Only wanted to schedule an appointment to view vehicle. Wanted nothing to do with talking about the vehicle or answering/getting answers in regards to the vehicle.
Wouldn’t give me a transparent pricing, no out the door price I told them
I was coming from further away. I didn’t trust them from multiple communications. Wouldn’t send me a window sticker or a proper quote. After I researched has a bad reputation I avoided and would recommend going elsewhere.
I stopped by Huntley Ford to check out a Ford F-250 Super, and overall it was a solid experience. Jessica was straightforward and transparent the whole time — she pointed out a small cosmetic flaw before I even noticed it and answered my questions without any sales pressure. The paperwork process ran a bit longer than I expected, but I felt the pricing was fair and left with a positive impression of the dealership.

I arrived at dealer after making an appointment vehicle wasn’t ready. Vehicle wasn’t clean. I had a broken windshield then they told me they couldn’t give me a price because that wasn’t their policy complete and total waste of time.

Be warned...they have shaddy pricing tactics... They listed the vehicle at 22,444 but had 4000 in "mandatory" transportation charges. definitely a bait and switch tactic.
First OTD offer for a 22,444 car was 41k... laughable.. finally got to a reasonable price a little high but it took a week of negotiations.
Sales guy was fine and helpful and communicated well.
Finance was the smoothest ive been through... no up selling at that point... not sure if they knew it was pointless at that stage since i was going to say no anyway.
They advertise a car for $28,000, but somehow the out-the-door price jumps to $35,000+ — that’s a huge difference!
They add a lot of unnecessary extras and even charge $2,000+ in “destination fees” on preowned cars !, it's a joke !!! The didn't even want to go down $400
Watch what you’re paying for at this place. Definitely read everything carefully before signing anything.
Dealer advertises very low prices to get you there which seems their focus. Once you are there and are sitting down to review the price and numbers they will tell you the price is only valid if you finance through them at exorbitant rates even if your credit score is stellar at 860 like mine. They will let you do your own financing but will add on 3k dollars to the price and other add ons that are non negotiable. If you call them and try to determine what are non negotiable fees in advance they will not disclose this to you. Bottom line is they are unscrupulous and engaged in nothing short of what can be construed as deceptive practices. DO NOT WASTE your time here, they will attempt to take advantage of you if you let them, I would rather have a toothache than deal with these people they are the worst.

Appointment made, car wasn’t there. Waited for it, came from another location and it was absolutely filthy. Asked them to wash it, waited another 10-15 minutes it was washed but not dried, took a test drive, liked the car. Tried to negotiate a cash price with trade in. Trade in value was 3k off what carvana would buy it for. We got the price down but they wanted us to finance when we didn’t have to.??? So we wanted to buy it for their offered price on cargurus but they said no you have to finance. We said goodbye, could not believe they turned down the price they were asking just because we didn’t finance with them. Idiocy
I was looking at a 2021 Ford Explorer and was worried that the three-row seating would be cramped for my adult sons. A consultant at Huntley Ford offered to let me sit in the car and gave me a full test drive. I was convinced that the engine pulled well even with a full load. Thank you for such a human touch and the opportunity to make an informed decision for the whole family.

I wanted to buy a 2014 Ford F-250 pickup truck, but I had serious doubts due to its

These guys use an AI bot to handle their email communication. Repeatedly asked for human interaction, and was repeatedly told a human would reach out shortly with the information requested. Multiple times the ai failed to deliver, or worse yet, the humans at Huntley failed to respond. Would not recommend communicating with Huntley in any form other than walk in, face to face.

They would not sell us a car.
Don’t waste your time, terrible experience. We offered to buy the car they wouldn’t sell it to us because we were paying cash. They only want to sell you finance.
Since we cannot be their customer because we are paying cash, I’ve asked them twice to take me off of their list and they continue to call me daily. I’ve blocked Huntly Ford
I was considering the powerful 2022 Ford Edge ST, but I was worried that its sporty suspension would be too stiff for daily city driving. The consultant at Huntley Ford suggested an unconventional solution: an extended test drive along my usual route, including some rough roads. This practical approach completely dispelled my doubts and showed that the car was perfectly balanced, which convinced me to buy it.

Car was in no where near the same condition as online. Broken front bumper, wheels rubbing in the test drive on stock vehicle (due to front bumper). Standard dealership process but I basically drove an hour to look at a car in completely different shape than what they had advertised.
When I bought a used Ford Lightning Platinum, I noticed that some of the pre-sale preparation had been done carelessly. My manager immediately acknowledged this, took the car back for another day, and performed a complete re-cleaning of the interior and polishing of the body. As a result, I received a car in impeccable condition, which speaks to the high standards of their service.
When I was first contacted by Huntley it was their Virtual AI assistant and it was more interactive and more personable than when I spoke to someone over the phone. Another major discrepancy was that their VA said they work a lot with out of state buyers and we could do everything with e-signature like other dealers, but when I talked to sales I was told I would need to fly from CO to IL and go in the office to sign. Another issue was when I noticed, in pictures, that the tailpipe looked like a modification I called to inquire, because if it had a catalytic converter or muffler delete that would be a problem in CO. They told me that since I was looking to buy in Feb that someone would get that info back to me when they are free, but it's been 3 business days and I still haven't heard back.
My new 2022 Ford F-150 Limited came equipped with a premium B&O audio system that unfortunately produced distorted sound. My sales representative bypassed a lengthy diagnostic, instead immediately ordering warranty replacements for the speakers and offering a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repair. I'm now experiencing perfectly clear sound, highlighting Huntley Ford's commitment to meticulous attention to detail.

I was looking at a used 2022 Ford Escape and was seriously concerned about the recall of hybrid engines and oil consumption issues. The Huntley Ford team didn't deny the problems, but immediately checked the vehicle's VIN against the recall database and performed an in-depth diagnostic. Thank you for your honesty and professional approach.
When inspecting a used 2022 Ford Bronco Sport, I was concerned about the mileage and potential issues related to technical recalls. To my surprise, the manager at Huntley Ford himself showed me the complete service history and offered to have an independent diagnostic test performed on the engine and transmission. I recommend them.
Switching to the 2023 Ford F-150, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort
that a full-size pickup truck can now offer. It's the perfect balance between a powerful
workhorse and a high-tech family vehicle. The decision to upgrade our fleet to this
model was one of the best we've made.
Upon arriving to purchase the pickup, it turned out its configuration didn't match the
one described on the website—key options were missing. My sales manager didn't shift
blame, but rather honestly investigated the matter, offered a good discount for the error,
and helped me find another vehicle from the inventory. Thanks to his honest approach, I
drove away with a new Ford, and now I know exactly where I'll be getting my car
serviced.
I was drawn to the 2022 Ford Edge, especially its sporty aesthetic and all-wheel drive.

process was a little slow, adding around 45 minutes to the transaction, but ultimately, I
had a good experience purchasing the vehicle.
When I contacted Huntley Ford about the 2023 Ford Bronco, I was delighted to receive
a same-day callback, which cleared up my doubts. The problem arose when the price
listed on the website didn't include some dealer fees and was dependent on the use of
their credit, which I wasn't comfortable with. I drove away with the car I wanted, feeling
I'd been treated fairly and they'd earned my recommendation.
I found my perfect 2025 Ford F-250 at Huntley Ford, and Mark made the entire buying process incredibly smooth. He was incredibly responsive—responding quickly to all my emails and never trying to negotiate the price. During the test drive, he was completely honest and even pointed out a small scratch I wouldn't have noticed.
I was looking to buy a 2020 Ford Expedition Limited, and Huntley Ford provided me with exactly the trim I wanted. My salesperson was knowledgeable about the engine and the model's unique features. They also took me on a test drive, which demonstrated the vehicle's performance on both city roads and highways. I was very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend it.
During a visit to the Huntley Ford dealership, I had the opportunity to inspect the 2022
Ford F-150 Lariat pickup truck. I was impressed with its spacious and technologically
advanced interior, powerful EcoBoost engine, and practical features like a folding
steering wheel and table. The service was excellent, and the model on display confirmed
the F-150's reputation as one of the best full-size pickups in the class.
While I’m sure they mean well, I contacted them electronically and never heard anything. So, many days later, I decided to call them because I’m really interested in purchasing a car.
Based on the vehicle and price, I was ready to make a deposit that day. However for some reason, they don’t take deposits or do vehicle purchases via phone/ electronically. They kept suggesting that I fly in. I really think that’s why the car is still sitting there. Get with the times, it’s 2025.

