Terrible. Called about a car on Friday and said I’d be there on Sunday. I live 2 hours away and just asked if it sells before, let me know so I don’t waste a trip. Get there Sunday (with a check) and someone “put down” money and was coming to look at it between 12-2, if they didn’t buy it then I could see it. I literally wait ALLL DAY in the area cause they were supposed to call me if it sold. I had to call them at 4! Turns out this person didn’t put money down and couldn’t get financing/agree on a price, idk which and I still don’t know why they were shown the car before me? I left at 4:30 to start my 2 hour trip back. They call me at 4:55 (they close at 5) and tell me they would love to show me the car. Next day the manager calls me to say the same thing only they want me to make another trip out and will not negotiate the price. So you want me to make another trip for a car I didn’t get to look at and want me to pay full price for a car that’s been on your lot for 110 days?

Got a different truck from them than the one I went to see. I ike it so far. Everyone was attentive, but they were very busy. My salesman was with multiple customers at the same time.

Hard to reach the dealership at first. After going through prompts, phone would ring and ring without an answer. Finally, salesmen answered and told me I needed I to be there by 7 to see vehicle, even though they close at 8. I did make it (after 7) to test drive. Arranged to return the following day to purchase paying cash (no financing). Salesman provided good service. Manager would not budge on price!! No discount AT ALL for paying cash....DISAPPOINTING!!.

Dealer failed to disclose vehicle had mechanical issues as well as a non-functioning horn. I was an out-of-state purchaser, so I was shocked when the vehicle came off the bed with all of these issues. Shockingly, I was told this vehicle passed their inspection. Buyers, please be extra cautious when dealing with this company.

Went in test drove this car and loved it. Got a pice an approved. Told them to let me think on it due to the monthly payments. 2 hours late the car was sold. Two people were selling the same car at the same time. Because the of person had to drive from SC to Ohio to get it so they had definitely been handling business the whole time I was as well. Again... it’s not about the money...it should be about the customer...because they are the ones that will be coming back.

Initially replied with a dead link that directed only to their main website. Replied to them warning of the error and received nothing back. Called to get the information I wanted and got through to someone who seemed to know what they were doing. Took three days to finally get answer. Overall people were polite, but it took forever to actually get something done. Its not that hard to figure out the price and milage of a vehicle. May go back to them in the future but probably not. They do not seem concerned enough with customers who are making contact over text or through this website or their own.

Tyler seemed to be preoccupied with a lot of other things. After waiting for him 10 minutes he showed me the wrong Jeep. Then after test driving the correct Jeep I asked him about one with a trailer hitch, I lost all connection after that. I feel that the Jeep I test drove might be sitting in my driveway but he made me feel like I was wasting his time. I still might be interested in that Jeep but I have a bad feeling about doing any business with you if you have associates like him on your staff. Terrible experience!!!!

Jon was very nice and polite. We talk for a little over 5 minutes. After setting a date and time to view the 550I. He said if I have any questions just call or email him and he'll be happy to help. I emailed him a day or so later. Asking if the the 550I comes with a warranty and asked him for photos of the engine. Jon Never responded with an answer.. I emailed Jon a second time asking if they have the maintenance history records and have the valves stem seals ever been replaced. He replied and pretty much said no about the valve stem seals. Jon also said he only has the inspection records from them getting the vehicle ready for retail. I replied asking for copies of the inspection records. I asked a second time about the vehicle having warranty/photos of the engine and once again Jon did not reply back .. Needless to say I will not be purchasing this vehicle.

This thing’s description was misadventures as it was a piece of junk damaged from hail, smelled like wet cigarettes, busted up interior, high miles and the salesman attempted to actually talk this car up until he realized what we drove into the dealership. He was given my name and number to call me if they had anything coming in such as a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. The next day I was looking online and what do I find?? A Jeep Grand Cherokee on their website that has been there for 66 days. I call the dealership to see if the salesman was going to be in, I was told he was off. I drove to dealership to see the vehicle and was purswayed by another salesman to talk about the car. We test drove it together, I liked it and told him I was a serious buyer but needed a few things confirmed on the vehicle. My girlfriend and I were to come back the next day to make the purchase. It was sold over night, instead of doing the ethical thing to call and notify me they did nothing as the previous salesman did. They are truly your typical slimy used car sales people. Don’t waste your time, efforts and most importantly your money here.

