Please read through the reviews before you even think about heading to this dealership. The prices quoted on here are false as once you actually get to the dealership they add an additional $3k in “dealership prep fees”, even though they assure you that there are no additional fees added. So whatever price is reflected on the website, make sure to add an extra $3k to get to the actual price they’ll try and sell you the vehicle for. I was contacted by Tayler who assured me of “no additional fees”, so beware!

Worthless. I am rating one star, simply because I cannot rate them lower. They first contacted me to say they tried calling me, which i expressly asked for emails. When contacting me they wanted to know when I could come by and do a test drive and I had no particulars other than an equipment list, mileage, trim, & year. NO PRICE, INTERIOR OR EXTERIOR COLOR AND NO MENTION IT WAS A SEDAN. So, I asked for the info. Yet another sales person contacts me and says she will get pictures. Then the general manager contacts me & I relate my experience that I still did not have pictures or particulars. The 2nd agent later tells me they sold it that morning at 10, when she said she was getting pictures. What a cluster of incompetent, unconcerned people.

Diego is a badass friendly guy! His energy when i walked in with my wife was better than anyone else’s! Would recommend anyone to go to Diego in sales! He went above and beyond because i told him i wanted this blue Sentra and he said “let me go get it and bring it up front to drive it!” First time car buyer from a dealership and he made it fantastic! It is a full of bait for this dealer. It provided a quote that 5 minutes when I arrived they said the car was sold. 5 minutes before I was at the dealer talked to internet sale person ans she confirmed the car was on the lot. It is a scam to bring people in then show other cars with 5-10k differences

Dealer didn’t have the vehicle even after I confirmed on the phone and let them know I was traveling from far away to see it. They offered me another similar vehicle at $10,000 higher than the car I wanted which had same exact specs and only discounted $1,000 for my wait. I feel this was click bait on their part. The people were friendly and tried to help or else I would’ve rated a 1 star.

Just drove three hours to purchase a car I saw on their website and car gurus. Even talked to someone over the phone that it was available this morning. When I get there I was told it was sold a week ago...and the story changes to "got in a wreck while being test driven." Just so dissapointed and angry that they could have just told me it wasn't available anymore. Could have saved me a waste of time. If you wonder why people have such sour experiences with car dealerships....this is the reason why.

Texted the salesperson that I was on my way to look at the car. Waited for 30 minutes while they tried to locate the car. Ended up leaving without seeing the car. Bad customer service.

I went to this dealership to purchase a specific vehicle and was in touch with the salesperson Enrique all the way to the door. I was assured he would be there until 9pm. I was assured that the car was there and that my financing was arranged and all I had to do was sign and drive. All lies Enrique never was there (he informed me he would be right with me just check in with the receptionist). William the sales person who actually assisted me, told me that Enrique had left for the day. That the picture on the website was not the actual car it was a older model. He proceeded to fill out a credit app on me so my deal was never approved ready to sign and was told none of the programs I was quoted even existed. This place is a scam!

Drove 45 miles to find out they did not have the car I had inquired about . I asked before leaving if the car was there and did it have navigation .I was a switch job all the way. Very bad business practices.

I Purchased this truck. Internet sales person gave the best price and responded quickly. I was disappointed with the sales managers trying to change and mark up the deal once I arrived in Houston. They did finally honor The quoted price in the end, but not before severely agitating me To the point I was leaving to buy at another dealership. The next morning when I had daylight,I found the radio Antenna was not there, And there was paint scuffed off the bumper. I will have to see if they honor this and mak it right before I make recommendation to friends.

Went in to look at the vehicle after I called and asked for photos and was told the car was just going to be serviced got there 1 1/2 hrs later for the vehicle to be out with a potential buyer to take to his credit union. I had the same experience there with my husband they advertise it but when you get there "it just sold" it's better to tell the customer the truth rather than what they want you to hear to get you in the dealership.

Had a great experience! Sales person, Christian, was not pushy and was very professional. Was very happy with my purchase! The only complaint is that the car was not as clean on the interior as I would have preferred when I purchased it but I guess that is something I can look passed when given great service and an easy car buying experience.

