I did not have a good experience there I traveled from across state lines to see a car that they had promoted on their site for more than 3 months and drove to see it on the lot, it was not there, emailed through their online chat and drove back there with much confusion the car still was not there and been relocated. Sales staff thought I would wait around 2 hrs and give them $2000 as well as a down payment to have it brought back. I told them to sell to someone else. I have other options.

Got response from them dating they would send video walk around. Next email I got stated it had been a month since I last contacted them...etc. it was actually 1 day. Then got response car was sold. They do not know how to contact customers and keep track of the contact process properly. Will not contact them again.

Dealer replied and stated unit was sold but no response from an emailed question and unit I inquired about shows still available.

Friendly sale staff. My financial source, highly recommended we purchase a vehicle with an extended warranty. We had to continue search. Thanks to the dealer for working with us.

I bought an expensive 10 year old car from these guys and am very pleased. I am a very fussy car guy and normally do a very detailed inspection before I buy a car. I took a chance, and bought this car sight unseen, putting complete trust in Matt Carsno, the salesman I dealt with. I was anxious for a week waiting for this car to arrive at my house in an enclosed car carrier. What a relief and please to find the car was cosmetically and mechanically exactly as described. I don't know if I would put myself in theposition of buying a car sight unseen again because of the anxiety during the wait but I would definately buy from these guys again and given my experience with Matt, he's the guy I'd want to deal with again.

Called on Friday and talked to salesman Jerry. Was told there was flexibility in the price and set up appointment for test drive on Saturday. On Saturday, Jerry is not there so we dealt with David. Nice fellow but now the flexibility in price was gone according to David's conversation with ownership. We still decided to purchase truck. Another $700 was tacked onto price because a sign in the lobby states you only get outstanding service if you pay an extra $700 for it.. ..pffft. Did not finance through them but it took two hours just place a down payment and get a receipt. Returned on Monday to pick up truck and it was damaged. After hours of pathetic attempts at repair, the owner, Chad Margurger, was uncaring and said they'd give me back my check. In the end, they gave me a tank of gas and a hundred dollar check for approximately $500 in damage to a vehicle I had committed to buying BEFORE it was damaged. I like my truck but Margurger is a horrible place to do business. David the salesman was really nice and tried his best, but unfortunately, at Margurger, used car buyers are considered second rate and treated as such. Chad even made the comment, "we don't usually put gas in used cars". In my opinion, anyone that purchases a vehicle should get a complimentary tank of the very least. We drove two hours twice to do business with them and were treated like trash by the owner. I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with them but especially anyone looking at a used or preowned vehicle.

No effort to help or work out a deal because I came in 30 minutes before close. No effort to call me back..I had to track them down.

Ken Marburger did a great job helping us get the deal done. Will return in the future if a Nissan truck is what I'm looking for.

They were not willing to allow me to have my bank handle thing ask them to send buyers order over to my lender never got respond back after i told them i would use my lender instead of there's.

Waste of 2 hour drive, said they had a certain Nissan truck, called 2 times before we left to make sure it was there. Got down there and it wasn't there, didn't sell it they never had it.

The experience was a little below average. The initial sales person that I was suppose to meet with was unfortunately out of office. The person that I ended up meeting with was not prep for my visit. I sat down at his desk and to explain that I would like to view the car that was for sale. At the end of my visit, I simply asked for the lowest price that they would take for the car and I kept getting the run around. For example, "What if I made you an offer you could not resist" and " What offer do you want to give". It was kind of random, I was not in a office but out on the floor. Felt a little weird. I was actually told to wait right there on the floor and they would come back with a final price. I stood there for about 5 minutes, as other salesman were randomly speaking with one another. I decided to walk outside and stood out there for another 5 minutes. I then started to walk back in and the intial sales man meets me at the door and asked I had an additional question. I am not suprised that he did not know I was waiting for them to come back to me. To be honest, the experience kind of showed that they could have cared less for my business. It has been a week and I am not suprised that I have not recieved a follow up call. When you are buying a car, you want to feel that you made the best decision not that you should have went somewhere else. I do feel that would have been my feelings if I would have purchased this car.
