I was mislead on buying a car I would not recommend them @ all.Took my down payment got turned down 3 days later.Salesman lied avoiding my text & phone calls gave his dirty work to his manager to handle. Sloppy all the way around.Disappointed I needed the car for my 2nd job that not going to happen.

He made our price negotiation a very pleasant experience and took care of all the details. I highly recommend Jordan and Mike Brodrick at South Point Dodge to anyone looking for a used or new vehicle. I will be going back again for my next vehicle.

I bought a 2013 jeep wrangler with 17000 miles on it and their customer service is the worst I have ever seen in a dealership when I test drove the jeep in the traffic was bad so I had to drive it around in a subdivision behind the dealership so I decided that I wanted it so the next day I went back to pick it up and after I signed the papers on it then it was like I didn't exist anymore once I left the dealership on my way home it was late already so when I get out on 35 I figured out why someone would get rid of it it drove horrible so I tried calling the dealership the next day and no one that helped me the day before was there so I left a message and no response so I called back a couple days later and I was told that it was a used vehicles and that's the way they r sold so now the front end is messed up and the roof leaks and I cant get SOUTH POINT DODGE IN AUSTIN TX to do anything about it so I would never refer anyone to this dealership nor will I ever buy another vehicle from them !!!!!!!!

Jeep priced at $23,595 online, however when I contacted them about the Jeep, I was told that the price did not include wheels & tires seen in picture. The wheels and tires on the Jeep would cost and additional $3,000. I asked if they were going to correct the online price and was told that in the small print, it states that the price does not include all fees, so no they were not going to correct the price.