Very false and misleading they have a representative there that will call you and tell you everything is good to go even after a credit check and then they hit you with the down payment and needing a cosigner. just like typical car dealerships they try to say that they Pride themselves in helping everyone, no they don't!

They had a zero down sales event, first time buyers program, help those who have yet to build their credit, and told me how I save so much more by foing to them. Aksa lied about everything. She told me to come down to houston and it would work out. I live an hour away and spent less than ten minutes there for the staff to tell me none of what she said was true. I wanted a Jeep and was told to get a Nissan which is known for having terrible trantransmissions. Avoid this dealership.

I inquired about the listing above in this email the 2017 Nissan Murano priced at 22,000 and asked if it was still available, which I still have no clue if it is as they replied in typical car dealer style with a murano priced at 43,000! I did reply letting them know that was not the car I had interest in. They replied and wanted to talk, I was already turned off by their gimmick so I never replied again.

They try to sell only the high priced cars. They asked me to visit the store to checkout this car. When I went, only this car of all the hundreds of cars they have was the nastiest. It was making unusual noise from the rear.. When asked I was told it could be coz the car is not serviced. The rear view mirror was broken. There wasn't any sign of the car logo on thr front. This was the only one available in my budget, though they said they have couple of more cars while the spoke to me on phone. They somehow want customer to visit their store so that they can try and grab as much possible. I was very much dispointed

Dealer would not give me the out the door price after waiting/playing games for 45 min. I was offering 50% cash and finance the balance with my credit union. They wanted me to finance with them and would not tell me the final price. They insisted I fill out their credit app and even started to fill it out for me when I refused and walked out.

I was contacted right away but after the initial contact with them, I didn't hear back from them for over 3 days. We tried calling, leaving messages and e-mailing and nothing, so we found another truck some place else. We couldn't wait until they decided to get back with us. In the end we found a 2016 with less miles for cheaper through Carguru.

Lied to me about the ACTUAL condition and functionality of the car. I drove 1hr to see/purchase it provided EVERYTHING worked. I even emailed ahead of time to ensure it. Get there only to find it had a major flaw with the electronic control center. NOT HAPPY... I immediately emailed my contact person and Never heard back from Her. I've now purchased a vehicle from another dealer/group.

Sent a lot of information about my trade, job status, leaving to central Houston,I was still letting the person know that me and my entire family were on our way , and still we showed up and they had us set up with a sales rep , who had no clue ,about our situation and We thought that if all that information we sent ahead so that we were for sure that there are good chances of getting a deal,my family would have enjoyed the buying experience, but it was the totally opposite, very disappointing buying experience,we felt like a bad credit number,just not important to deal with, eaven if I get pre approved in the featured for a car loan We would never try Nissan Central Houston.

I called in for pictures of a vehicle, and was informed that the only way the sales people could get a hold of the keys, was if I came in for a test drive. Effectively the only way I could see the vehicle is if I came in person. Waste of time!!

6-30-2018 visited Central Nissan wanting to buy a used 2014 Ram listed on the website at 22998.00. Customer service was horrible and by the time I left there the vehicle was quoted as 2995.00 higher for make ready on a used vehicle. Clear coating and other magic tricks. Nothing was said about engine being checked over, transmission etc.... Just cosmetics. I spent a week with bad customer service and a whole lot of game playing. Old school car sale antics by Central Nissan. No way should you spend your hard earned money there. I can assure you, check for you wallet before you leave.

Wasn’t happy with them at all! First off they are very pushy. I told them several times that I wanted to wait on getting a vehicle. They didn’t seem to understand that and kept pushing the issue. Finally I said what the heck and decided to go check one out. Went there and test drove the car that’s showing here and loved the car. Well unfortunately the price that they are advertising isn’t the price they gave me! The car was way higher then what’s above! So then after that lie they tried forcing another vehicle on me. I told them no and left! This was a big waste of my time!

Had numerous communications with the salesperson and contacted them when I was 30 minutes from the dealership. When I got to the dealership I was shuffled between sales people until the second one told me the vehicle was in the process of being sold. The sales person I originally dealt with called me later and asked if I was coming in. She had no idea the vehicle was sold. These deals don’t close in 30 minutes, so communication wishing the dealership and to potential customers has room for improvement.