Went to the dealer today to look at two different trucks, waited 15 mins for them to bring the first truck, which when we got in to test drive it barely had any fuel in it. They said will drive over to our other lot so you can see the other truck. Started the second truck and it sounded horrible. Popped the hood and there was oil residue all over the engine bay, asked has this motor had issue the sales person was like no idea look at all the cars I don’t want to tell you something wrong. Ok understandable. Get back to the dealer to talk about the first truck, dealer takes our trade in for a test drive and comes in just bad mouthing our vehicle saying that engine is running horrible. Mind you just had work done on it, and also had another dealer look at it and said wow this is an amazing vehicle for the mileage and age. Sales person comes back to the table and says that they’ll give us $3,000 for it, that dealer that I said had already looked at our vehicle offered us even twice that.

We saw a car we liked on Carguru. We went to the dealer and test drove the car. We wanted the car and let the dealer know. First price had add ons totaling $10k
above internet price. Then a manager came and the best he would offer was $5k over. Dealer would not sell car for internet price plus tax, title, and doc fee. I will
never go there again…. The next day i went to another dealership and bought a car for the listed internet price plus tax, license and doc fee.
Shopping for a vehicle at this dealership was a terrible experience. The salesman was extremely pushy and said that we had to use their financing and that we could not use ours, which was half the rate. He at one point told me that I was being stupid if I didn’t finance through them because it would be cheaper. A loan at 10+% is not cheaper than one at 5% with the same terms. When I told him that I was no longer interested and would like my keys back, he refused and insisted that I buy the vehicle from him that day. I had to demand him to give me my keys back three times before he went and retrieved them from. Bottom line, they are a terrible dealership that is looking to rip you off. They don’t care about customer service, all they want to do is sell vehicles that were purchased from an auction, that they know nothing about. I would recommend to stay far away from this dealership.

They Boosted the Price from $26,888 up with $5,000 Trade in, too $ 36,000? Bad word will
never stop.
Zero Stars! The absolute shadiest dealership I have ever dealt with. How
Ford would be associated with them is beyond
me. When asked to speak with someone in sales I was lied to by a secretary that was not a salesperson then pushed off to someone else that was actually in sales.
The price advertised is Not the price you get when you get there. They will not negotiate on their overpriced used vehicles. The Add On's $4000 and auction
fees along with shipping is ridiculous, Cost another $6000. That's why they have so much inventory they can't sale because they have $10k over NADA on their used
Vehicles.
I would Not recommend this dealer to anyone. Low Star reviews are accurate.

I visited Huntley Ford on three different occasions last week. Each time I met with different employees. They were extremely unorganized. I had different people
calling me every single day. They admitted their call-center is a struggle. I would describe every instance as unprofessional, shady, and truthfully unethical. I would
never buy a car from Huntley Ford. I left that dealership on Saturday and drove to another dealership and had a completely professional experience, which gives me
hope that there are trustworthy and honest dealers out there. Huntley Ford was a sham and bizarre with club music pumping in the showroom. Use caution when
dealing with this organization.

Be very careful and review the numbers closely before signing. I was quoted an additional $4,998 for “accessories,” $995 for “nitro,” and $3,499 for “service and transportation.” These unnecessary add-ons totaled nearly $10,000 above the listed price and they don't wanna remove them. I would recommend confirming all costs in writing before visiting

It doesn't matter who you talk to. They dont listen, and arent interested in helping you find what you need. Talked to 4 different people and its obvious its a training issue as everyone had similar response and lack of knowledge in what they are selling. Im not sure what the commission is on a $55,000+ vehicle but apparently its not enough for this sales staff to listen and try and make a sale
They have been difficult to deal with. When they
called I asked for the carfax along with their out the
door price with taxes and their fees included. They
would not give me any info on the car over the
phone or email and keep insisting that I come in,
which I don’t have time for. They have called me a
total of three times and I ask for the same
information every time. Today when they called, the
employee said that I could calculate the numbers
myself. I wouldn’t waste my time.

Made an appointment to see this vehicle. This
vehicle is listed as having 1 accident with no
damage reported. The CARFAX report showed
moderate to severe front end damage with the car
being towed. The car was dirty inside and out. Not
drivable due to two flat tires. The brakes and drums
were rusted over, rust all over rims. The hood was
not opening properly. I told the sales rep that the
cargurus advertisement was completely misleading.
The car is in bad shape and the report of no
damage was complexly inaccurate. An appointment
was made to see this car, the least they could have
done is check to see if the car was in working
condition. Why have me come out to see a car that
is not drivable. I drove more than a hour to this
dealership to find that the description of the vehicle
was false.

After I drove it and was going through
financing all these fees were added like
transportation etc and tried adding in a 3,500
for a repair they had to do to the car to me or
adding it to the cost of the car. So they wanted
over 14,500 for the car that’s worth 9’000. And
I told them specifically only to run my credit to
3-4 lenders they ran it through 10 or so lenders
. They run misleading car advertising prices .

Horrible experience! Buyer beware. This 4Runner listed needs a ton of work! I drove an 1.5 hours to go test drive this. Waste of time and gas! The sales manager, worst experience ever. So arrogant, “the truck has been here for 3 months, what’s a couple more, we sell so many we can afford for them to sit here…”. Who says that to a customer. I took my buisness elsewhere. Don’t say I didn’t want u. Their fees are ridiculous too. $4k for delivery fee bc they buy it from the auction and u can’t say no to that …. The transfer case I’m sure needs work shifts super hard into 4x4, tires are fried, needs a wheel alignment bad!! The truck shakes at HWY speeds!
Absolutely worst sales experience ever. They advertise nationally on the internet, but all sales are done in
person. I wanted to wire the money and arrange for vehicle to get shipped and the "internet sales liason"
refused on at least 5 occasioins to connect me with the sales advisor. Lost the sale as of result
With money in hand, I tried to buy a Ford F-150 Tremor from Huntley Ford. Their sales people were great at contacting me. Because I was remote, living in Mesa, AZ, I sent them a short list of questions to clarify the transaction process. They wouldn’t respond to my questions. However, I was contacted by numerous sales people and I explained that once my questions were answered, I was ready to buy. They all assured me that they would respond but no one ever did. This went on for about ten days till they finally sold the Tremor to someone else. The Sales Manager apologized and said they’d find another vehicle similar to the one I wanted to buy. I have not heard from Huntley again.
I went to buy a mustang 2019 , I started the process and right away because I was not willing to finance with them , they higher the price 8%… I was willing to give them full price of car with 3,000 down … they wanted to apply add ons ..it was a waste of my time to come here twice just to try and get scammed .
Never go into this dealership especially if your are coming from out of state. They use bait and switch to lure you into dealership. None of their prices are correct once you go there they’ll add on fees for transportations and service of vehicle $3k then add another accessories fee $5k and other fees for another $900. They put the prices lower then other dealerships to bring your in and then tell you that the only way you are getting that price is if we finance with them. Their finance adds another 7 percent. The listing didn’t accurately describe the car either it had scratches.
I offered to pay their asking price, and that I would wire the money. I was told that I had to come into
the dealership to do the deal, which I didn’t want to travel 1300 miles to be told it was either sold, or
some other story. I said, just take my money, they said, no. I then find out that the advertised price is
not the real price at all, that you must finance (I’m a cash buyer) with them, or pay $6-7,000.00 more.
Then there was a “protection” package of almost $3,000.00 that they wanted to add. Needless to say,
these people give all car dealers a bad name. My advice is don’t waste your time with these shysters. I
would’ve given them ZERO STARS, if the system would’ve let me.
Solid amount of bait and switch going on here. You call in about an awesome online price and reach an impenetrable call center that will not give you any information. Instead they robotically ask you over and over again “Can you come in this week?”
Once you actually get into the dealership there are significant fees added on like 7% price increase if you won’t finance through dealership, unholy interest rates if you do, plus $2900 reconditioning and transportation fee (the car I was considering had 35 miles on it — what “reconditioning” does that require…) Overall I can’t recommend, as good as their prices would appear from the outside.
I’m from MN and called Huntley about a vehicle that was exactly what I wanted. Was told that they would not do a deal over the phone. I made several attempts to speak to a sales manager to ensure them that I was indeed a serious buyer. Never received a call back from the sales manager or the images I requested from the sales associate. When they did call me back it was as if I hadn’t spoken to anyone and again I had to explain I was not local only to have them tell me they couldn’t do a deal unless I came in. I have purchased several out of state vehicles and have never had an experience like this. I read the BBB reviews and it sounds like they are known for horrible customer experience. If you’re looking for that perfect vehicle, I recommend you look at another dealer who places an emphasis on a good customer experience.

