The sales guys were nice, but the sales manager, Jason isn't a fair person to deal with. 2nd time I cranked my new car, battery was dead. Went to advanced auto to have them check it and came back dead. Paid the $173 for the replacement and when I talked to Jason about it, he said too bad, couldn't do anything because I didnt bring it to them. Jason, I think I understand your mentality, where you're stuck in this 'winning' mindset, but maybe you should realize that when you sacrifice fairness in your dealings, you're really losing. I'm in sales as well, but I operate on a win-win relationship with my clients.

just now Bought a 2016 mustang from them last week 11/5/19. When the vehicle was delivered it had chopped tires, a bad wheel bearing and bad control arms making horrible noises. The salesman insisted every used vehicle comes with a complimentary 60day warranty and the vehicle was in excellent condition. When it came down to it the used sale manager claimed the warranty only covers engine and transmission, won't do anything about the tires, bearing or control arms because I've had the car a week, so I must have damaged... right... Sleazy salesman and sleazy "managers". HAVE YOUR CAR INSPECTED BY A TRUSTED MECHANIC BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING! BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

All staff encountered were friendly, knowledgable and prompt right from the first email. Never felt pressure-all questions and comments handled in a professional manner. We did end up purchasing this vehicle. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

We were in contact with Chris from Mike Maroone prior to driving out of state to look at the vehicle. He was helpful and fair. The whole process of buying a car feels a bit like psychological warfare, especially after you decide on a price and have to deal with the “finance process,” but overall we’re happy with the service and in love with the car we bought.

This dealer tried to get me to sign loan documents without the proper disclosure. They also tried to tell me the warranty would be $7000.00 on a $15,000.00 car. I walked out after wasting a whole day with them. Avoid them at all costs.

We bought this car! Our sales person, Cherry, was a rock star! It was a little frustrating because we were told two important inaccurate things: the car was being sold "as is" which meant it would receive the full inspection, detailing and any required repairs- it was actually classified as a "tow away" and therefore was not cleaned or inspected. We were not informed of this discrepancy until we had signed all of paperwork. It was a disappointment, but I felt bad for our sales representative who had to break the news of the mistake to us. Also, we were told it was preferred that I write a check that night and would not have any problems with a hold. Then, we were informed the next day that they were going to hold the check for 10 days unless I wanted to bring in cash. In summary, the car is a great car. Cherry was an outstanding, authentic, no-pressure sale person who really seemed to have our best interest at heart. Some of the communication and organization at the business could use improvement. Overall, a very positive experience.

We contacted the dealership through cargurus and they responded quickly. There were no pictures because they had just received the vehicle, they said someone could walk out and call me and describe the vehicle to me. We decided to drive the 85 miles to come see it instead, but when we got there thé said it hadn't even arrived. Then they tried to get us to put money down to reserve it. Very disappointed with the customer service of this dealership.

I asked the condition of the passenger side that was conveniently left out of the on line picture. Several days later I received an email claiming had answered me and what I thought and I should come drive it. But no answer as to the condition. I replied I never received an email back and no one had answered what the passenger side looked like. They then sent me a email saying they were sorry and the vehicle was sent for auction a few days after they received it??? Funny thing is its still there today and the price has been dropped twice.