I called & they told me the car I want is available. I show up & they "ushered" me to the front desk where 1 guy grabs a slick folder, another guy grabs a form. The 1st guy holds the folder open & the 2nd guy tucks the form into the folder. The first guy shuts the folder hands it to a very nice lady & says Jane will get you started...follow her to the office. I say..."I'm not filling out anything just to look at a car" They know who I am because they asked for my phone number when I walked in so they know the car I'm interested in. Jane went to get the key...LONG time later, she came back & we walked out to the lot. She started pushing the button to find the car...walked all over & no car. She said oh well, here's one just like it. I said OK let me drive it. She went & got the keys..a LONG time..found out the one I want is "borrowed"..someone was using it & it was gone for 2 days..like a rental. Not "AVAILABLE". Then came the "add on" DEALER PREP $$..Sayonara babee..

Contacted several times to make sure the car is still available before driving the 200 miles to look at it. I was assured the car was still available and still for sale again and again. When I arrived at the dealership, the person I was conversing with was "with another customer" and the salesman that greeted us says he will get the keys and bring the car around. I walk out to the lot and here he comes, with no keys and no car. Claims the car was damaged during a test drive almost 4 hours earlier... the driver hit the transmission with a curb or hit the curb with the transmission... The car was no longer available and would probably be taken to auction. I could have avoided the 200 mile trip entirely had they contacted me to let me know the car was no longer available. 4 hours and gas wasted. The really annoying thing is the car was probably never available, they could not show it to me to prove it existed. shady dealer practices, trying to bait and switch. Just speculation, of course someone could have ran over the curb with the transmission...

I was told that the vehicle I was intrested in would be ready for me to test drive. When I got there I was given the run around when I asked for the sales person that I had spoke to over the phone not only that but they told me the car wasn't there that it had been sold. Keep in mind I drove over an hour to get there just to find out that I was not told the truth. Worst experience ever.

My experience at this place wasn't pleasent at all, when I got there I didn't feel welcome, the sales person that I had spoke over the phone never came out of the office to acknowledge me. Another person pulled a car for me but it wasn't the car I had asked for. I pulled a picture of the car from cargurus website, he looked at the picture didn't even look in the system and told me that they didn't have nothing like that for me !!! I'm at a Nissan dealer, looking for a Nissan and he said that!!! I said ok and left. Very poor hospitality skills.

Never goto this place, thru the phone they talk sweet to get you going there for great deal, once you there they never give you any deal and listed price on internet is non-negotiable, on top of that they are adding 1500 dealership prep fee and plus tax and title, in CarGurus they list as a great deal, so people could contact them and set up an appointment to go look at the deals, once you there, it’s a whole different story, Bad experience!

This place is the worst ever! Dont even waste your time! I called to see if the car was still available they said yes and made an appointment. I had to take off work and drove for an hour to get there and they tell me the vehicle is sold. They lie to you to get you in the dealership to try to sell you something else! Very disrespectul towards a persons time ! Now I would never buy a car from this place even if it was the best deal, these people are just wrong.

I was very interested in this bmw 135 with 44k Miles but it had oil leaks it was shaking etc sales man Said well it's a bmw it's expected to have oil leaks. Ohh Ok Yes it was a good deal according to cargurus but when I was ready to view the numbers they put 3k on top of it.!! YES 3k car was just not worth it. I talk to them they said let me run your credit and get you approved, that's not the point. I waste my time.!! They try to run your credit and get me finance for 20k+++ when the car is advertised for 16k Don't waste your time coming to this place, on the phone they are nice they also said the price is negotiable but is not true they just try to get you to come. Really don't waste your time they put 3k on top of the price and they won't take it off it's part of the price.!!

