They did reach out to me four times. I delayed in responding back, as work/weather were such that I did not know they had contacted me. Nonetheless, the car's mileage was quite a bit over my limit.

Had a very nice experience, Lonny was amazing! Over all, all the workers were nice and I can tell the environment was good when I walked through the door. It was a faster easy process compared to some other dealerships and have lots more pros, I can’t think of any cons as of right now. My car was in really good condition so I loved that also and I love my car and everything about it!!

So far so good but I'm still working with Koons. Can answer better when I am a 100% completed with our transaction.

Gus the salesman and Dan the Sales Manager were both terrific. No games! The car was ready for my test drive when I arrived. They appraised my trade in while I was out. The whole deal went like clockwork. The final sale price was less than Dan quoted me on the phone. Gus spent an hour explaining all the accessories and vehicle operation. I went home with a full tank of gas and the top down in my new Mazda MX-5 Miata. Very Satisfied.

The dealer contacted me very fast. The negotiations were going very good until suddenly the seller just decided not to proceed with negotiations any more and wished me luck elsewhere which I believed to be kind of rude. This does not bring a good image to the dealership or maybe they don't need sales.

They contacted me quick. The overall time spent there was about 2.5 hrs. They didnt discuss my warranty or coverage options with me. And also they let me leave the lot with the gas tank on empty. I felt rushed. Not a good overall experience but i love the car. You would think when someone puts alot down for a downpayment you would get better service.

Drove 75 miles to look at the vehicle. The salesman, Gus, was very disorganized. We waited extended periods for him to retrieve information on the vehicle. Made a reasonable offer. Declined, no negotiations. Business Manager emailed me & I explained my experience to him. He told me the vehicle was being repaired/inspected & he would contact me when it was finished to discuss. Nothing. I see they sold it today without ever contacting me. Terrible customer service.

Lonny was very nice and helpful. I liked the car but the weekend manager tried to add on $1,300.00 in a chemical treatment that would kill Coronavirus. He said they automatically treated every car with it because the owners were so concerned about customers health. Lonny got the full-time manager to contact me on Monday and they made a very fair offer without the added charge. They sold that car while I was looking at another.

Great process not overbearing. The salesman showed up on time. The only downside is the salesman said they will not negotiate the price. Did not purchase from that dealership.

The salesperson's were rude and allowed me to travel almost 45 minutes to their dealership before telling me they could not follow through with a deal.

We almost bought a car from them, but at the end we walked away due to pricing not being in line with current market conditions.

Every aspect of the process was handled professionally and safely. The vehicle was ready for my test drive and the time from test drive to a goodbye elbow bump was under one hour. All documents were placed on a flash drive and the processing was seamless. Koons Silver Spring Ford Mazda is a dealership that I will visit again in the future.

I bought this car from koons silver spring. It was certified preowned. On my way home, I found out the fog lights weren't working. I guess the cpo rating doesn't mean crap. They also charged me a 1295.00 destination charge that isn't mentioned on they're website. I like the car, the dealership, not so much.

I highly recommend buying your vehicle from Koons. Being a 6 hour drive away they were easy to work out a price over the phone and were very accommodating in holding the vehicle until i could make the drive to finalize the purchase. Mike was absolutely great to deal with. The car was as described and at the price that we agreed upon. I'd make the 6 hour drive again to buy a vehicle from Mike and Koons!

Dealership has been very responsive and easy to work with given my busy schedule. They have been upfront about all costs and warranties, and I have not felt like I'm being nickeled and dimed with hidden fees. I have not bought anything yet due to not finding the right vehicle, but I will definitely consider buying from this dealer in the future.

I bought the car. The sales person was OK, but he could have done more to help us. The car had a key issue and it came with one key only. We called him several times. He called back the next day. We took the car to a different dealership to resolve the key issue. It was expensive.