Terrible service. Because I went with my own financing thru my credit union they wanted to charge and extra 7% i was already approved but didn't. Rude arrogant the sales man Daniel. I would give zero stars but it wouldn't let me.
Very bad experience, they are luring people out. The price posted is not correct. When we arrived they told us this price is only if you are applying for trash load with them. I was looking to purchase car for cash and they told me price would be +$7000 to the original posted one. They hold me up at the dealership for 3 hours trying to convince me to take their loan while I was just trying to get a nice cash deal. Do not go to that dealership and don’t waste your time

Sales man was terrible and was trying to tell me that they had the best deal on this z06 in the national and I told him no you don’t and offered him proof that other dealerships were selling the same for less. Then he become rude and I ended the phone call. I would rate them a zero but the app me give a star.
before I start the conversation with the sales person and I told them I am kind of hesitated because you guys have 2.3 rated reviews. I hope I’m gonna get better experience not to disappointed before the conversation that and I told them I am located in Florida. I would like to get numbers before I make my decision on the vehicle which it was 2022 Mercedes EQS. The sales person keep repeating tax tied up in the MVPs. I said I understand, but I would like to see the numbers and keep returning same thing like a broken long player and I said I would like to put deposit and she said no, we don’t take deposit. You have to come here and finalize the deal. I said how can I come finalize the deal? It’s four hours flight. You have to give me the numbers if it works. I put the deposit and I will come and take the delivery and said no I said what about if I put deposit said we wouldn’t take deposit so so this is a big sign. You are in the dishonest dealership be aware of dealership

Nice dealer
If Talladega Nights was a dealership. Place was
packed with my sales man helping multiple
people and bouncing from desk to desk with me
because they dont has assigned desks. I felt
like a number and not a person. No body had
any answers. They dont clean their cars, the
inside every one was trashed.
“Beware,” the price of the car listed isn’t the price of the car. This dealership requires you
to finance the car through the dealership finance partners in order to get the car for the
advertised price. They get a commission from the partner finance companies therefore this
allow them to list the car for the advertised price. You will be required to pay more money
about $3,000 to $6,000 to utilized outside financing to purchase a car. This is not
explained when you make an appointment over the phone. They explain this when you are
at the dealership.
Not very professional dealership. Sent to request via car guru never got a response back. Made a phone call and the person I was talking to was disrespectful, rude, it would not allow me to talk, wanted me to drive 16 hours to check out a vehicle that I was asking questions about. I don’t trust this dealership as a disabled veteran. They don’t wanna work with you and when I asked what the outdoor price was, they wouldn’t answer or email me. So this dealership is worthless to work with.
This dealership charges insane fees and the price you see online is only if you use them for financing. You
must make at least three months of payments before you can refinance, if you choose to. As for the fees,
they will show you $2995 fee they claim is a combination of the fee to have the car Certified Pre-Owned and
to do all the work and inspections. There's also another $35000 in fees they also claim is to do all the work
needed to make sure it's suitable to sell... uh buddy that's what CPO means. I told them I wasn't paying the
$3500 and after going back to the manager twice they removed all of it which only means it was BS in the
first place. The car I wanted was in transit and after they did a full detail I drove it to pick it up only to find that
the inside was visually filthy and the previous owner was a heavy smoker. I would have respected them for
letting me know before driving 2hrs to get it.

I drove over 2 hrs to see this vehicle and I was honest up front by saying I've done homework, looked at several, and if this one was the one I'd possibly be looking to make a deal. Color and mileage was what I was looking for but they want to FORCE you to use their financing due to they get as they called it a rebate of up to 7% with their banks and financial institutions. I explained that's not for me pls provide cash price. They didn't so I left. Next day someone calls says same thing im like WHY can't yall get I don't NEED YA BANKS TO HELP YALL W KICKBACKS AND ADVISED PLS DONT CALL ME AGAIN ILL TAKE MY CASH ELSEWHERE!!!
selling price was 65772 we agree to buy it at this price. Then they told us there was tariff on the car. We ask for a used car? and they said yes. They they told us that there was a fee for them to recondition the car to sell it and we are responsible for this. lol i told them that you guys pay that and add it to the sticker price you selling for not when a customer buys it. After all the fees and taxes they want us to pay 77k for the car. that’s an extra 7k worth of BS fees and over 4k sales tax (which we understand). I used to be a finance manager so these tatics are so grimey. I would tell everybody to stay away from this place like the plague. The bad reviews they get are truely deserving!

Wanted to deal through email but dealer only wanted phone contact. Decided to shop elsewhere
I had very bad experience with sales person and the sales manager . They are not helpful with customers . etc I never recommend them as a good business leaders they don’t do good customer service. I hope I never go back to them ever again for any reason. As a customer I’m not happy, no any service provide to us for as a thank you guest .
And sales manager has very high attitude , which is not good in business relationships with customers.

When I made the request, I told them to email only and somehow they got my phone number and repeatedly called over and over and over again. I live a little ways away from them, wanted to get just a ballpark figure I want my trade-in is, they would not give me a figure. Wasn’t worth my time dealing with them.

Wow. People aren't lying! These guys are terrible. Spoke with a totally "sales" professional who said that
the price would only be negotiated in person, so I was welcome to fly there (from Colorado to Illinois)
and we can discuss it in person. When I asked her if she would ever do something like that, she said, no
I wouldn't. I then said, OK, can I speak with a sales manager? She said, there's not one available at this
time. I said, that's fine, just have them call me. She said, well, I'm happy to note that you asked for a
sales manager to call you back. I said, so can they call me? And she said, "No." These guys are jokers.
The price feels too good to be true because it is.

Asked them over the phone about a van she said the price is noticeable and they will lower the price when I get there. and no hidden charges or fees . I drove 50 miles then they increased the price $7800.00 more than the list price instead of lower it. He said that they spent money to fix it and they don't mention it until I got there.
Very tricky people.

cashiers check from my bank the sales person told me one they would not take a cashiers check from my bank, which I find to be very
strange. they would take a person check though? Then I simply wanted to know the 'out the door' price or within a 100 dollars anyway and
she said that would only be discussed in person. I told her I need to know the out the door price or close or I will not drive 1.5 hours. I
asked to speak to a manager, she put me on hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up, called back, got the same run around. In reading all the
other reviews it seems this dealer tacks on lots of other fees to the online price. About the worst experience I have had dealing with a car
dealership ever. I would say buyer beware at best. Unreal how they are so pushy to get you to come in and can't tell you how much the
total will be.??????