Originally this Nissan dealership had their 2017 RED Lincoln priced and listed on CarGurus at $26,995.00 for about ONE WEEK, during which time I contacted them, and made (proposed) a VERY fair offer including my 2010 Ford Taurus with 37K original miles on it as a trade-in. This resulted in this dealership INCREASING the "listing price" on CarGurus for this Lincoln they were looking to sell $4,000.00 from $26,995.00 to $30,995.00 (its' present listed price). After questioning why this happen, I was told "there was a original listing error when this car was first listed ... you should have bought the car then"! BEWARE!

Not good A lot of employees and no service. Lot of flash which relates to high overhead which relates to low trade in values and price adding to advertised prices. Example looked at a 2015 model truck for 36,900 they also added 2,995.00 for some dealer prep and items added to vehicle. This is some thing that should be included in the price of the vehicle when advertised price was posted. Very difficult to contact them by phone, approximately 20 to 40 minutes every one is so busy but when you get there you see alot of chet chat amoung employees. I do not recommend them.

This dealership is a rip off. If you truly want to buy a car, please don't waste your time going here. They price their cars online to get you in the dealership. They then add what they call a "Prep Fee". Something I have never heard of. When I went in, it was 2999 additional to what the asking price was. I was paying cash and was not going to be swindled by the sales manager or sales agent. Their rating should be a negative star...

I'm very displeased with the service I received at central Houston Nissan. they didn't replace the parts on the truck that they said they would and they knew the truck was no good and they tried to pun it off on me anyway. I returned the truck the same day. I had a 300$ deposit that I put down on the truck which they would not return. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. if you do be very careful.

This dealership is the epitome of the unprofessional used car dealership, complete with poor customer service, bait and switch tactics, and time-wasting inefficiencies. I contacted the dealership at 8a regarding a posting that had just gone up, understanding that they might not be open yet, I left a message which went unanswered. When I called back at 1p, they stated that they did have the car and that it was being detailed. I told them that I wanted to come see it today and they asked that I call first so the vehicle would be ready. When I called back, the employee set an appointment with me, told me to come on down, and that they would expedite the detailing of the vehicle so that it would be ready for me. I explicitly asked whether it would be ready because I had to drive 45 minutes to get to them, and the employee assured me that it would be. On my drive down, I got a call from some customer service calling service asking whether the dealership had made contact with me and what they would have to do to win my business, to which I plainly responded, "Have the car ready for me to see." The calling service then ended the call. Upon arriving at the dealership, a salesman approached and asked if I had been helped and I explained that I had made an appointment with a salesperson and that I was here to see the specified vehicle. He went to go check on the vehicle and came back to tell me that the vehicle was still in the shop being repaired. I explained the details of my interaction with the sales person and he said that she had left for the day already and that the vehicle was offsite and couldn't be seen. When I explained that I had driven 45 minutes, made an appointment, and confirmed the vehicle would be ready his response was, "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" he went and asked another sales person and they said the door had been kicked in and they couldn't show it this way. When I overheard and then asked, "So, the vehicle has had an accident?" his response was, "No, somebody just kicked the door in- no big deal." He then told the other salesman to show me some pictures and numbers. 10 minutes later, he returned with a torn off sheet of paper (I assume the rest of the page showed what they actually paid for the vehicle) with 4 tiny, lo-resolution, internet thumbnail-size photos of the vehicle. When I showed his the CarGuru posting with the price THEY posted the car at and asked him to confirm the price, he said that tax, title, license (all understandable), and dealer fees would have to be added. I asked what these fees included and he said any repairs, maintenance, or detailing they would have to do to make the car presentable. When I asked why they wouldn't just include this in the price of the vehicle he just said, "We don't do that." I went to leave and no one asked if they could show me anything else, when the vehicle would be ready, or when I could come back. This dealership has dishonest, unhelpful customer service and they clearly do not want your business. Do not waste your time like I did.

These guys are not very honest, started with like 8,000 dolars more than what we ended up with. One of the guys said that the truck I bought from them was CPO then at signing ended up backing up on his words. The only reason why I ended up buying from them is because they ended up giving me what I asked them for on my trade in and then ran behind me so I wouldn’t leave and they knocked down 6,000 dollars on the spot.

