I was going to trade in my 2009 Silverado LT on this truck but the dealer was not able to offer me what I was asking. A couple of days later I sold my truck for $14,000.00 cash ($4000 more then what the offered and 6000 more then what they said it was actually worth, people, if possible do not trade in your vehicle you are losing money when you do). I went back to the dealer to buy the truck but was highly disappointed after looking at the underbody. The truck was caked in dried mud and had forest debris lodged in the axles and springs a sign the truck had been driven through deep mud and water. I then decided to move to a Diesel and was promptly placed in a 2014 RAM with the check engine light on and a half working A/C. I ended up buying from out of state.

Polite on the phone and in person, however, the listed price at the dealer was $2500 more than on CarGurus! And the miles were nearly 2,000 higher. When we asked why the price was so much higher, he said that, they use CarGurus to get you to come to the store. That they use the low Internet price on CarGurus solely for advertising only! This is very misleading. After debating with the salesman and manager for a few hours about the price, they lowered their sales price by $1000, but also lowered our trade in value by $700. While friendly, and courteous the Dealer reminded us of the type of typical “Used car salesman” you can’t trust. We should have left when all the price changing started happening. To be honest, we paid about $1700 too much according to CarGurus price. If the Dealer is truly interested in their Reputation, as a Five Star Dealer, they would do something about this for us! (for example, by refunding part of our warranty, etc.). Buyer Beware!

The dealer contaced me via email and was very helpful attemting to schedule an appointment asap. I am still interested in this vehicle and I will move forward within the next week.

Bad experience with this dealer. Contacted dealer on friday, said I would be in in a few days to test drive vehicle. Went in the following Tuesday and drove vehicle, it ran real rough, salesman said they THOUGHT it was the plugs and plug wires were bad and if I would commit to buying it that they would change the plugs and wires. That should have been done before test drive.

Thaddeus Bruce has gone above and beyond to make a deal and keep me happy. First time buying online, sight unseen but so far everything has been perfect. I will be getting the car in a few days. The coordination and communication have been excellent. Can’t say enough about how easy this process has been! **UPDATE: I did not buy the car after all due to a “dealer prep” fee that I thought was a little high. Sales manager would not reduce so I backed out of deal. Still, Thaddeus was awesome and I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a vehicle!

Absolutely the worst experience I ever had with a car dealer. They dint want to deal on the phone or talk price and then after a week they called and begged me to come over and even dropped the price

I plan to go and see this car today. Person that I have been talking to is very nice and is answering all questions. Don't know yet if I will be able to purchase this vehicle, but plan on looking at it.

Poor customer service. The advertise cars through the website and when you reach to them to ask, they say the cars are not available anymore, but they continue advertising them. Would have 0 stars if possible

I requested the information on Sunday and promptly got the emailed carfax on Monday, but was told I would have to come to the dealership in person to get their best price (100 miles away). I decided Monday afternoon I would go to the dealership Tuesday to test drive the car so I called Tuesday morning to be sure the car was available and was told they wrote a contract on Saturday and the buyers were approved and the Car sold on Sunday afternoon. So, they wasted my time and energy on a car that was sold before they even sent me the carfax. I will not do business with people in the future.

I asked for a price on a Jeep Wrangler I was very interested in buying. They would not give me a price, so we were not able to buy from them. They attempted to get me to drive 2 hours to meet them, prior to even getting a price. Reminds me of some 1990 tactics of car dealers, where the sales manager puts huge pressures on customers to buy.

Dealer called and emailed very quickly, although there was a lot of typical car salesman rhetoric. The online manager requested information and photos on my trade. I sent the photos and information the same day. The dealer never responded to the email.

Overall friendly, no complaints about how I was treated. However, they were not willing much to deal on the price. Only dropped the price 1K. Would have not driven the distance if that was the limit of the haggle.

Tried out a truck and did not buy it. We were not impressed at all. We would not deal there.

The lady was nice and sent lots of text but I was unable to get to her dealership and purchased a vehicle closer to home.

I have grown up around this dealership and was there for the grand opening. The prices for these cars are expensive and out of some people's range but the quality of these cars are absolutely fantastic. Pretty much my entire family have cars from this dealership and very rarely have complications. As for some of the reviews about Tallahassee DCJ, for the guy that complained about driving there and the car being sold, you should have called to confirm the car was there before actually going (that is all your fault) And for the person that said they called back and were "pushy" open your eyes and realize that that is how most dealerships are and that the "pushy-ness" is part of the buisness. If I could give the DCJ a higher rating I would with no hesitation.

the only reason I gave them a 1 stare is I can not go any lower. After responding to there Email around lunch I set up to drive the 2 hours to see the truck When the wife and kids got home we drove the 140 or so miles to the dealership to be told the truck was sold the day before. It is 4 hours of my life I will never get back and what a fun way to spend a long car ride with your wife and kids. In short don't waste a trip for a car that may not exist.