Didn’t save the value for my car. Drove over one hour to see a car . Had a second car and I wanted to discuss net of my car but they did not have the value of my trade just 2-3 weeks later. Didn’t want to drive all the way out there without being close on a deal so I just passed.

If I could give a 0 rating, I would. Bait & switch tactics; wouldn't honor online price on outside financing; car wasn't even clean at arrival; sales changed offer/deal structure twice; thousands in hidden fees.... waste of time!!
Price listed is NOT what they will sell it for… hate these tactics. Add thousands in dealer fees and you muat use their financing even if you want to pay in cash. They want you to hold their financing for at least 3 months because their bank gives them a kick back for selling super high interest rates. If their price seems to good to be true it’s because it is… don’t waste your time with their bait and switch tactics
I recently purchased a car and had an outstanding experience thanks to Igor Levit and Corey Denman. Igor was the sales person I worked with, and he was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process smooth. He answered all my questions and never made me feel pressured. Corey Denman, the GM, was also incredibly helpful and ensured everything went smoothly with the purchase. I’m very happy with my new car and the customer service I received. Highly recommend!
Zero—-spoke with sales person, told me they would give me 7k for my vehicle. Then changed there mind and said they couldn’t give me anything for it 0k. But then turned around and said we can give you $ for your truck if you buy a different truck—what???? First my truck is worth 7k, then 0k, and now it is worth something— only so they could keep their “ profit margin”. They didn’t even try to meet in the middle or basically anywhere, unless their profit margins were high.

Upon arriving for my initial test drive, I was deeply disappointed by the vehicle's cleanliness. Despite being in the dealership's possession for over 120 days, the car was filthy, with stains on the driver's seat and center console, as well as dead skin cells and debris throughout the vehicle. When I inquired about the condition of the vehicle, I was informed that it had recently been acquired and could be detailed later. This response was unsatisfactory, as even a cursory cleaning or vacuuming had not been performed.
Despite this initial setback, I decided to give the dealership a second chance and scheduled a second test drive with the intention of purchasing the vehicle. Regrettably, the vehicle remained in the same unkempt state as before. This incident reflects poorly on the dealership's reputation and its commitment to customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the dealership engages in unethical practices by adding on hidden fees. Do not recommend this dealership's!!!

Very poor experience. The female agent( I think her name is Melissa) said that they don’t do anything over the phone. I informed Mellisa that I’m from Maine and would love to come to come see if I see the outdoor of door price. She isn’t will to provide the final numbers and connect to a sales person. Also, absolutely no knowledge about IRS Energy Credits Portal. Melissa said yes they registered with IRS because they pay taxes. lol What??? I tried to explain her the difference but she isn’t willing to listen. Not recommended

Poor experience. Car Gurus price rating is âGreatâ but this dealership wonât sell the car for
that price. They added on $3000.00 worth of extras that they would not negotiate. I ended up
walking out like a lot of their other customers I noticed in the time I was there.

The dealer did call and we set up an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment they had no record of it but someone did help me out immediately. I explained what vehicle I was looking for online and they found it but stated the bed length was not 6'.6", but only 5'8". After looking at other vehicle, I left. I came back two days later after I called my rep and told him to personally measure that bed length and make sure it is only 5'8". He did measure and found out it was indeed 6'6" so I came in to buy the truck. Mind you, the dealership is about an hour drive without traffic. I bought the truck but the computers were down so the financing was done manually. The only problem with that was because it was done manually, I was able to drive the truck home but I have to go back Tuesday (June 25) to turn in the dealer plates they lent me. So I have to drive all the way out there and again, it's an hour without traffic and about 2 hours with traffic. The agent was good though

Email communication is/was poor to discuss anything. Scheduled an appt the following week. Arrived on site after a 1.5 hr drive and person I had appt with was busy. Was
given another sales person as he trained two new people. Was left to take a test drive with a one day employee? So no questions were asked. Tried to leave a down payment.
Was told I couldn't. Left all of my contact information with them asking for further data over the next few days as I was traveling recvd nothing for several days. I took it upon
myself to call back and was told had to come in to get information? Was told finance dept couldn't give me a quote or ANY estimate unless I went thru their finance dept.
Asked them to send me a bill of sale so I could use my own financing. Waited almost 1 week to receive a TEXT picture of a bill of sale. Made an appt to pick the vehicle up
first thing in the morning on the weekend. Waited 1 hour+ in the lobby for the finance dept... Recvd NO vehicle orientation or thx

Huntley Ford was great to talk with about my car needs and also they called us back & followed up. They have good deals!
After trying to talk to a sales rep about a f350 for 3 weeks and having requested numerous times to send additional pictures. I finally got
someone to send a few pictures. I decided to drive the 3 hours to look at the vehicle even though they couldn`t give me an estimate of
how much my trade was worth over the phone, which I found odd considering dealers do this all the time. They assured me that they
give top dollar for trades. After getting there i notices that the diesel engine had been deleted. They claimed to not know about that and
that it wouldn`t void the powertrain warranty. I let them give me a trade figure and they were 7 thousand dollars lower than a dealership
one hour away with the same truck I would be trading for. I made the mistake taking the chance on this dealership after reading the
terrible reviews only to find out that they were exactly true. Don`t waste your time at this dealership. It`s disappointing Ford continues to
let them be a dealer.
Listed price was 22,888. My parents trusted this dealer but the dealer raised the price by 2k. They told us nothing was wrong with vehicle but the car didnt come with the navigation system and the actual mercedes dealer told us we were going to pay over 800 to get this fixed. The interest rate on the website said if you have good credit, it'd be 10.4% but they told us it was, we would have a 30.4% interest rate. My parents have excellent credit. They told us the sale tax was high. But we really had to pay 1,700 and the rest was just added onto the car price. (They said the sales tax was over 3,000.) This dealership are full of liars. We're telling you guys this so no one else ends up in our situation.

At first not good because the car was not there but ended up choosing a different one.

After driving 3 1/2 hours to look at a truck it was hail damaged and there was no mention of hail damage in the description. We told them there was another truck we wanted to look at and the salesman told us it was in the shop getting extensive repairs. So after we agreed on the truck and that they would fix the hail damage we went to pay for it. They then basically kicked us out because we weren’t financing thru them. We left and drove around the lot and the truck that was in the shop getting “extensive repairs” was sitting out with the other trucks with no damage at all. If I could I would give no stars.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Made numerous promises to get updated photos and videos contacted 4 different sales reps and none of them provided requested information. Went to dealership while on vacation and found the vehicles to be severely damaged rims had bad dents and should be deemed unsafe. Then found a truck test drove it and said once it passes inspection I would take it. It was marked at $20,999 woke up next morning to the price marked up $4000. Would not honor price and told me to deal with it still getting a deal. Handled everything very unprofessional. Refused to honor or fulfill requests. Would mark zero stars if could.
Called twice couldn’t talked to sales person I selected to use to purchase this vehicle. I was told that I had to make an appointment with him and come in to talk to him. Had to cancel first appointment due to working late.called cancel and Made other appointment.In meantime inquired on other vehicle year newer and less mileage. Got info on vehicle within 15 minutes. Called the phone number associated with my info. Salesman answered the phone at home on his day off answer all my questions. Been in direct contact with him hold time. They even put hold on vehicle until I could get off work to make it. Ended up purchasing vehicle 3 days later.

