I drove from Dardanelle Arkansas to Broken Arrow to look at this car on Feb 3,2018 after several emails back and forth from lauden at this dealership i got there and the car had been sold. I had told him in said emails that i would be in Saturday from Arkansas to look at it. After arriving Lauden was with Clients so we were helped by Hank (which was wonderful and very apologetic after he found this car had been sold the day before to someone else). Lauden made an attempt to take the blame for this happening but i cut him short and told him he was unprofessional. He went on to tell me that he didn't try to keep the car for me to look at because i had never given him a time for my arrival. When a client is driving from Arkansas to Oklahoma on a Saturday to look at a vehicle you can't give a specific arrival time. All it would have taken was an email from him saying they had sold the unit and I wouldn't have been out the time and money for my travel. I will say this, although i was disappointed with Lauden we were very pleased with Hank and his professionalism. Ferguson has a top notch employee in Hank.

Not good. 2 different trucks I contacted them about, they told me were just sold but have remained on the site as well as continued so called “price drops”. Then tons of emails and text messages telling me about either the vehicle that was sold or other vehicles. Seriously?! Is this some kind of new sales tactic?!

The car I wanted was sold, but still listed on the site. The sales staff contacted me and asked me if there were other types of cars I was looking for. I described the general type and condition of vehicle I was interested in. They game me two recommendations. One with frame damage and one with 100,000 more miles than I specified. They didn't listen very closely.

I found the vehicle I was looking for and was contacted by the dealer. As we were looking at the vehicle, someone was in the process of purchasing the vehicle but the sales person was able to find an exact vehicle with more options and I was able to look at pictures of the vehicle. We completed the paper work process and I am happy to say that I will be getting my vehicle oversees shortly because I am located in Hawaii. I made the purchase oversees. Happy customer

Roy Holloway picked us up from the airport to purchase a vehicle. We got there and it wasn't what we wanted due to not having a third row seating area cause that is what the description said but they were nice enough to waive the dealer description fee. They were good customer service and we got mailed our extra set of keys and floor mat that wasn't placed back in after they cleaned the car before we left. They also filled up the vehicle with gas for us. Thanks Ferguson superstore.

Experience was very pleasing. I highly recommend Ferguson to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle. Mario was very helpful in showing us cars that we were interested in. He was very helpful and didn't mind that we stayed late into the night looking at cars! I ended up purchasing TWO honda civics. I spoke with Dave Schroeder who was very helpful. The car I was looking at was sold but he asked what I was looking at and he did some searching for me. There was no pressure. We didn't get a deal done but I will keep checking Ferguson's website. This dealer was 2 hours away from me but the way this dealership was would have made the drive worth it on top of their prices.

I found several vehicles that suited my needs at different dealers. Every time when I went to actually purchase the vehicle I found that there were a number of fees and charges that were not included in the list price and greatly affected the drive away price. I found that to be dishonest. When I went to Ferguson, first question I asked is what additional fees there were. My total price was listed price plus $249. That price gets me a loaner vehicle when I drop mine off for service. It was less than tax even would have been. Hank was very straightforward and this was the easiest purchase I have ever made.

They responded fast and tried to sell me the truck I wrote to them about and told me about others they had that were real close to it. Told me when it was sold and asked what they could do to help me if they could. Super nice. I just went a different way because of something closer to home. But I would work with them.