I drove all the way from Bush to Pearland just for them to tell me the car was no longer available. The staff was rude and the original sales person Alex was no where to be found. I even text her phone when i got there .. no response not even after the fact. They tried to sell me a vehicle that was almost 7,000 over budget. If i could leave a 0 I would.

Don't waste your time with this dealer! It's a classic bait and switch. Giving a one-star rating only because it won't let me leave it blank. I saw all the negative reviews, but since they had a hard to find used car listed on their website I decided to give them a chance. I spent two days emailing back and forth with their "internet sales manager" who assured me the car was still on the lot and available for a test drive. I emailed about a half-hour before I went over to make sure the car was still there. They replied and said "yes, we will be here." When I got there of course the story changed to "that car is sold, but we have many other cars I'm sure you will be interested in." Don't waste your time.

I had read many of the negative reviews but decided to give them a chance anyway at Central Houston Nissan. Just as the reviews had stated, when I walked in, the music was so loud that I had to ask the salesperson to turn it down so we could talk. I talked to Emely, sales manager over the phone who assured me that the car in question was there.I expressed my concerns regarding the multiple negative reviews and she assured me that all the bad people had been let go. When I got there, Emely was no where to be found and a salesperson said that he had be assigned to assist me. I asked to see the vehicle that I had driven over 50 miles to make a deal on and was told that that he had just seen it go by as it was out on a test drive with another customer. After about 30 minutes he came back and finally said that the vehicle in question had been sold that morning. But he had just seen it, right? And Emely had also told me that the vehicle was still on the lot. Turns out that once again the reviews were correct. It was the typical bait and switch trick. Not doing business with this company. When questioned about the multiple negative reviews the salesperson said that bad reviews are written by unhappy customers. Well they must have a lot of unhappy customers because there are plenty of negative reviews. I'm staying away from these people.

Just having a bad experience with pre-owner department of this dealership. I was calling to make sure they have my vehicle 30mins before. But they're ending up selling without noticing me and I was wasting my time to get there. They just want to get customers in as much as they can without caring for our time. They also hold and force me to buy another vehicle whichever I like it or not for 2 hours. That is their strategy for holding you long as much as they can. They don't even care about you and your time until they can sell you their car. They also were very rude, unhelpful and bad manners with customers if we seem not interested in their vehicle anymore. Specially, their pre-owner sale manager almost got in a fight with me because they can't make a deal with me for a vehicle which I didn't come for. Even though I just tried to walk away and ask for my car key back. Like the pre-owned manager said maybe the dealership is big and having a lot money, so they don't care and need customer service anymore. This is my first time to experience this kind of service in my life. Please share this and never support this kind of dealer in Houston.

After we arrived in a morning, another sales told us the vehicle will not be available till evening. How could they encourage customers to test drive without knowing the availability of the vehicle.

This is hands down the WORST car place I've ever been too!!! They could be doing a buy one get 5 free, I STILL wouldn't buy one. I went there to check out a car. When I pulled in, I almost got hit by one of their employees driving a new car to the service department. I could not find a place to park at all. I go inside I was asked to "sign in". I don't want to give out all my information just to look at a car. I will to the sales person, but I'm not going to just to "check in so I can let her know you are here". I didn't do it, so I went outside to email her, then I decided to call her. She said she would be right out. I waited 20 minutes, nothing. Not only nothing, I saw at LEAST 25 employees walking out with plates and plates of food from what looked like a Pot luck lunch, and not one person asked if I needed help. I was only asked by one guy, he seemed to be moving cars around. He wanted to "make sure I was ok and taken care of". I ended up walking around, nothing. I called and asked for the manager, left a message for her to call me b/c I was there to look at and possible buy, a car. NOTHING! I would LOVE to give negative ratings, b/c they would have it. They are HORRIBLE!!!!

This was a bait and switch with this dealership. The sales rep called me several times to see if I was coming to see the vehicle. I finally set a date and time. I spoke to the sales rep about only one car I was interested in. I spoke to the sales rep 20 to 30 minutes before I arrived to verify vehicle was still available and to have the keys ready for me to test drive. When I arrive I was greeted with an assistant and later told the vehicle had a contract on it. They wasted my time then tries to sell me something else. Very bad customer and poor professionalism. It was a waste of my time and gas to drive 45 minutes to this dealership.