They were AWFUL!! And, they are just down the street from my house. I heard back from
Julia K., and she said that they will only deal with customers on the phone. I asked for
some pictures of the vehicle, since they only had a vehicle sticker. Most places provide
pictures. I continued to ask for e-mail and finally told her I'm moving on as my preferred
communication style is e-mail. As an older person, it helps me keep track of the places I
am working with to find the right vehicle. No worries, I have moved on. Just awful!!
Received a call from them regarding a car that I was interested in. I confirmed over the phone the availability of the vehicle to be shown before driving 40 mins one way to their dealership. When I was confirmed that the car was available for showing I set up an appointment to look at the vehicle.
Upon arrival I met with a sales rep who took my info and copy of my driver license for a test ride. Then told me to wait and he will be back with the keys.....10 mins later comes and tells me that car is not available for showing since its in body shop for touch up. I was upset and asked for a manager. He took me to a guy who Identified himself as one of the manager. He told me that the car was in body shop for hood repair and windshield repair and as a result could not be shown but had the odasity to ask me to finalize the deal and paperwork without even looking at the car. He argued with me that it was not Their fault. These people has no intentions of selling you the car.

Not sure what kind of secret operation they think they are running over there but they only do business
in person even though they have vehicle advertised online. They refuse to converse about anything over
the phone and immediately attempt to change conversation to when are you coming in to talk about
vehicle. They don't care about you being out of state and quickly reference prior customers who travel
from Alaska and Norway to talk about a vehicle they never saw or have any info about over the phone.
Like anyone would actually travel from Norway to look at a vehicle they might possibly buy. I even
offered to send a check sight unseen as long as the carfax was clean and I was told that wasn't
possible. Everything needs to be done in person. I asked to speak to someone else in charge. Little did
I know i would be passed up the chain to the Capo who didn't even let me get a word in and went on

Do not waste your time with this dealership. I went to this dealer with my Daughter and
Son in Law to look at a used Aviator. The sales person was nice and we test drove the
vehicle. There was a loud wind noise and vibration. The salesperson had told us the
windshield had been replaced. The tape was still on the outside of the vehicle on the
windshield and body of vehicle. We thought this might have something to do with the
issue. My Daughter and Son in Law were very interested in the vehicle. long story
short after 6 calls we still could not be told if the issue was fixed. No call backs ever.
Don't waste your time with this dealership.
This dealership made me instantly regret calling therm. I wanted to find out more information about their
vehicle as I wanted to purchase it but the sales rep changed my mind. She did not want to give me any
information on the vehicle and top;d me that I would have to visit their establishment in order to receive any
information on it. The attitude she displayed was enough to tell me that this was not the place I want to
purchase from.
The dealer never replied to my web inquiry. I called and spoke with a salesperson 3 days after submitting my web query. I asked if the vehicle was on the lot, the salesperson
could not commit of it was or wasn't. I asked if someone could send me higher resolution images of the drivers seat and the headlight areas. I was told someone would send
them to me. It's worth noting the salesperson did not ask for any email or phone number to send these images to. I asked if the dealer accepts cash purchases since the
advertisement states that to received the advertised price, the buyer must qualify for their lending. The salesperson didn't have the answer. So, in summary, not one of my
questions was answered and going on a 4 days later, I still have not received any of the requested images.
Had a deal in place, sent info on our trades, everything. Had way more value in our trades then what their vehicle costs. Sent over everything was close to finalizing everything. Then get a text after a few calls to the dealership and trying to reach salesperson, and he was always busy all of a sudden. Then got a text saying if we couldn't be at the dealership by 5:30 then they were selling it to someone else. Here it was almost 3:00pm. Funny thing is we lived 2 1/2 -3 hrs away! Then I called to speak to a manager. This guy was a clown too! Caught him up in the BS game they were playing. So they were playing 2 other buyers and my wife and I to see what deal they were able to make a little money on! Waste of My time , my wife's time. Will not purchase from them after this romper room Bs!
i made an appointment and drove almost an hour to get there, to see Abe. Went to the front desk and was
told someone would be with me in a minute. Guy shows up, has no idea who i am or why I'm there. i had to
show him my confirmation and a picture of the truck i was there to see. After some shuffling around on his
computer, he say. "oh, we sold it last night". The he says, "but, we have one just like it". it had twice as
many miles as the one i drove there to see. classic bait and switch at its finest. when i got there and was
driving around their massive lot full of cars, with no customer parking, i should've followed my instincts and
left. i had told my wife then, this place gives me shady vibes. there's something a little slimy going on. I
should've believed the reviews
Dealer contacted me and we set up an appointment. When I got there the salesman knew nothing about it. The truck was on the lot and covered in 6 inches of snow. Took about 45 minutes to find the key because they had some problems. Test drove it and it was fine however the advertisement clearly stated that there was a sunroof which it didn’t have. Disappointing. The sales price was $47,472 and they came back with an out the door price of $63,000+. I told them that I wasn’t making a decision until I talked to another dealer that I was working with. It was down to 2 trucks and a decision was made that day. When I walked outside I thanked the sales manager for his time and he looked at me like I was a leper without responding. I went out to my car and made the deal over the phone in their parking lot for the other truck. I little respect and courtesy might have made the difference. Won’t go back. Caution! Maybe it's because its been a while since I purchased a new/used vehicle (2017), but I
remember being able to haggle with car salesmen and not with some kid either. I have a great
credit rating and was willing to purchase from this dealership if the price was right. I'm not
accustomed to a car salesman, at this dealership, telling me that the price is firm on a used truck,
no negotiating. I asked for their mark up and they stated only $1000 (Yeah right! In your shorts!!)
Then, not being able to match my own personal financing and inferring that their interest rate could
be as much as 10% if financed through them because that's where they make their money. I said
thanks, but no thanks and walked out. Lost my business. Be careful out there!!

Huntley Ford dealer will not make any deal with you by phone or leave a deposit unless you
show up to the dealership with no guarantee that vehicle will be available even if you pay by
cash. Not willing to drive for 8 hours with no guarantee.
I have to say I was beyond hesitant to make the over hour drive to go check out a car I was interested in. I even called the day before after
reading all of the negative reviews looking for assurance that this would be worth my time and spoke with Kyle and Karen. The next day, I was
at the dealer and dealt personally with Pete and Tom and I couldn't have asked for a better or more comfortable car buying experience so I'm
beyond confused with all of the complaints that are aimed towards this dealership. I ended up getting there hours too late and was outbid (the
tool who apparently was threatened by my motivation to purchase went above fair market value asking price---dumb move on his part but not
my problem). I have since received 2 follow up calls from ladies at the dealer, the last one being from Tianna just yesterday who are beyond
interested in helping me secure potentially a different car with them should it present itself.
Debated between a 1-2 and gave them the benefit of the doubt but this dealer is far below average
Came into see a car and the first guy I met with was very pleasant but then it went down hill when we had to negotiate price. Very aggressive style and will not discuss anything over the phone. They made several attempts to get me in the office and would not provide any information unless I drove 30mi to discuss a car.
Also all the cars I saw were more beat up than expected with a lot of curbed rims and issues with the interior
You can find cheaper cars here but I am not willing to do business with them due to the quality of their cars and how aggressively they were trying to off load them via in person only sales tactics
People are friendly on the phone but it is a red flag when you cannot get any information or discuss prices over the phone. When you read the reviews and BBB there are a lot of negative experiences related to this and pricing changes when you arrive in person. I would really like to purchase one of their vehicles but without being able to negotiate before driving almost 6 hours it is a no go for me.
Dishonest sales department. I called them to ask what fees they charge on top of the listed price. They would not give me an out of the door price. In my experience in the past, I have seen dealers charge title and registration fees plus doc fees that can add up to $1000 and sometimes $1500. This dealership is not transparent, so be careful. In addition, 7 out of the 10 cars I looked at on their website had an accident, damage, branded title, etc. The car I was interested in had a clean carfax, but that does not mean it has not been in an accident. Even the one that had a clear car fax, when I looked closer had an issue with the leather interior. Every dealership I ever spoke to was happy to email me an out of the door price, this dealership will not, and in my opinion, they are not transparent. I bought from another dealership.

