crazy aggressive!

I showed up at the dealership with a preapproved loan for a listing price that was given online. I took a test drive in the vehicle and I loved it, then it came to making a deal. The price given online was not the price I was given in the office, it was actually 2667 dollars more in the office for what they called a "Recondition fee" for changing tires, oil, filters and fluids. I can see that being around 400 to 600, not 2000. Then I was told that I needed to make a decision quickly because when I arrived the hood was up on the vehicle. I was informed that another buyer was looking at the same vehicle when there were no listings of viewers online previously. My appointment with the dealer was at 7:00, I showed up at 6:53. I did not appreciate the intimidation from the dealer to quickly decide and use their financing instead of my own personal credit union.

Be aware... the “selling price” of $28,777 showing is NOT what the dealership will sell it for. They are trying to add a service fee, wheel locks fee, CPO fee, nitrogen in the tires fee, and a few other misc fees, this is in addition to TT&L. The true price comes to $32K! Even after I pointed out and reminded them the price showing on Car Gurus they still would not accept $28,777 plus TT&L and I was offering cash too. This is completely unacceptable and explains why they haven’t sold it (today’s date 9/24/18...it’s been on their lot for 110 days!).

We contacted the dealership about this car and talked to Ariel who referred us to Mike since she was helping another buyer when we arrived. We found Mike to be very personable, knowledgeable, and focused on our interest. The dealership was extremely busy from great sales promotions. Mike and Israel(finance manager) worked with us until long after closing time to complete the deal then, Mike even helped transfer our personal items from our trade to our new (used) Murano. I have contacted Mike since the sale concerning 3 electronic adjustments needing to be made. He invited me to come back, let his service dept reset the system, and drive a loaner while we’re in Houston. We highly recommend Mike, Israel, and their dealership.

Felt like I was surrounded by vultures the moment I walked in. At least five salespeople surrounded me.... Told them I was there for the "advertised" Cadillac, spent 20 minutes waiting while they went to find it. LONG story short - at the end of nearly an hour there, I'm told the car was sold just a "few minutes" ago! Got up to leave, they wanted my email, etc. I said no. I was then "attacked" by another rep who tried to explain that they needed my contact info. I said no again, then I was accused of being afraid to share my contact info. I said I'm not afraid, I choose not to.... I am sorry, but this was a classic bait and switch to get customers in the door. The car is still being advertised as for sale on their website and on car gurus. Was interested in another car from another dealer, but it was sold and they immediately texted me it was gone. Tom Peacock apparently does not believe in ethical selling tactics.

After the initial contact, and after trying to sell me something I didn't want, he never contacted me again. In 2004, it use to be great service from the sales staff, the younger generation are rude, dumb, and not very good at what they do.

I sent a quote to see if they could match and Samantha never replied to my emails , after several attempts to call her on the phone I was given her manager , I sent him the quote and never heard back from any of them. Unethical business wise a either the manager or the sales person are wheeler and dealers..What a bunch of stupid Jokers.. I made an offer for the Murano car with a salesman, he did respond that he will talk to the manager and will respond by email, i waited a day or so then called again he said the the manager did not accept and he is taking offers!!!! I asked them again then make me an offer or counter offer and or the drive out price ... they responded NO we are only taking offers !!!

I went with them at the middle of the last week and I asked to one of the sales person for the suv mentioned above, and his answer/question was -why not just buy a new suv (Roge)? And I asked him again “please just show me the Sportage” and he said -I’ll show you the car.-, so he went to look for the car, and guess what, he brought to show me the new Roge, he asked me to drive it but I decided to leave the dealership, and the last Monday 5/9, just because the car was available on their webpage, I decided to try again with a different sales person, so I called them and a lady answered my call and she said -the car is still available- so I drove again 45 minutes from my home and when I was there they told me, -Sorry but we sold the car last Saturday-, I just waisted my time maybe twice because maybe they never had the car available, and also I don’t think that they were keeping the car on sale for more than two months.

They were slow to return emails- back and forth if they were accepting my offer. Then they said car was going to auction- we called them to tell them we were coming -they said it was sold! Run around !!!!