Truck was priced for 26k then dealer said it was 34k drive out and would not budge on making a deal. Even asked what's your drive out price and they would not even give me one. The vehicle was described in good condition and when I went to see it, I saw that it had many problems all around. The doors don't close right, there are paint chips and scratches all over, there are stains inside all over and a bad smell, the tires are old and cracked. I am very unsatisfied with the service of the sellers because when I got there there was no person to attend me. I left as soon as I saw the vehicle by myself.

Horrible service, they'll tell you they'll update you on changes of the vehicle your interested but they don't. They get you come out even if the vehicle was sold. We drove 1 hour to come out...i was pissed! Btw..This 2016 suburban was sold several days ago yet they are still advertising! And wow the showroom music is so damn loud you have to raise your voice to talk and get close to speak. I guess some people like that...I prefer a professional atmosphere.

Horrible experience. They held my keys for ransom until I agreed to their demands. Jean was wonderful. Devin and everyone else was pushy and demanding and wouldn't take no for an answer. I was looking at a used Jeep and Devin tried to convince me that it came from the factory with no carpet (because that's how they're made now) and that the dealership added the lift and the mods and that's how they justified the $4000 over listed price.

These guys call me Twice to come look/test drive a truck. My wife and I drove and the way to Houston and checked in the hotel. They call me again that day I got in town so we went to the dealer ship. I spoke with someone completely different only to find out that the truck had been sold two weeks ago. The girl that had been calling me even stated the year,mileage, color, make, and model of the truck that I was interested in on the phone. Then they tried to sell me something much older. Terrible terrible terrible... bait and switch. They should at least reimburse me for a hotel stay and the gas to get down there. Super disappointed.

It is absolute a waste of time. The dealer had a sign claiming they have the lowest CPO 370Z deal in the country. However, when I show them another deal, they said they cannot match. In addition, when we started to discuss price, they had a 4000 expense to prep for CPO, which bumped the actual price of the car higher than a new 370Z.

I contacted this dealership every day for 5 days before anyone really got back to me. The phone was never answered on some days and when the phone was answered there was always an excuse as to why someone wasn't contacting me. Finally, it was determined that the car wasn't identified correctly and wasn't the car I was looking for. I would stay away from this dealership. I will not be doing business with them in the future.

the dealer contacted us and told us they were having a test drive event and the listed price of 10,500.00 that was listed on Car Gurus could be negotiated if we came in and test drove the vehicle. My husband and daughter went into the dealership and that tried to sell him another vehicle of the same make and model at a price of $2,000.00. They told my husband that they added $1000.00 on because we were not financing with them and the other $1000,00 becauase the car needed 4 tires. They were rude to my husband when he said they were using "bait and switch" tactics. Never will be do business with them and we will discourage any one we know from going there.

Once in the dealership, they add $3,000 to the True Car price. That's your starting point. If you like to play games and waste several hours sitting in a dealership, this is the place for you.

Will rate this a one, only because they responded. I went in to view the vehicle that I requested, and instead making a deal on another and no one responded after the initial visit. Not a even a returned phone call.

I it a quote online called & made an appointment, came in & was told it was in the middle of being financed by a co-worker & it was a sure thing. I looked later it was still on line but for double the price, so I called they said Yes it's still here and available for purchase. I told them I'm on my way so right before I showed up I called again they said No it's not available anymore. I had a friend call about the same car & they told her it was still Thier & available for purchase @ the new doubled amount & not the one I was originally quoted. I called & spoke with a manager Armando he said it was technically thier available but the co worker put a down payment on it and will bring in the rest Monday & the system dosnt recognize down payment s only full purchases so that why it still Thier. Funny thing it's been 1 week since & the same car is still Thier @ the new price & has not been purchased!! They don't want to honor the quote that I was give.

she responded asking me questions. But never answered mine. She was tryin so hard to be a salesmen she didnt listen to my needs or wants. She instantly wanted all my information and trade in value. And still never answered my question. I was in Houston and wanted to buy two brand new vehicles. One used high mileage for my sister first car for college and another for my nephew I was going to pay CASH for both now I no longer want to do any kind of business with them

The advertise price is not even close to the actual cost. You need to add another $5,000 to any car if you find one you like. Be careful with hidden fees. Prep fee $2,000, No-military $1,000, no using Nissan finance $1,000 and there is another $1,000 that they couldn't even explain. I wouldn't recommend it at all

Typical car dealership. They didn't have the vehicle & bugged me & bugged me to "stop by" in spite of the fact that I live over an hour away and they didn't have the vehicle anyway.