by far the worst!! My son and I were looking at
Camaros and the evening before were at a
dealer and the service there was very
professional and the Camaro there was very
nice, but the Camaro at Huntley was listed
$2,000 cheaper so we wanted to see that as
well. The moment we interacted with sales
staff you could tell it was the negative
stereotypical unprofessional sales tactics.
However we did like the car so we wanted to
see the offer. After some back and forth we
agreed on a price so they ran a credit check
(my credit is excellent). At the other dealer
within 20 minutes our report was back, APR at
8.3%. At Huntley we waited, and waited, over
1.5 hours. They came back and said 14.4%
APR. I told my son it was time to go, and then
the sales manager started yelling at me saying
he was doing me a favor! His gestures were as
if he was some tough mob guy. Absolutely
reprehensible experience! Run away!!
Yes I contacted them regarding a vehicle and they informed me that they didn’t sale cars online and that they wouldn’t ship cars either, so my response was why do you have them on line, it’s a shame they put them on line at a lower price then they tell you that you have to come to the dealer and they run the prices back up, i ran across a few other reviews stating the same thing.
Im not sure how this place works. First they keep calling you and then you have to wait for a long time.
The car I wanted to get had an engine light on in the history and was a buyback but that was never on public information and I got lucky when I went through that information on this persons desk and he didnt seem to make it a big deal and honestly I dont think he knew anything about the car either and ended up getting to his manager who of course was not very interested to talk more about it.
Would not go back.
Also, they have 4/5 carfax rating on their desk for clients display not sure where did that come from.

They think they are smart and people are stupid. Mike was nice first time then we came to price negotiation they added 12000$. I started ask questions why there is a too much fee and he started talking louder and rude. He asked me if I can buy the car that day if he goes to his manager and take off some fees, I said yes and he started asking my credit card which is ridiculous. Then he stood up and got away without any notice. I went outside and just was opening my cars door and suddenly seeing Mike who was standing and calling me saying his manager waiting for me. I decided for myself not to buy anything from them but just wanted to go and see what is his manager would say. Entering to the building and see his manager with 3-4 dealers next to him. His manager rudely said he can do little bit discounts if I buy the car that day and if I come next day they won’t be selling it to me. I said ok and left. Not recommend this dealership. They think they are smart and people are stupid.

This dealership first lied to me when I ask about this truck if it was there. An it was not there when I went to go look it. An I called two days before I went to go look at it . An had a time to go look that the truck. An there was no truck to look it. The worst dealership to do business with.
I called this dealer at least eight times and only got in contact with a person once. They only want you to come in and they will not do any business with you online or out of state. I could not get to first base in the sale process. They had so little interest in speaking to me over the phone,. After reading the Yelp reviews, it seems like they like to draw people into the dealership with low prices, and then trick them with extra fees.
This dealership is misrepresenting their listings online by listing at "wholesale pricing" and then adding on close to $3k for service &
delivery fees when you start talking pricing. Additionally, there were a number of significant paint chips and issues you would not
expect on a luxury car for that price. Therefore, what is coming up as a "Great Price" listed way below comparable listings is actually
not any cheaper. The manager who the salesman was going to for approval on the deal was apparently trying to strongarm me into
the deal and threatened that I'd lose the car if I didn't agree to $500 more. They would not haggle on a reduced price due to the bait
and switch or the paint issues. Well Huntley Ford, I do not need the vehicle that badly and the seeming promise of a good deal on a
solid vehicle turned out to be bait and switch with the excuse that they "list at wholesale pricing". It's probably evident at this point but
an agreement has not been reached.

Don’t waste your time buying from this dealer. I drove over 60 miles to reach this dealership. The price listed for the vehicle was $41,941. By the time they added all of their fees and taxes, the price jumped well over $55.000. They added over 13k to the original price. On top of that, they were adamant about me financing the car through them. Once I told them I was paying cash, they refused to sell me the vehicle. Unless I financed it with them first. I even agreed to pay the sticker price. Nope. The sales manager said he’d sell it for $41.940. Which is $1 less than the asking price, but only if I financed it through them. I left without buying the vehicle. Buyer beware.

Huntley Ford had a price of $87,750.00 on the website, once we started talking price they added almost $9,000.00 additional on to the price. We negotiated and got to a price I agreed to. I did not receive my paperwork when I picked up the vehicle. It took several calls and texts to Joon to finally get it emailed to me. I was only given 1 key when I picked up the car, I asked Joon where the 2nd key was, he said he would get back to me the next day. I have texted him about the key and still have not heard from them. It seems after they get your money they don't concern themselves with follow up.
This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I
asked for additional photographs of a Range Rover
for weeks and they would never send them. The
sales manager was so rude. She said come look at
the car and then we will send photos. They also
would not let me speak to General Manager or
Owner of the dealership so I could inform them of
their employees poor customer service skills. Never
have I had dealership sales people be so ignorant,
crass and condescending. I would never buy a
vehicle from this dealership. Run!!!!
Bait and switch dealer. Their prices on CarGurus are just to get your attention. I drove hours to buy a truck listed at $49,959 and they told me it would be $65,000 when I got there. Went back and forth with the salesman trying to push several warranty plans that are only valid at their dealership. Paint, tire, windshield, key fob, “certified” extended power train warranty - all are not Ford and only useable at Huntley Ford. Useless. They will also try and charge you Kane County / Huntley sales taxes, which is a no-no. They told me my vehicle only came with one key fob and tried to charge me $850 for a second key fob - no thanks. I asked the salesman why he couldn’t just give me a no BS, OTD price and he said they’re not allowed to. The salesman was nice and I hope he finds work at a better dealership. I did buy the vehicle because I’m very particular about what I wanted and didn’t want. I would not go back and not recommend them to anyone.

Called to ask about a truck and I agreed on a price. Then she told me they will think about if they want to sell me the truck !! I said what does that mean I will pay cash. Then she keeps saying someone will call you in a week if they want to sell it. I asked is it for sale. They said yes. But don’t know if they want me to be the buyer. What a shady terrible place
Inquired about car that was in transit to
dealership. Girl on phone said to come in

holding the car. Get there, and salesman
says I have to pay for car in full, sight
unseen, to hold it which noone in their right
mind would or should do. Was also told the
price of car was contingent on getting
financing and if I paid cash, they would ask
for "market price", whatever that is, so I
left. They called again and we scheduled an
appointment for a test drive for one
day after to car arrived. Before I left for the
appointment, i called and they
confirmed the car had arrived and was
available. Get there on time and was told
car was on an extended test drive and
would not be back for a few hours.
This dealership is very shady and do your
best to avoid. If you do go, bring something
to do because you will sit and wait. The only
5 star reviews are clearly bogus and you will
see MANY 1 star reviews like mine with

I am N honest car buyer and I would definitely buy a car from Huntley Ford again. I will disagree with most of the bad reviews about this dealer. I decided to go look at this 2019 BMW i3 that was for sale. I ended up buying the car and Simon my sales guy really was the reason I purchased it. It really was hassle free and even though the dealer was 40 miles from my house I’m glad I took the drive. They have great quality cars at very good prices. Give them a try that’s really the only way to make your own opinion.

Terrible experience! Do not buy from here! Listing price was $24,000 and after driving from 2 hours out of state and doing all of the paperwork, the salesman came back saying it would be $40,000! Our trade in was valued at over $7,000 and we got offered $3,000. If you want to feel like a valued customer, this is NOT your place to buy from.

