We were told to come on in and look at the vehicle. It was on the lot and they would show it to us. When we came in later that morning to look at it, we were told that it was sold. We were redirected to other less appealing deals. I hate games and will not be easily suckered again.

I had better hopes upon leaving, however after purchasing the car I left with only one key, only to find out they knew but didn’t share that. I called not even 5 minutes away to find out they knew but chose not to tell me that the other key was missing. After I called they said they’d follow up with the previous owners or fix the situation, but seeing as we are now close to three weeks out I think they’ve decided it isn’t worth their time. For me to purchase an additional key for the car is close to $300 - while it doesn’t matter to them it sure does to me.

Relatively responsive but typical shady dealer with price negotiation. Dishonest with cost of "accessories" and would not come to terms over the phone. Constantly told they would be willing to discuss further if I come in person, location was an hour and a half away and it was obvious what they were trying to do. Not an honest or reputable dealership, avoid if possible.

Buyer beware! We are informed car buyers who do our homework and buy new and late model vehicles regularly. We viewed a new 2016 Honda Pilot Touring that this dealership still had in stock in early April 2017. The dealership insisted they'd "make us a great offer" on this car since it was the previous model year, hinting at a $5-6K discount off MSRP. I told them exactly what we'd been offered by another dealer on trade in value and price of a new 2017 vehicle, and clearly laid out what we were willing/able to pay for the 2016 vehicle in question. I asked them to not waste our time or theirs by having me come in to the dealership a 2nd time if the numbers didn't make sense and they assured me they could get us the trade value, price for the new car and financing terms we'd discussed. They kept pushing for me to come back in to the dealership and eventually came up with a story of having a wholesaler who wanted to view my car at 8PM on a weeknight to finalize a trade-in value, which turned out to be a blatant lie to get me back to the dealership as there was nobody waiting to view the car. They offered me the clean NADA trade value on my trade-in (which was all I was asking for on trade value), but then proceeded to offer me a price that was about $4K higher than what had been discussed along w/a much higher than market finance rate (roughly 4% vs. the 2.75% rate offered by the dealership we ultimately bought a new Pilot from) stating that even w/perfect credit this was the best they could do on financing. They then proceeded to offer me an even longer loan term and attempted to get me to focus only on the payment of the car, not the fact they were charging a higher finance rate and offering an 84-month loan (vs. the max 72 months I'd requested) to try and "trick" me into making an emotional decision to overpay for finance rate and the vehicle in return for a payment that was close to the payment I would've paid had they honored the going finance rate and vehicle price previously discussed. Old-school sleazy tactics from sales staff and management. We proceeded to buy a new 2017 Honda Pilot Touring from another dealership for a much lower price with far lower finance rates. Take your business elsewhere if possible.

We called and got information regarding a car and I told the woman we would come down to see it but never received a call back. When we called to confirm our test drive she said the car had been sold without any information back to us because their internet system doesn't give them phone numbers.
