I was contacted same day through email. I set up an appointment with Shane for a test drive for the following day. He had the car and carfax report ready when I arrived. Shane was very helpful throughout the whole process and I drove away with the car that day.

Great experience over all, Kevin got us into the Acadia we wanted. Didn't budge on the price at all but it was the internet price so that was fine. Quick and painless, nice people, straight foward.

Place was disorganized. After car was purchased gas tank was not filled up all the way, car was not cleaned and they even forgot to give us our title for the car. Had to contact them and demand it. The staff was nice, just the organization structure was a mess. Will never ever buy any other vehicle from them or refer anyone to that location.

They arranged a visit for me and it was about 1:20 to get to the dealer with bus for me. After I arrived they have told me the chevi has a problem and we had realized 30 minuets ago!!! We can offer you the other cars they said to me!! They were dishonest and unprofessional to me. I arranged a visit for a specific car not any car, besides if they realized issues why they did not call me. They wasted 3 hours of my valuable time. They think they can take an advantage of people. They use a great deal car as a bait.

Apologize for the misunderstanding and very sorry for the sales person dropping the ball.  The sales person is suppose to immediately grab keys and start car to 1) ensure vehicle is here and 2) make sure there are no issues with vehicle prior to the customer showing.  We have a 40 day turn which means all 300 vehicles on our lot are sold within 40 days.  This means from time to time, there are multiple vehicles on 1 vehicle and commonly the vehicle is sold with 24 hours of an appointment hence the reason the sales person is to grab keys and check vehicle.  Again I apologize there was a break d

Sales guy was nice enough. They couldn't even find the car I was inquiring about until the next day. Then I came back to test drive it then go sit down with the sales guy and they jacked the price from 9800 to 11700. In a day, on a car they "lost". Shady.

Pushy salesman, stated they didn't carry Odyessey me mini vans, yet they had 3 on their website the day and visited and the day after. Tried to convince me to buy a Pacifica which I was not at all interested in. Would appreciate honesty and accurate website listings. If they had been sold or couldn't be sold, just say so.

We made the 250 Mile trip from Kentucky to Ohio in a snow storm to see the car we wanted to get. Joey and his GM helped out so much in preparing the car, fixing the minor flaws and making things work out for us. We were met with terrific customer experience and treated fairly and honest throughout the car buying process. I highly recommend this dealer if you are looking or live in Ohio. I feel it was worth the trip.

I called to make sure the vehicle was available! Drove an hour and a half to test drive it! Only to find out that they could not find the car. Waited two hours still could not find the car. Gave them two more days to contact me back was told they found the car but could not find the keys. They tried to sell me a completely different vehicle! They need to remove this listing since they can’t find the vehicle on it! I ended up buying this exact vehicle from a dealer in Mansfield

Pretty weak on our part eh?  There is no good reason to have this happen and I apologize for the mess.  I always recommend a call, email, chat, or appointment to confirm that a customer does not have the issue.  We have run into problems when the car was just sold either the day before, or hours before, or a battery had died.  Things happen when sales does not have time to put these hand on the car and keys.  In this instant, complete failure on the sales person.  I would be interested in knowing who you spoke to if you would be willing to sacrifice the extra minute or 2 to make sure it does n

The dealer was not prepared for a new customer,the vehicles that were suppose to be seen were not available.One vehicle was chipped pretty badly with no compromise to the price and the other was dirty as the first was,not the treatment that was described via their website.I almost felt like they were trying to pressure me to purchase what was left.

There is something going on in the dealership they change The interest rate 2 times and I was mad there is No way Can get two interest rate from one back.the bank First they give me good interest rate and i just took it.After I drove 450 mil and when I get there they change the interest right by 2% I was mad.Finally after some argument they change Their mind to the 1st place.

Apologize for any confusion on interest rate.  Interest rates are determined through third party lenders.  What they provide us is a majority of the time, what we can offer the customer.  If there is any stipulations including "proof of residence", "proof of income", "proof of job time".....these will all factor in on what we are able to lend for financing.  Also evenings and weekends (when most customers purchase vehicles) many banks are closed which forces dealers to provide customers "spot deliveries" which means we would need to rehash deal with bank

Caldwell's people were eager for a meeting and definitely businesslike and professional. Two problems on my part: First, I went Grouse hunting in Michigan for a week and was out of reach. Second, I'm mostly casting about to get an idea of the market and find out what's out there. I'll keep working Cargurus until I find something I can't resist. Cargurus is an excellent service.