Their advertised price is only good if you finance
with them and they add many fees and other
services to the cost of the car that you did not
request. Many would consider this type of behavior
shady and unprofessional. They also appear to
cater to buyers with less than stellar credit. There
are better more reputable options to consider.
The vehicle itself was great, although it needed detailed as it had not yet been processed for this. When I requested a total out the
door as a cash buyer, the tone completely changed. I was informed that the advertised pricing on the website for the vehicle was
contingent on financing the vehicle, & only doing so through the dealer. As a cash buyer, that was not an option I was interested in. I
asked for a total out the door again and was given the run-around before eventually being told that the advertised pricing would be
honored as a cash purchase; when I asked what doc fees/title/licensing would cost, the numbers would not be provided unless I
was willing to make a deal... (this coming from the used vehicle sales manager on duty.) Buyer-beware: this dealership practices
some shady sales tactics which should not be allowed.
When dealer contacted me back, I asked out the
door price of the car I enquired. They kept refusing sending me that and asking me to come down to the showroom today or tomorrow. Apparently, so fishy to deal with this dealer. I do not want to risk my 4 hours drive unless I receive the out to the door price in writing.

kickback from the Bank -1*. Sales rep told me
my credit rating was 698 but the day before at
my bank it was 850. -1* Sales said my trade was
only worth $3900. Added extended warrenty and
some ceramic coating $3500+. $595 for glass
etching. Added dealer prep $1295. Doc fee $349.
Licence $341. Calculated tax on with all this
included. Tax $2903. Total was over $38000. I
refused this price. They offered $5000 /trade.
Sales told me if they take a car in on trade for
$5000 that is what they sell it for. KBB value for
my car before going to dealer was between
$6500 and 8500.-1* Asked for price only
including list price, tax, title, and doc fee. Out the
door price inculde trade $25500. After buying
found rust under paint, cut in carpeting, low
fluids. -1*Trade is listed $11500 -1*
Dealer tried to add a $4500 dealer charge and a $5000 warranty to the quote. Nothing about this charge was mentioned before I visited and took a test drive. The listed price was great below market price which is kind of their bait and hook to attract customers to the dealership and then add all the bogus charges later. On negotiating the rate did come down but not by much.
The sales rep wasn't friendly, and may be had some preconceived notions about me. I am pretty sure if it was some other sales person they would have gotten my business.
Do not go there!! They don't care about customers at all!!!! The worst experience ever!!! I let them know about I will come to take a look at car two days before, when I came they "lost a car" was looking for a car 1,5 hours and didn't find it!!! So because of that I waist 2 hours for a trip and 1,5 in a dealership!!!

I didn’t request any information about this or any other car from anyone. This dealership is harassing me with constant phone calls.
I put one star up only because I can’t go negative 1. They had a truck listed for sale that we were very interested in. We drove 2 hrs to look at it. It was what we wanted, and listed at &39,500. Worked with a salesman and he came back with the out the door price of $54000. I was floored to say the least. Started going over the numbers and in there they have mandatory $3500 dealer fee for all used vehicles. They said this fee is what it cost them to go over the vehicle. Problem is, this truck only had 20000 miles on it, was like brand new. How could they have spent that on an almost new truck? Also have an $800 etching fee. I told them to take those fees off and we would buy it. They would not budge, so we left. The next week we saw another truck there that we were real interested in again, as the other one sold, so we called there and asked them what the out the door price was. Told us only way to get price was to go there . They had no interest in talking on phone. Horrible business

Drove almost 2 hours to look at a truck. The truck was priced good online, but they added an additional 13k in fees when we went to make a deal. Only 4k of them were for taxes and title. One of the fees was a 4k dollar warranty. After we stated we didn’t want it, and told them to remove it, they tried to just discount the warranty and wouldn’t remove it. Complete waste of time, listen to all the other reviews and don’t buy here.

Asked me no joke 6 times, "at this price are you ready to proceed today?"
Well no I'm trying to talk about financing, buying, and the options. No I'm not ready to "proceed" just yet.
I've called now two more times and never heard back. There's a reason I'm writing this review. Terrible.

Rude from the moment I called them about the truck. I said I was ready to buy and knew what I wanted. Before I drove an hour each way, I wanted to come to agreement on price. The First Lady I spoke to said she was so busy and so short handed on sales people that there was no way she could have someone call me back until I came to see the truck in person. It felt like they wanted to subject me to their sales games, which I wanted no part of. The second person who called a couple of hours later introduced himself as the sales manager and wouldn’t talk to me about price until I came in. So done with the BS. Will not do business with an organization that treats its customers poorly from the first phone call.

I had a great experience at this dealer. I came in for a scheduled test drive on a used muscle car. There was no pressure one way or another from my sales rep. He answered all of my questions, and was patient as I did my own inspection. I have no problem recommending this dealer.

I saw the reviews and though to myself 'no way this dealer is THAT bad and still in business. Well I'm here to tell you friend that they absolutely are. Been 6 days since i asked them for an out the door estimate, still waiting. I've called several times and spoke with Victoria each time and all I get is 'we're very short staffed, we'll have a salesman call you as soon as one is available'. 6 days waiting = 48 working hours. All I want to know is your standard doc fees and such so i can add that to the price of the vehicle.
Was contacted to come and looked at the 2020 dodge charger scat Pack advertising for $42k.
I drove 6 hrs to see it. Come to find out that I had to purchase the car thru them with financing for 3mo then I can refinance it with my choosing. They added $10k on top of the price for fees, tire protection, vpi package etc. I was never informed that I had to do this. I td them I was already approved with capital one. They said we can't accept a bank loan. I NEVER HEARD THAT A DEALER WONT ACCEPT A BANK LOAN. We offered the car to be financed at $32k with the $16k we was going to put down. They told us NO and crumble our paper and threw it in the trash and said have a good day!!
My husband asked for his debit card back and they wouldn't give it back. Soo my husband said that's fine I will just cancel the card. So they finally gave it back after asking 5x. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP PERIOD!!!! STAY AWAY OR THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!!!!

Felt kind of scammy…The message I sent was not read. I was called and immediately asked what time I could come in today to see the truck. I explained I live in FL. The lady immediately switched to “no problem we can ship”. I restated my request from the message, I wanted pics/video of the undercarriage. The lady had to check with her manager, then the vehicle was not available. They had to order parts to repair it.
Very disappointing to deal with. I am shopping online for trucks. I'm a serious buyer who's willing and able to close a deal today. I found one I
like at Huntley Ford so I called to get more information. They told me I had to come in to work the numbers. I am from out of state and told
them we will need to work the numbers before I make a trip from out of state. They said that was against their policy. They said they didn't
have the staff to negotiate over the phone or online. Doesn't make sense. It will take less time to work out a deal over the phone then in
person. Lame tactic.
Wouldn’t recommend this dealer to anybody. Be aware that they try to add on random fees that you aren’t suppose to pay. You’re almost paying 10K extra on top of the price of the vehicle. Don’t believe the “VTR” fee they are charging you. Worst of all, they won’t tell you your out the door cost until you submit an application. Very unprofessional trying to scam people by doing this.

Came to see a BMW M6. I called and asked if the car had any issues or was in an accident. I was reassured that the car was in a great condition. I made a 45 min drive to the dealership only to find that the entire right side of the car was very poorly repainted. The representative continued to pretend that nothing was wrong until I showed him paint smudges on the front light, doors and the gas tank. He then said he didn’t know anything about that. The mileage on the car says 30k but the car and tires looked like they have been used for much more than that. I wouldn’t trust the mileage accuracy of this car either. Buyers beware!
Contacted them about 2021 f150 platinum. Had 3 conversations over the phone. One of which was them confirming that I was coming. The f150 platinum was not here...... They tried showing me other vehicles but it wasn't what I was looking for. They said why don't you come back when the car comes in. I asked them to appraise my trade in now so we can save time. When I came back they said no. We'll do that when the truck comes in cuz even one week can change your price. My drive wasted... Nice people though.