Number one, there were small issues with the vehicle I had to find myself. Like one of the headlights wasn't working properly, or the USB port didn't work. The vehicle also had damage and they claim it was never in an accident. Proof is on the vehicle. The Salesman treated me like an idiot. Completely disrespectful when all I told him was that I needed to sell my truck somewhere else because they wouldn't give me enough for it on trade. The deal ended badly, and I don't think I ever want to go back to that dealer.

The vehicle wasn't cleaned and the previous owners clothing was in the back. Thw sales guy didn't know what the weird sound coming from the exhaust was and claimed it was nothing to worry about. Also, the guy said he'd give me $1000 off the vehicle and then his manager had to come in and tell me he couldn't... awful experience.

My Experience was ok , The paperwork and approval went fast, I just feel like the vehicle inspection could have been better, Because I should have never received a vehicle that was leaking water on the passenger side floor, The carpet was completely soaked, During the test drive I was lead to believe it came from carpet cleaning during the detailed process, My vehicle stayed at the shop for a week after just having it home for only 2 days, The problem appears to be fix, I just pray nothing else happens. I feel like when a person go to a car dealership for help , Give them help if you can't tell them you can't and let them try somewhere else, It was just a blessing I have two vehicles,

Car listed two days ago for 5900.00 and Tyler, the internet sales manager emphasized that there was no wiggle room on this price. Upon arriving at dealership, the car is now listed at 4900.00. So I guess there was wiggle room. Upon visual and driving inspection I noticed that the heated seats worked poorly (not a deal breaker), the AC didn't work, and the motor on the moon/sun roof made a horrible grinding sound and wouldn't open. Car also was on the lot with no rear headrests ( a safety feature) that Tyler told me would be a 700.00 option to fix. I hate when somebody gives me that dumb girl look. I wrote down the things I wanted fixed, offered him 5700.00 out-the- door as I'm a cash buyer, including tax/title (on a 4900.00 sale price) and he said "no can do". Myself, I no can do a vehicle advertised to have these items but they don't work. I used to sell cars for a major dealership and whoever inspected this vehicle before it went on the lot is incompetent. Beware the 04 Sorento EX WITH 91,434 miles.

Went to look at this Mazda6, and when I spoke with them on the phone they failed to tell me, nor show in the pictures that the passenger side had swiped something and one door was scraped, 2 dents on that side, the rear bumper was repainted and did not look professional at all, three dents on trunk lid, and front bumper was hit as well. Wow, how can you call this good condition?

Tim Cox was the sales person which dealt with me, and he is excellent: friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. He made my purchase of a 2010 Tacoma very low pressure and laid back. To top it off, the finance guy was just as easy going, and didn't try to push warranties and service plans on me. Sure he mentioned them to me in case I was interested, and that's fine. They are just trying to do business, but he did not work me to buy anything. I highly recommend Tim Cox and Performance from my experience.

