They are tough negotiaters, but did offer a fair price. I made the purchase and they were very professional in their dealings. The free Forever Power train Warranty is a nice perk. It is a very nice dealership.

Horrible experience!! I have purchased at this dealer twice in past but never will again. I was treated poorly by 3 sales reps, left messages for managers to call me back and never received a call. I found 2 trucks I wanted to purchase, cash in hand and ready to go but the sales people were rude and would not return my inquiry calls until I went through Car Gurus about a truck I liked not realizing it was Nyle Maxwell. When a rep called me back I apologized telling him I will not do business with this dealer or refer anyone else to them.

took awhile for them to contact me about this vehicle when I was the one who called about this vehicle to find out if it was still with them. I was told it is no longer there. not sure if I will deal with them again or recommend them to my Military retired family.

Horrible experience. The vehicle wasn't available at that time even though they claimed it was. It still needed to go through their inspection. Once it became available (after we made 2 separate trips to the dealer...an hour away), the price they originally listed went up $500! I will never use this dealer again.

The truck I was asking about that day was being looked at by another customer. I was told by the sales rep. If deal with the other customer did not go through then he will contact me, he never did. I guess the truck got sold. Nice guy though at least he called to let me know what was going on with the vehicle inquired.

Offered TREMENDOUS in-house dealership warranties (lifetime power train, at no cost?!) as well as extension to manufacturer's warranties (6 years or 75k additional miles added to Ram's bumper-to-bumper warranty, from date of MY purchase!). Pleasant, capable, veteran sales staff. Dealer, price and truck all well worth the long trip.

Avoid this place!!!! Drove 3 1/2 hrs to the dealership for a set price and the finance person changed the price!! It's was really 33,1111 not 22,655. Also they changed the contract and would not show/ explain the changes. Then left the lot locking us inside after hours with the salesperson. Terrible experience!! And the general manger was no help with a resolution.... Actually defending the unprofessional behavior

I tried multiple times to get an email back with an out the door all inclusive price stated, and a copy of the window sticker to confirm options on the vehicle discussed. After more than a dozen emails and phone calls still nothing. I only get back email reassuring me how much they want to help but they never answer either question. I cannot afford to travel their and find out that vehicle is gone or has additional cost. One of their last contacts told me that vehicle was under contract from the beginning of our conversations and they were trying to find another one. I was never told this until almost a week later. Disappointed.

Unfair and horrible experience, when told the vehicle's 4 wheel drive didn't work correctly during test drive, the dealer tried to make a deal anyway and said if we can make a deal the car can be moved up in line for inspection. Extremely disappointing

I would almost call it a bait and switch. The vehicle wasn't there because it had been sold wholesale, but I didn't call ahead of time to make sure the vehicle was there. The staff was friendly and gave me the news immediately with no run around. I would buy from them in the future, but I will call ahead to make sure the car is there.

Said they would give me a said price on my trade in then when it came to closing the deal shorted me 1,200.0 to make up some on the 32,798.00 price .that was disappointing being low balled on the trade in. outer then that it was not a bad experience. he also calmed to not now who cargurus was and at first did not want to give me the car for the cargurus price .

When I expressed interest in this car I was repeatedly contacted by several people at the dealership. However, when I went to actually look at the vehicle, the first two people had no idea what car i was talking about, and the third said it had been sold at auction days ago. This would have been useful information to impart during the many email exchanges.

I bought a used Lexus LS430 from these guys. I live in Denver, and they are in Austin, so I bought it sight-unseen. Salesman name was Polo - honest, thorough, friendly, responsive. I really wanted someone to tell me all the details, and he did. He said it was a great car, and the thing is BEAUTIFUL. I did have a third-party inspection (recommended; I used Auto P.I. in Austin - great) - but they just agreed with Polo. Every part of my interaction with this dealer has been great. We did financing over the phone and FedEx, they got me a great rate, and they got the car onto the transport on time. Highly recommended.
