I heard from the dealer right away. in fact, i was contacted by at least 4 people that wanted to help. the sales people and finance people are all very professional and friendly and helpful. the car was clean and detailed nicely. it was what i was looking for. the only reason i did not give 5 stars is their unwillingness to negotiate the price when there was a more wear on the driver seat than should be for that year of car, no heavy duty floor mats and only one ignition key. these issues i would like to have had a little negotiation(even a couple hundred dollars) with since i know to replace them is going to be costly. Also, they weren't willing to hold the car for me even with a down payment. since i had to get to texas to pick it up. so, i had them run the financing on their end to get the process going til i got there, so i can refinance later with my credit union. i flew in late the night before and found a hotel near the dealership and my sales person picked me up in morning to go to dealership and finalize everything. quick process little over an hour because we were trying to figure out how the technology worked on the newer verson of R350. lol they are a toyota dealer, not mercedes, so it took 2 minds. lol overall it was a very good experience. very large dealership and inventory. atmosphere was very comfortable and professional.

Great experience. Salesman was respectful and courteous. Dealership was ready for us and made the process smooth. We ended up buying a different vehicle than the one we initially asked about and were given a fantastic deal. I definitely recommend this dealership.

Their price was as advertised through cargurus.com and we bought the vehicle. It all went pretty smoothe. Make sure you get the key for the wheel locks if necessary. They ended up reimbursing us $270 for Jeep to drill out the wheel lock lug nuts and give us a new set with key. All in all, they did right by us.

Answered my questions. Very respectful, and not pushy at all. Purchased at Pat Lobb several years ago, and they still seem to have the same quality customer service philosophy. Will probably buy here again if I can find the right car even though their are other Toyota dealership closer to me. Prices seem a little highish or they would be 5 stars. I don't mind paying a little more for an honest, and respectful dealer however. Decent people here.

They are selling really heavy hail damage car with out reporting, and when i asked them give more information abot this car they told me this car is never been hail damged and never been painted before .

This dealership is terrible. Ken is a liar and the sales managers are too. We were told a car was in stock online a couple of weeks ago. I confirmed before we made a 2 hour one way trip there with a 2 day old baby, and we agreed on a fair price. We arrived, and he said the car was not an XLE as it was listed for, but was just an LE and was the most basic of ones, and it was very dirty and dinged up. Big big difference in car. They tried to change it online before we had arrived. Once we arrived it took about 30 minutes before anyone arrived to help us. We took screen shots of the "mis-listed" car as well. Again, he CONFIRMED it was in stock before we made the trip. I asked for a manager, and he said, Yea, our mistake. There's nothing we can do about it. He didn't try to find a comparable car, nothing. That was Greg, so don't deal with him either. Absolutely awful experience and waste of 5 hours of our time.

I went to the dealership to inspect a Lexus GS350 after speaking with the sales manager and the sales person. Waited 30 minutes for them to come and tell me they couldn't find the vehicle advertised. I left and never heard another word from them.

I wouldn't recommend this dealership. As soon as I walked on the lot I was stalked by a salesperson which made me uncomfortable, particularly since I had an appointment and just got off the phone with the woman I was meeting with. I told the salesman that and he continued to follow me telling me he's trying to explain the process to me. I'm almost 60 years old. I know how to buy a car. I can't stand it when a salesperson follows you around like he's your shadow. Very annoying. The car I was there to look at was damaged (dented rear bumper, trunk lid didn't line up properly, clearly the car was damaged). If a car's been in an accident that should be disclosed on the internet so people don't waste their time driving all the way to the dealership if they're not willing to consider a car that's been in an accident. I wasted 3 hours of my day dealing with misinformation and spent another hour on the phone the next day talking with a manager at the dealership who called me to follow-up and at first I believe genuinely wanted to figure out a way to make things right, but ultimately just became defensive, further wasting my time. Won't be back and won't be suggesting this place to my friends either.

Amanda contacted me immediately and quickly answered my questions through email. I didn't buy the car b/c it didn't have the options I wanted. I have purchased through Pat Lobb before and they were just fine to deal with.

Not impressed at all. "The guy" didn't even know how to work the vehicle. It had an animal LIVING under the hood at one point (the nut shells were still there) , none of the touch screen worked, and the engine sounded like crap and yet he still tried to sell this obviously crappy car to us knowing it was broken. Would not recommend this vehicle. Don't know about the others but this one was horrible as was the service.

In am they said they had the car, drove an hour there an was told car went to action but they would try and get it back. They never called me back I called next day and he Wesly said he would be in office in 20 min and would let me know. He never called back. I had title to my car and lian approved through my bank already......still looking for exact same car........never will go here again

We had 2 models of a used car and a specific price range in mind and the salesguy Lee proceeded to try to talk us into a brand new lease. He wasted 5 hours of our Saturday and then when another salesguy showed me the exact car we needed it was already being purchased. Lee's pushy sales tactics made us lose out on a car we needed and a commission for him.

in Pat Lobb Toyota they tried too sell what they want ! for that reason i have to look in park place motorcars(Mercedez) and i bouth there the toyota tundra 2014 i was looking in Pat Lobb Toyota. better price and great interest rate and lower monthly payments,, A lot better than Pat Lobb Toyota in Mckinney, is the reason WHY i gave them 1 Rate start Experience.. very very Badly !!

Received a call Saturday evening for a quote on a car I wanted to purchase. He worked out a deal, we were gonna go out there but it was already 7 and they closed at 8 so we decided to go Monday and he said that would be fine. I called Monday around 1 to let him know I would be there around 6 after work and depending on how bad traffic was. I live about an hour away and drove all the way up there just so they can say they had sold it in the morning and were "sorry" but could find me a different vehicle that was nearly the exact car but at a higher price even though every detail of the car was the same, model, mileage, price, year. Never even spoke to the guy I talked with over the phone since he was apparently busy with other customers. Horrible operating system. Drove an hour for a car they said they had and had even called to confirm I was gonna be there and didn't have the courtesy or respect to say they had aready sold it.

They had terrible customer service resulting in us losing the car we wanted to purchase. They did not follow up after repeated inquiries. Very disappointed in the way we were treated.

I went to Pat Lobb Toyota based on the Internet Car Price.After went there they added extra amount of around $1400.Keeping less price in internet and they are attracting people based on that..

Salesman didn't know inventory. When I responded on the internet to an ad, they followed up, but had no idea what car I was asking about. Also, call first, I drove over an hour to see a car that was listed on the internet, but when I got there, no car. "sold the night before", I have no idea if this was true.
