They send lots of form emails that are very impersonal. Don't get a good vibe from that situation...

I will never again visit or recommend this dealership to anyone. They attempted the ole' bait and switch when it was time to make a deal, and after refused to return any of my calls. It seems like common practice for them from the sales person to sales manager to the general manager. Very unprofessional, STAY AWAY!!!! Make the drive to Houston, it will be worth the additional miles.

I called them about a cash vehicle they had listed for sale. The lady, Nikka, said to come on out and see it and to ask for her when we arrive. I arrived to the dealership about 15-20 minutes later and I asked for Nikka. Instead of meeting Nikka, a salesman named John told us that the vehicle had just left in a truck for the auction. He tried to talk us into financing a car. Luckily, since I had already read reviews on this dealership about "baiting you in", I knew we had been bamboozled. We kindly told John we weren't interested in financing a car because of our budget and left. I find this kind of sales tactic to be deceiving and is totally unacceptable. The day I called them about the cash car was the day I left the hospital from giving birth to my second daughter. I was on my way home when Nikka convinced me to come look at the cash car as soon as possible. We were very desperate for a car since ours had broken down (we were driving a loaner car). This dealership is in Rosenberg and is very far from our home. We went out of our way to see a car that they didn't even have. I was in pain from giving birth and these people preyed on unsuspecting innocent individuals who were in desperate need of an affordable cash car. I highly do not recommend this dealership. However, when we left this dealership we decided to check out the preowned car lot they had. There, we met a very awesome salesman named "PoPo". The man is 81 years old going on 40. He was very nice and tried to work a deal for us but we couldn't afford a preowned car. If you want a car, go see PoPo and leave this crooked, lying, deceptive dealership alone!