They took care of me up here. My sales male was named Keith Muhammad. He did his job the way they all should i told him what car i wanted, he showed it to me, i liked it and we started the process. He didn’t try to show me something else he didn’t pressure me to buy what i didn’t want. And to top it off the car i was buying wasn’t ready the night i went to buy it and Keith got me a loaner car for two days until my car was ready to be picked up. This was the best car buying experience i ever had.

The most important was finding the Owners manual which was critically important. The only downer was finding some fine scratches on the hood when I got back home. Which I had polished out at a detail shop in Tulsa at a cost of 160.00. If they get my Title and my tags back quickly I would say it was a very pleasing experience, I would recommend them for sure.

I was contacted immediately after I made my inquiry. Berenice scheduled a VIP appointment.When I showed the vehicle was pulled up on side of the building ready for me !!Which was awesome since it had been raining. Their staff was great since the original request all through my financing process. Overall Awesome experience!

Miss Tayler was so helpful- she put me in a better car for the same price and took very well care of all of my needs from helping me get finanacing when I didn’t think I could to making sure I got everything I wanted as far as features! A waste of time. peacock nissan is a good distance away.I spoke with Taylor and I asked if the vehicle was still there the lady told me yes. I made it there an hour later the vehicle was gone(Bull) but yet its still on the website???? I waited 25 minutes in the lobby for Taylor she never showed another sales rep ended up so-called helping. A new car is not what I wanted but he was pushing for a new car(smh)

SUV was advertised at $27,988 for a week or more. Took the time to get my family together we drive to the dealership to test drive the truck. Only for the dealership to tell me it was a price mistake online and increase the price by $5,000 waste of me and my family's time.

I came in and received an appraisal price on my 2014 Dodge Durango with 32k on the clock! The offer was a measly $14,000! Prior to my visit to this dealership, my car had already been appraised at a value of nearly $10,000 more!! As a result, I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone!! A total waste of my time visiting this dealership!!!!!

After speaking to 3 different people and all of them saying they had the car in stock. We told them we were driving an hour away if they were sure they had it and they said yes. Well we drove there and they did not have it. Worse experience and liars. Never shop with them.

The dealer contacted me on the car I was interested in. We made an appointment for me to come see the car. When I got there, the person that I was to meet with, was not there and the car I was interested in was not there either. No one else there knew anything about the car, but they were very interested in selling me something else

They put a fee on their vehicles for getting them ready to sale basically if the car need tires oil change new mirrors etc they charge the customer a separate fee he'll I was so mad about it i decided that leave damn they reconditioning fee you suppose to fix a used car up to sell it

The Dealer lied about the price of the truck. I called to ask if the price listed was indeed the true price of the vehicle. They assured me that it was. When I went to buy the vehicle they said that there was a $3,000 'reconditioning fee'! on top of the price listed by Car Gurus! They are highly deceptive and dishonest!

Corresponded with an associate several times througout the day regarding the availability of the vehicle. When I drove over an hour away to the dealership, they claimed the vehicle was taken to an auction and was unable to be sold. I immediately left. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! To make matters worse, I I continued to receive emails about the same vehicle, asking if I wanted to come in and look at it.

Terrible experience. First off, I inquired about a specific vehicle. Over the phone, everything sounds great, the specific model I'm inquiring about is in stock at the agreed price. Right before heading out the the dealer (which happens to be an hour drive) for my scheduled appointment, I called to confirm the availability of the model unit I'm going to buy. Not only that, I also exchanged conversations via email confirming availability. In both forms of communication I was informed that YES , the car is available and waiting for me at the front of the lot to view. I drive out there for my scheduled appointment. Once arrived, I ask for my sales consultant. Turns out she is not a sales consultant, she is a sales lead caller. That's okay with me. So I'm introduced to an actual sales consultant. He then proceeds to ask me what am I looking for. I then explained my conversation exchange with the sales lead and specific model unit. Apparently this conversation never occurred between the sales lead sales man. He steps away to inquire and then returns. He tells me he is going to get the keys and pull the car out to the front (I was previously inform the was in the front). So he come to get me and escorts me to the front. The vehicle is turned on waiting for me to view. So I look to the vehicle, do a walk through and view the interior. Turns out, this NOT the same vehicle I was inquiring about. I was presented withe same color, same model but different year with thousands of miles. I quickly pointed out this particular unit is NOT the one I was there for. I provided the sales manager with a stock number. He said he was going to check. After a long wait, he returns to inform me that the vehicle is was inquiring about is currently out being driven by the son of the owner. The most ridiculous excuse ever. I explained my conversation and email exchange with the sales leads confirming the vehicle being given there. He explained there was nothing he could do since the vehicle is not there and more than likely will be bought the the owners son. He then offered to show me something similar and that he would make me 'great deal'. I then asked to speak to the sales lead, I wanted to know why I was miss lead to believe the specific unit I was interested not there. The sales manager informs me that she is not available due to being out to lunch. I left furious. This was a complete case of 'Bait and Switch'. Never again will I set foot at this lot.