I contacted Bob Caldwell Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram via Car Gurus about two vehicles: a 2009 Ford F150 XLT SuperCrew 4WD and a 2010 Dodge Ram SLT Sport Crew cab. After an email or two, and a text from Cindy, I set an appointment to test drive both vehicles. When I arrived at dealership expecting to be greeted by Cindy, I was greeted by Brandy. Not a problem, but unexpected as it was not the original salesperson. Brandy informed me up front that the Ford was in the shop for a "check engine" light and not available for inspection/test drive. Right away that was disappointing. A dealer that advertisers a vehicle for sale on their web site should have it available for inspection, right? So I test drove and inspected the RAM and turns out that was the vehicle I purchased after they inspected/appraised my trade in vehicle. I was able to take my time with the test drive and inspection and did not feel any pressure from Brandy, but did go through the usual "let me talk to my manager" process that all dealers do. After we reached agreement on the transaction, and after I got the vehicle home, I discovered a missing engine compartment part and what sounds like a manifold gasket leak both within the first few days of owning but have not addressed these issues with them. Would do business with them again.

Car was not clean, didn't look like when they got it they took care of it at all. I bought a 2016 rt for only 2 thousand more than what this dealership wanted. With only 5 thousand miles. I offered 27 in cash and they still wanted 29. Overall horrible experience and will not deal with them ever again.

Car was in rougher shape than portrayed. Something was wrong with frontend you could hear it pop and pull while driving. Salesman insisted it was brakes then a transmission recall that would be fixed by Nissan if we would buy the car. After telling the salesman it wasn't what we had wanted he continued to push us to purchase the car to the point it was unprofessional. The staff we inquired about the car with was very nice professional and helpful.

Ya, that's not a good deal and interested in lending an ear if you would be willing to provide some extra information.  For one, we pride ourselves on NOT being pushy so I would be interested in who your were dealing with.  From time to time we do find supplemental issues with retail vehicles and the correct response is to have the issues rectified and try to setup another appointment post repair.  Other times customers are interested in vehicles prior to our service department reconditioning the vehicle.  In this instance, we prefer to have the vehicles fully inspected prior to purchase howev

I had a very good buying experience with them. But after the sale I am not so sure. I have a headlamp that needs replaced. Called my salesman, haven't heard from him. Had to spend fifty dollars on mounting brackets for the license plates. Didn't ask for to be reimbursed for that, needed special brackets. All I want is the headlamp assembly replaced, has a broken seal. I will give the final review after they get back to me.

I drove an hour to view this car, test drove it and liked it. I had called before hand to ask if Internet price was negotiable and they said yes. I make them an offer and they would not budge on the price one cent. It wasnt worth the drive to get there and be told no on any change to the price. Plus once I get home I check the car out again online and price dropped by $200, and again later that night by $100. We call the next morning to find out they sent it to an auction instead of selling to a customer. Bad business!!! Will never recommend this dealership. I found a car that next day I love just as much with great service and they met all my needs as expected!!!

Not good......and sorry you were the recipient of a miscommunication.  Let me elaborate (not as an excuse, we are definitely in the wrong).  A pricing manager is directed to lower prices based on the age of a vehicle sitting on a lot.  A 30 day old vehicle will be lowered 5-6 times, and a vehicle that's been on our lot 70 days will have the price lowered 10-12 times.  It's the sales managers responsibility to cut ties with a vehicle after a certain age and send it to auction or wholesale.  In this instance, the manager should have just given you the $100/ $200/ $300 discount (assuming that's a

I highly recommend this dealership. Pat Stokes is an excellent car salesman and I would definitely recommend him. He didn't pressure us at all and he was very helpful in securing our Jeep. I would definitely but from Pat again. It was well worth the 90 minute trip to go to this dealership.

Didn't buy this car but did purchase another car from them. They're great to deal deal with and made sure before I even test drove it that they were going to fix it. The decals on the car had been damaged by car wax....they fixed at no charge to me and gave me a loaner. Joe in used cars made sure we would have a key fob and 2nd key...all without me having to ask or negotiate for it!!! They just made it right

That's pretty darn weak and I share in your frustration, we apologize.  It's true we do not hold cars or take deposits on vehicles (with exception of new ordered vehicles). Asked about mileage which they didn't put on ad. Got several quick responses but they refused to give me an answer to that simple question. After visiting several sites I found a video of the car that showed the mileage which was expectedly too high for my liking. Could have saved both of us the time and just listed or told me the mileage when I asked.

