They are a smaller dealership with a small-town feel. I was contacted promptly by one of their long standing sales reps. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in as well as where the vehicle had come from. Once I got to their business, a sales rep greeted me at the door, by my first name, and listened to my needs and wants when I was in the purchasing process. The vehicle my family was interested in, was very clean and we'll kept for the test drive. It exceeded our expectations of what we had expected from the listing. They were not my first dealership that I visited, but they will certainly be the last one that I deal with because of how great of an experience I received. I will go back to Schmit Brothers again when I need my next vehicle!

The sales manager,John Martin, was great to work with. He was honest and down to earth. He made the buying experience fun as he is a nice guy and does all he can to help you. There were no schemes or scams to drain our wallets - just a fun, fair deal. This is the guy you want to deal with for your next purchase!

Car shopping can be stressful, enjoyed my buying experience at this dealership. I sent an inquiry and within about an hour I received a call and set up an appointment for the next day. Vehicle was ready when I got there, last day of the month so they were busy, but they were very helpful and friendly and I walked out of there with my jeep :).

Absolutely terrible dealership, would not reccomend at all! Had a deal worked out on a truck, was supposed to take delivery and the day of delivery, they changed the price. Then changed it back, then was back on. On my way down to pick it up, they called again to say they couldnt do the deal. Have never been put through the ringer like that from any dealership, TERRIBLE!

Left me a voice mail could not understand it but I called back and did not hear from them again. If my small monthly payment does not allow for dealers to call me the ok. Good customer service is to follow up no matter what.

The salesman was very rude to me right from the start. He tried to pressure me into purchasing the vehicle by using ultimatums. I had already informed him that I was looking at other vehicles and told him to show the vehicle to the other two "inquiring customers" that had "appointments" two days before I could make it down. After saying that I would come and purchase if both "customers" did not want the vehicle, I would commit to buy at $15,000. The dealer then proceeded to up the price and said he would take no less than $16,300.

they said the car was sold and tried to sell me something else. A week later the car is still listed, i think they put a good deal out there to get you to call . bait and switch is what it felt like. especially when the car is still listed. Some one did call right away though. car is still listed 7/26/16 this is a week later.

Drove an hour to a scheduled test drive only to find another person telling a salesman to get the keys to go for a test drive. Salesperson knew we had an appointment yet never offered to speak with our salesperson about the mix up so we left. (Other person said he didnt know when his appt was when we asked so we're fairly certain he didn't have one.) We are sure he didnt want to lose a sale but they certainly lost a customer. True car salesman at their finest.