Very horrible customer service. The car price on car gurus was $ 9990 but when I called , they did not honor the price at all but instead they start giving me bunch of excuses. They did not take the time at all to offer me another or better deal but instead they were in hurry to hung up the phone with no regret or apology at all. I will never recommend anyone to buy a car from this lousy dealer. Take your money somewhere else and I am very sure that you will find a better deal and excellent customer service.

Made an appointment to see the vehicle in the ad. They confirmed they had it over the phone when I made the appointment. Drove out to their facility, which was over an hour from my home. They spent over an hour looking for the vehicle, and it was never found. Then they tried to upsell me on another vehicle. It was very frustrating. Also the price they listed the vehicle at does not include their fees which is an additional $2-3k on top of TTL. Essentially they led me there on false pretenses and the experience was a HUGE WASTE OF TIME.

The process was average. I would have walked away from the deal. I would give Jose Delagado in finance 6 stars. He is the reason I didn't go somewhere else. His professionalism is unseen in today's world. Please seek him if you are serious about buying from and take his advice.

LIARS!!!!They will lie to get you in the door.Truly a horrible experience....DO NOT buy from Tom Peacock Nissan!!!!! Called at 2:30pm and receptionist assured me that the juke was there, gave me a confirmation number and scheduled a VIP appointment with Luis or Mike at 5:00pm. Upon arrival they passed me to 3 different sales associates (2 of which barely spoke English) they informed me that the juke was sold, but could not say when. I never met Luis or Mike. I test drove a new juke and left. Guess I really got juked by Tom Peacock Nissan today!!!!

price listed on internet was raised $2750 upon our visit to see the car supposedly to cover extra warranty. however, the extra warranty was specifically listed in the internet ad as included. Never patronize this dealer!

We drove up to the dealerahip adter talking to a salesman online and when we got all the way over there they said the car was at the Cadillac dealerahip down the road. Even when I showed the guy the picture on my phone of it at his dealership he said he had never seen it. He didnt even try to show me anything comparable to what I was looking for. I went to carmax and bout a car there.

They did not have any of the vehicles that were advertised on CarGurus. The receptionist that we spoke to on the phone lied to us when she said they had both vehicles and would have them pulled around when we arrived. We drove 30 minutes out of our way to look at the vehicles. They just wanted to get us to the dealership and though they could sell us something else once we were there. The car salesman said that they had not had either vehicle in a long long time. That is a terrible way of doing business. I would never recommend anyone to use Tom Peacock Nissan.

So far everything has been good, bought a used 370Z from them and they gave me a heads-up that the clutch will be needing replacing soon before I even look at the car. I like awnesty! But, on the downfall, they only put a quarter tank of gas in it and didn't detail it, come to find out, this car has a new paint job and I can't find out why. Nothing on carfax of any damage. I still like the car though!

Total misrepresentation. From the price on car gurus vs their actual price on their website. Do not like their business practice of pricing their cars to get you in n then they add in what's is called a reconditioning fee of $1500 for all used cars. My question is if the car is in great shape when you take it in on trade why do you still charge $1500? I will tell you why GREEDY!!!! I will never do business with them.

Sales person was great. Management was willing to say anything, no matter how obviously untrue, to make a sale. Vehicle was priced high for condition and they were a lot lower on what they offered for my trade than multiple other dealers were offering.
