I ended up purchasing this car and the experience with Sound Auto was smooth from beginning to end. The car was in pristine condition, just as it looked online, at an excellent price. Mauro and the team at Sound were great to work with; I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from here again.

Dealership staff were friendly and communicated promptly. Paperwork was prepared ahead of time and truck was clean and ready to go, so I just had to sign a few things and go when I picked it up.

Horrible experience! From the sales crew all the way up to the owner, these guys are the very reason “used car salesmen” have a poor reputation. They misrepresented the amenities in the car I purchased, sent me on my way with only a quarter tank of gas, and gave me a key fob that wasn't even compatible to the car I bought. Instead of rectifying their mistakes the owner said he didn’t want to do business with me and that he would take the car back. That speaks volumes about their lack of integrity - customer satisfaction is not at all a priority for this sketchy crew! Gladly gave them their vehicle back!

Yes Kelsey was a very good salesman he helped us out quickly and we bought the car
I wrote this to the owner/management of Sound Auto. It was an infuriating, poor experience.
To Mr. Merriam or General Manager of Sound Auto: I feel you should be aware of my experience with
your business and in particular with Mr. George Bennet? Basically, he is an exceptionally poor
representative to the public of your business. He is typical of all the worst traits that give car
salesmen a bad reputation. He shows no integrity nor honesty and is self-serving only to himself and
not your business or the customers. It got to the point where I am pretty uninterested in buying a car
from a company that employs such unreliable people; it makes the rest of the business suspect as
well. I had been emailing with George for about a week with interest in a Prius I found that you had
listed on CarGurus. We had gotten to the point Tuesday evening when I agreed to buy it with all the
major issues of price, delivery etc confirmed on the phone. The next email said he was selling it to

This was the worst experience iâve ever
encountered with a dealership in my life. They
allowed me to put a down payment on the same car
someone else already had a down payment on and
sold it to them because âthey got their firstâ. They
were super nonchalant about it. This is an awful
place, the manager was ridiculously unhelpful as
well and did not care. do not go here!

George was a consummate professional and arranged for me to come down and do a test drive. He was patient, too time to explain the
process and wasn't pushy. Unfortunately my financial picture changed and I had to abandon the purchase. Will re-visit once my financial
situation improves.

Easy transaction. Smooth process
The sales person, Kelsey Yantosca, was friendly, professional and most accommodating - I never felt pressured. I found an independent mechanic (Lou at Midas nearby - excellent too) and Sound Auto helped me get the vehicle there before I decided to buy. The vehicle was in excellent condition, exceeded my expectations, and price was very competitive. Great experience!
I was interested in a vehicle offered for sale. It had high mileage and was for sale for over 90 days. I called about the truck and the price
history showed it being raised by $3000.00. The price for the vehicle before the price increase was fair. I called to discuss but there was no
interest in negotiating the price even with the price history of this vehicle. I would have purchased had they negotiated.

I contacted through cargurus about 2017 Acura ilx. some one by name David called me in the morning. After some discussions and knowing that I was interested in the car, he asked to me to pay $300 to hold the car. I paid by creditcard. He was supposed to send me a receipt. I find following day that the car is sold. No communication what so ever. I called him but wouldnt pick up. One of the company's internet sales person sent me a bland email . I replied saying this is what happened. Guess what no reply from her again. Wouldnt trust this dealership

After I requested information through CarGurus, Sound Auto’s salesman, Kelsey contacted me right away. He was very knowledgeable and respectful while answering my million questions regarding my trade in as well as the CR-V. I drove 4 1/2 hours to test drive the car and ended up buying it when we got there. Kelsey was helpful throughout the entire process and made the buying process quick and fun. However, when I got the car back home I had my mechanic look it over. The front tires are cracked and will have to be replaced soon. Sound Auto had put new tires on the back but not on the front of the car. Also, they put a new battery in the vehicle but never tightened the bracket that holds the battery in place so it was making an obnoxious noise every time I turned on my way home. Kelsey filled my gas tank out of his own pocket because apparently the dealership does not do that automatically which was unexpected, considering all the dealerships at home do that. Car was priced well though.
Dealer rushed me to complete the sale by the end
of the month instead of waiting a few days to get
the financing thru my CU. I drove 5 hrs to pick it
up. Their ad says they deliver, NOPE. After driving
to get there at a scheduled time, I sat for an hour
waiting to get the car. Quickly rushed thru
numbers and financing. Car empty when I picked
up. Had to fill with gas to get home. I didn’t feel
appreciated. Just hurried in and out.

listed with a dealer ship. Our was listed as a
Luxury Lexus, with all the safety equipment,
bells and whistles, etc. come to find out, the
only options on the vehicle as verified
through a Lexus Dealership was Winter
Floor Mats. Total scam, total lie, total and
deliberate deception. Stay clear of this
deceptive dealerahip.

I live 3 hours away so all of my contact with the sales person was over texts. I had a horrible experience with the salesman. I did not have the largest of down payments so the salesperson instead of saying “you need to increase your down payment” just didn’t work on the loan at all. I would ask a day later if there was any progress and he would say “not yet soon” then after 3 days of talking to this salesman and I found out the car was sold. I did not find out from the salesman I found out from the website. When I screenshot the listing being sold and sent it to this salesman he responded back “sorry you did not have a large down payment so it would have been a hard deal to reach”. This was the first time I ever heard him say anything negative about me purchasing the car. So at the end it became clear that this salesman did not even attempt to work on the sale for me and just kept my hopes up by saying he was working on it.

Saw a car on the site. Called Thursday, Friday, and Saturday morning to verify that it was still for sale and available to drive. It was, so I drove 55 minutes to go take it out for a spin. I get there and they say "oh sorry it sold, how about a (different year/color)?" Bait and switch. Disappointed, I said no thank you, thanks for your time. On my way out, I saw the exact car that I had come to see, on the lot tucked behind a couple others. Bait and switch that cost me 2 hours and miles on my own vehicle.

We called before we went down there to look at one particular vehicle. They knew we were coming and what vehicle we were going to look at but still they didn't have it ready. The battery was dead and they couldn't get it going. When we got in the vehicle it was filthy! There were footprints inside the car on the hood. They totally wasted my time.

The dealer didn't contact me the first time but did contact me the second
time. I contacted the dealer to confirm my appointment for a test drive and
they asked me to come in. When I went there the car wasn't at the
dealership at all for a test drive. It was at some repair shop, which didn't
annoy me at all as I understood they were probably trying to get the car
fixed before the test drive. So I waited and when the car arrived and I took
a test drive...o boy....
I have never seen a car in that kind of awful condition which has been
granted to the customer for a test drive. The car was vibrating like
anything, probably a wheel balancing problem or more. The car won't even
begin to accelerate until you put your foot down the gas completely and
that too after a while. I have driven Dodge Darts and other Dodge cars
before and it's nothing to do with Darts or Dodge cars trust me. The
interior was dirty as hell.
See my point is may be they will be doing some more work on the car and
make things better. But the car was on Cargurus for about 1 and half
months and I fail to understand why it wouldn't be ready especially when
you're asking a customer to come down and take a test drive. I mean the
essence of test drive is to drive the car and feel good about it. Doesn't
make any sense that you set a car up for test drive that would make the
customer feel awful about driving it and then you say you'll fix everything
soon....
Bad bad experience...!! I drove 60 miles to test drive this car and I'm still
cursing myself for choosing to do so.

We purchased a vehicle from them. Good price for a decent vehicle. No problems to date. Wasn't cleaned well but the price was below book so we did a thorough cleaning ourselves. Overall happy with the transaction.