When I contacted the dealership about a car I saw on the app, I explained in no uncertain terms the vehicle I need had to be AWD. I was told they had 8 vehicles on the lot that would fit my search criteria but after driving nearly 4 hours round trip, got to the dealership and was told there was only one. I had made it very clear I was driving a long distance and would not do so for just one vehicle but that was all they had so I sat down to discuss it. We sat at the desk with the salesperson and a few minutes later the manager, and discussed at great length the fact that the vehicle had to be AWD. They brought the vehicle out, I test drove it and liked the vehicle. We discusses terms and I left there on a Friday with the understanding that I may look at some other vehicles but had already been looking for a month and was pretty certain this was the vehicle I wanted, and would call them on Monday to most likely buy the vehicle. I spent the weekend looking at and passing on other vehicles because I really liked the one Performance had and planned to buy it. So Monday morning right before I call to purchase the vehicle I did one last comparison of vehicles on the website to make sure there was nothing new I liked any better, and to my astonishment found that the vehicle I was about to purchase was FWD(front wheel drive). I called the salesperson and asked if that was indeed correct and was told that it was. I was absolutely livid and I felt incredibly manipulated by the end of this process. It's been 4 days now passing on other vehicles and making plans to buy this vehicle. I spoke with the manager and was now guided toward a brand new 2017, which just happened to be $8,000 more than I wanted to spend and they knew it! I felt incredible manipulated by the end of this process. The paperwork that sits on the dash of every vehicle that you test drive states that if any of the features of the vehicle listed are incorrect it's your responsibility to point that out or you're simply stuck. I can't imagine a dealership not wanting to take responsibility if false information is given but this is their position as stated in black and white on the dash of every vehicle. I feel manipulates, misled, and would not allow this dealership to change my oil, let alone sell me a car.

We were very interested in another Journey they had on their lot and for the most part the experience was fine. They were accommodating when we told them we wanted to have it checked by our own mechanic before we would think about buying. We had that done and it came back with just one minor issue. When we were ready to buy, they wouldn't work with us on price. We made a reasonable offer expecting they would counter with half of our offer but they stood firm on the original price. So we walked away. I've never bought a car where there wasn't some negotiating because as we all know, you don't pay sticker and you don't accept the first offer. Ended up going to another local dealer and purchased a better Journey.

Dealer contacted me. The price of car decreased. The made the process easy but I didn't receive a spare key from the dealer stating that they couldn't make a spare. It cost me $70.00 to have one made. I believed they could have made me a key since I purchased the Buick.

After I bought the car I noticed there were no floor mats, the dealer took car of this promptly by ordering some from Mazda. I received both a text and an email from a representative introducing himself and offering to help me find a car. I set up an appointment and arrived at the dealership about 10 minutes late because I failed to estimate properly the time it would take me to get from out near the airport at work to the west side. The gentleman I met with greeted me warmly and then proceeded to tell me that the car I had originally inquired about had been sold that day. Initially, I was upset as I would have liked a call or something to tell me this information and I probably would have cancelled the appointment. Yes, there were other cars that I was interested in and did test drive two, but I would have appreciated the courtesy. The salesperson never took me to his desk to determine what other cars I was interested in or what would fit into my budget. He couldn't even be bothered to go with me on the test drives! I was never asked if I had car insurance or even a driver license! I don't know what the policy is regarding these matters, perhaps he was following dealership policy. I don't know. I just know that when I got finished, I knew I was not going to buy a car from this man and probably not this dealership either. I did buy a car later that week from another dealership, from a salesperson who seemed genuinely interested in selling me a car, probably for his commission, but either way, I was treated with respect and courtesy. Since that visit, I have received several generated emails from that salesperson and I even called and left a message in a voicemail box of a manager lodging a complaint, and have never received a response. I am happy with the dealership I did eventually go with and I know to never go back to this place or recommend it to any of my friends and family.

people acted real nice and a quick transition, but did not go over the numbers, rushed through paperwork and never tols the tradein amount or the sale price, I was given 9500 for a car worth 12000 trade in vale, and charged 20000 for a car they had listed for 19000. make sure you have the numbers and stick to them before you deal with these, also have your own bank, I got charge 3% more that I got from a dealer just a month before.

It was late in the evening when I bought this car & people wanted to go home. I knew this had to do w the poor detailing but more importantly I wasn't given the paper needed for my tags. I ended up loosing loosing hundreds on hotel reservations for which I was offered 5-- yes $5 & an oil change even though I'm moving out of state. If you don't need anything after you buy, you're probably ok. For the hellcat, I'm going elsewhere

We left after agreeing to buy a used car. After we drove the car twice, it still took over 3 hours to get paperwork and they still didn't have them prepared for us to sign. We walked out and didn't buy the car.