Waste half a day there with the promise of great deal in the phone for the two years old new car (2015, they could not sell thar car in tge past 2 years). In the end, the price I got was like for the car of 2017. They try to set you up to come to their dealership without their best faith for negotiation. Poor dealer, and very disappointed.

Used every dishonest sales tool in the book starting with changing the price when we arrived. I had to show them THEIIR email to get the price reduced. Then, they tried to add $1,995 for "Dealer Prep Fee." I refused, so they sent the manager in to talk and the conversation started over. We thanked them and walked out. They ran out to the car to try again. I refused again and we drove away. The dealership then called 10 minutes later with a new price (still not their original emailed offer) and they even called and texted me AGAIN 15 minutes after the first call with another new price. At NO POINT did they ever get to the price from their email. VERY UNIMPRESSED BY THIS DEALERSHIP. We went to another dealer and bought a car that day.

They put out a car that was way too good to be true. And conveniently "sold" this car right before I was about to make a trip to Houston. The only reason they told me they "sold" it was because I requested the buyers order and all info with no extra fees, so they would stop dragging me along.

They don't updated their inventory in a timely manner, the push way too much. I contacted the salesman that I was dealing with to let him know I was coming to put a down payment on the car and before I left he said it was in stock and that he would make sure that I would be there but when I got there it was sold. Also when I first event there I called to schedule a test drive with that car and they said it was good to go but when I got there it turns out that they had just got it and it hadnt been serviced or examined yet. Overall it was disappointment after disappointment and all their other cars they recomended were way overpriced.

The details of the car were not listed. They had to find the car in a stored area. The car's interior was destroyed! I cannot believe that they would advertise a vehicle for sale in that condition. The sales person was very helpful, even though he did not have much information about the vehicle.

They got with me quickly. Dealer did not listen to me and meet my needs. They did not make process easy and upsold very aggressively, changed price quoted and added additional fees not warranted and not in good faith. Didn't disclose known vehicle issues.

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. The price on the Internet was much different than the price they had once I got there to look at the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, they could not even find the car they had advertised. No one seemed to know what they were doing. Then, they brought in a typical used car salesman trying to negotiate me a good deal which was a bunch of bull. I walked out while I was writing alone for a long time for the used car guy to get me a "good deal". Terrible experience!

Be careful when dealing with this dealership everything they tell you over the phone will be a complete and total lie they use appointment Setters who will send you approval letters through the email that actually say you are approved but when you get there you're not Delavan run your credit before you get there I was told that I had an approval for $31,000 and the bank did not require the standard down payment they only wanted a thousand down when I get there they said I have limited credit experience and needed a cosigner and $8,000 down on a Car that was $15,000

Dealer wanted to add $4,975 to price for a certified warranty. We said we didn't want one because car was still low miles and had a factory warranty. Salesperson said we had to get it... Part of the price! So why not advertise the truth and say car is $34,073!! Wasted day!!

Said the car was 15900 and I emailed them they said they could come down on the price and when I got there they wanted 22980 they tried tacking on almost 6 thousand worst dealer ever they wanted more for a used one then a new one and the guy even told me yea and he told me to go some where else

It turned out that the 2014 Nissan Frontier SV Crew Cab vehicle was incorrectly identified on the CHN website. It had an automatic transmission and I'm attempting to purchase a truck with a manual transmission. Response was good, but ultimately not useable.

we went to honda and they been so much more cooperative and convinced us to increase our budget and buy a car, in nissan dealer the salesman send call the manager immediately and this manager was more stubborn of the kind take it or leave it and go out
