Out of state car purchase. Adam was great to deal with. Anytime I asked a question or needed anything during the entire buying and registering the car process he would respond and help immediately. Adam even checked in with me a few times on my long ride back home with my new purchase to make sure everything was going well. Would highly recommend dealing with him. He is by far the best salesman I have ever encountered and dealt with.
Called and tried to negotiate a price. Said they were all in at 36,999.00. However the next day i looked on cargarus and the truck had been reduced by another 500.00. That tells me they were not all in. Said they were losing money. The thing is what you lose on one vehicle you will make it up on 2 or 3 others. I worked in the car business and I know how it works on the front end and back end.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. If you will give me the Stock number of the vehicle in mention, I will do my best to get to the bottom of this situation. I know you are used to dealerships inflating a posted price, just so they can toke money of after making you argue with them for hours. We don't do that. Instead, we spend hours looking at other dealers inventories and what they are asking. Then we price our vehicles fair from the start. Please reach out to me, so i can find the problem in our process?

The dealership closes at 7pm on Friday and I wasn't able to get there
until that evening at 6:30. Adam was very courteous and informed me
that it wouldn't be an issue. We were able to make a relatively quick
deal. Adam and John were friendly and professional. You can tell that
they're good guys and not just trying to make a deal and rush you out.

The internet sales group is responsive, but like all automotive dealers, they press forward with their inventory requiring a terse email. It seems that internet car shopping is effectively being discouraged with the lack of basic information (e.g., current photo).
Very basic or poor service, no or very little technically background about
the car i have purchased, still awaiting some documents weeks after I
purchased the car.
Louis Holt was sales person. He answered question very quickly and
didn't pressure us. He worked very hard to get the price we wanted.