Ya, you would think that would be a pretty easy process to answer the question on the lead.  When a Cargurus lead comes in we only have 2-3 opportunities to gather the customer information before the lead can no longer be accessed however there should not be a reason that we are unable to relay that message along with answering your question all at the same time.  Sorry we dropped the ball here and if you are still in the market, perhaps we have a similar vehicle with lower mileage that will work for you.  If not, no sweat and sorry we were unable to make it happen.  -Justin H (GM)

Hector was great! Unfortunately he was told that he couldn't get me financed since I am currently in Bankruptcy. I am hoping that I can be financed after my meeting with the court soon. As I have been watching this truck for months! I was told to give your dealership a try by a friend. He could not keep track of my correspondence with him. I was constantly having to resend my information to him. I was frustrated before I even had the opportunity to get by the dealership. He wasted a lot of my time with his lack or organiztion, to the point I decided to continue my search some place else. Trade in experience fantastic and no haggling. Internets price was already more competitive than anyone within 100 miles. Noticed a couple of brush scratches on the car when I got there in person and they were quick to buff out. Great experience overall

I called to get a cash price on a 07 Dodge Charger r/t with 89,xxx miles on it and the dealer told me the price was going to be $17,900.00 which is over priced for a car that old and the dealer was aggressive I would never consider doing business here

Not real sure how to respond to a review regarding a disagreement on price.  Typically in a free enterprise a consumer does or does not find a value in the product they are trying to acquire but can't see where a review is necessary when the value is not perceived?  Kind of like leaving reviews for restaurants you have never visited but don't wanna pay that much for the meal, doesn't really make sense.   Pre-owned vehicles are also difficult to place a particular value without knowing the mechanical make up, car fax, service history, etc.. , again placing a subjective value to an objective pri

Terrible experience. I've dealt with them twice. Both times the salesman blows up my phone and email. I wrote him back and said I found a better deal and he STILL kept calling. Not to match the price either. The 2nd time they just kept trying to talk me into leasing when I TOLD THEM I specifically wanted to buy. Then they tried to make me feel stupid for not wanting to throw my money away on paying 330 a month on a car that I'd never own. Terrible service I'll never go back. Shop elsewhere

Well sorry that it was a poor experience Travis.  To address the communication issue- just like most retail business we have a CRM (customer relationship management) tool that allows us to set the frequency in which we want the sales staff to contact customers.  Last year we lowered the amount of contacts quite a bit. If you advertise something for a price you should sell it for that. So called someone hacked into your system and lowered the price. Other then that nice people over the phone.

We don't disagree with you and apologies for the inconvenience.  (Like most dealerships) we change the prices on all vehicles (approx. 400 vehicles) at least every 2 weeks.  Pretty sure we can chalk this up as a typing error rather than a hacker.  It's a HUGE mistake to fat finger a price when we're talking about tens of thousands of dollars per vehicle.  None-the-less to manage this we will continue to stress the importance of careful key strokes when pricing.  Thank you for the feedback and again sorry for the troubles.  -Justin H (GM)

Dealer was very pushy about putting me in a more expensive car I wasn't interested in. Left the dealer never went back even after repeated calls. They still have the car I was looking at, but I'm not comfortable doing business with them.

Dealer communicated with me on a Sunday evevning. Went in tuesday, and they did not even have the vehicle they were advertising. A salesman told me that the vehicle sold "quite a while ago". All they wanted to do was get me to come in and try to talk me into a different vehicle. I will never buy anything from this dealership!!

Did not make a purchase but did stop by to look at the car. Jimmy was real pleasant to work with. The vehicle was in great shape and priced well, it just was not 'the car' I was looking for.

drove 2 hours The salesman met us, and had very little knowledge of the vehicle, and the truck had a leak, and exhaust needed replaced, and would not even talk about lowering the price. hopefully the other salesman are better, if not stay away.

Non-pressured sales. Courteous staff. Honored price posted on internet despite posting being an error. Great trade-in value given. Only downside was took 3.5 hours for paperwork. Wish they had told me to take my trade-in and come back in 2 hours once they were close to finishing papers. I had 2 kids with me, so this wait was onerous.