Scam artists. I wish I had read the reviews before trying to purchase for myself. I reached out to them, the lady seemed nice enough. She wouldn't give me an out the door price & said I had to come in as they wouldn't be able to pull credit. I told her I was not financing & would be just bringing a cashier's check or wire. Her name was Julia I believe, but it honestly wouldn't even shock me if they used fake names. I called back the next day to try to arrange a time to come see it and would be bringing cash and needed a purchase contract. She said they couldn't tell me a final price until I got there. I told her there was 0 chance I would finance through them. She said they'd never lost a deal or had a rate they wouldn't be able to beat. I said 0% since I have a revolving line with my credit union for this exact purpose. She said she would not be able to give me a purchase contract until I got there and the bank could just wire the money at that time. I told her that was unacceptable
Salesman was very friendly to speak with. I'm disappointed that the vehicle I was interested in sold before I had the chance to make the trip, but I was very appreciative that I received a phone call ahead of time before making the 6 hour trip. Dealerships don't always do this and you get there just to find out that they didn't tell you it sold so they could try to put you in something else. Huntley Ford is respectable in my book!

I went to the dealer, I drove a truck, the prices were $38,938, the seller asked me if I wanted to do a trade in, which they offered me less than half of what other dealers had offered me for my trade in truck, then the salesman came with some numbers. which was vehicle price $38,938, Optional items, $4988 (package), Doc fees $324.24,license plate/title $331,Vinetch/nitro$798,VTR (vehicle transportation & reconditioned) $3295 plus sale taxes $3851 I told the salesman that I don’t have to pay all that crap except for the Doc fees, title and registration fees plies sale taxes, obviously they don’t accept my offer

Nothing but trying to charge 10000 for extra services I said in the beginning I did not want , after signing an agreement they change the price again just the shadiest used car dealer I've run across and I drove 300 miles
I inquired about a vehicle, they wanted to schedule me to come in right away.
I did not went in until the following day just to find out the truck was not even there yet from wherever they bought it! Wasted a 2hr drive.
Truck arrived 2 days later and they never contacted me to tell me it was there.
Based on all the bad reviews I’m not wasting my time to go in again to get unsurprised fees added to an 86k truck.
I live 1 1/2 hours away. The dealer would'nt even give me any numbers. I'm prequalified and know what I can spend. They claim that they can't give me an estimate on my trade in over the phone. They told me that if I was worried about the payments that they could figure out other financing. They seemed to not care that I had money in hand from my own bank. Everything seemed very shady. Then I read some of their reviews and found that many people had the same experience. Don't recommend this dealer.
Buyer beware! This dealership is by far the biggest scam I have ever dealt with. They will not give you an honest out the door price. All they want to do is schedule you an appointment to come in and then they will tack on thousands of dollars in fees above what their advertised online price is. Jay, their sales manager, is the most unprofessional salesman I have ever met. If they cannot provide you with a purchase agreement showing detailed pricing then that is a definite red flag. They will tack on an options fee, VTR fee, nitrogen in tires fee and vehicle etching fee, all things that add no value to the vehicle you are buying. All these fees in my case added up to more than $7k. Then, if you plan on trading in a vehicle, they will offer you an insulting price for your vehicle and try to make excuses on why they are ripping you off. Do not fall for their pressured sales tactics!

I don’t know if the team is trained to lie, is simply miss informed, or simply does not understand that $80k is a lot of money to spend on a vehicle, especially site unseen. They couldn’t answer my questions, refused to put me on the phone with someone that could, and lied about thy answer.

Whole situation just felt sketchy! I need another truck, the current vehicle inventory environment has forced a more national online based market but I wouldn’t wire my cash to these folks!

Be aware the price that you see online is not the actual sell price of the car. The price for
the car on the online listing was $52,888. When it came to discuss the final sell price in
person, the number they presented me with was around $68,000. All these additional add
ons are none negotiable, when it should be the customers decision. Keep in mind this was
for a used, 2020 vehicle. I have purchased many cars before and never in my life have I
experienced something like this. I went to another deal and was able to get a brand new
car for less.

I bought loaner f150 with around 12k miles. They didn't even care about plastic underneath the truck that is falling apart. They messed up with vehicle VIN #. Registration and paperwork were done for different vin #. They realized it next day.

They had me drive out of state to come look at the suv. It was FILTY, complete filth, cigarette ashes and smoke filled the entire vehicle. There is reported damage on carfax, and lots of other damage that wasn't reported, especially the back bumper and around the wheels (that was all sanded down, horrible). However, let's talk business CONSIDERING the condition the suv. Lol, that man tried to cheat me on paper, tax inflation, inflated title fees added all this other BS and said by law they had to sell me those things. So after taxes, I was looking at 26,000. So he made me talk him down to 22,000 as if he was giving me a deal. Worst car experience EVER!

Drove 3.5 hours to see the car. The dealerships sales tactics won’t show you a price breakdown. They pack $1700 into each car as a “service fee” no matter what they do to the car. They wanted to play the name your payment and sign here game. The car had 2k miles more than listed. Had 1 less option than listed. They won’t return my phone calls. The washer fluid line ended up not being hooked up. I’ve called 3 times asking for my salesman or the sales manager. Only the finance manager took my call when I said that my flash drive with paperwork was empty. My salesman was a nice guy. Other than that, I do not recommend this dealer.
I ended up buying the car, because it’s what I wanted. Just a sad experience buying one of my dream cars.

I have been trying to buy a 2019 F-150 from this dealership for several weeks but for some reason they don't seem to want to sell one to
me? I told them I'd be paying cash and I wanted to find out an exact out the door price included shipping the truck approximately 250 miles.
I never heard back. I waited and called back, talked with another "team member" took my information and was told I would be contacted
soon, no one ever called. I waited a couple more days called again, spoke to someone that asked if I was financing or paying cash, I said
cash was then told the truck I wanted was sold. No, big deal I see another one identical to the one I wanted so I said I'll buy this one, cash. I
told them I wanted to work with a different sales rep at this point because no one is getting back to me and I want the truck. Once again, my
information was taken and promised that someone would be taking care of me immediately. No one ever called! Incredibly unprofessional,

Salesperson asked if I would be financing the vehicle. When I replied that I would be paying
cash, they no longer seemed interested in selling the vehicle to me. Said they'd call me back
later that day but never did. I sent a follow up email also, with no response. If you're planning
to pay cash for a vehicle here, save yourself the time and hassle by going elsewhere. This
place obviously isn't interested in selling vehicles unless you want their financing.
Called about a used Alfa Romeo. Gave contact info to the receptionist. Recieved a call the next afternoon. Salesman claimed he would go look at the car personally and call me back in a half hour. Never heard back. Called 4 hours later and several times over the next few days only to be told I would get a call back with more info. 4-5 calls and 4 days later and the car is no longer available. I wssnt given a chance to purchase it.

I tried to call ahead but the stand in online manager was on a power trip and would not let me talk to a salesperson. So I drove an hour and a half only to find out only 1 of the 4 vehicles I wanted to see was on the lot. The first salesman I got could not tell me the differences in the packages for the Explorers, so I went to the manager and asked for a salesman that knew Fords, he gave me a guy who had been there 4 years, Corey. He was helpful, I ended up buying an explorer only because it was a great deal. However the one I bought was not on the premises so they gave me a loaner til the next day and deliver the one I purchased. Which I appreciated. Until it was delivered with a huge scuff on the back bumper, So it took a week for Corey to show their paint guy and 2 weeks later I drove up on a Saturday and dropped it off to get fixed. They then delivered it to me the following Tuesday. The repairs looked great but the driver side floor looked like someone dumped gravel on the floor.

I’ve purchased several cars online , this dealership would not provide me with an out the door price even after I gave them all the information. I read their other reviews where they add extra fees of 4K-5k on top of their listed price on line, hence why I asked for an out the door price. They wasted my time and just kept saying to come in. It seems they have old school sales techniques which is unfortunate.
Meeting your needs and exceeding your expectations is what they advertised . It’s not just their slogan, it’s what they did.
I worked with a young man named Cole, he was new at selling cars, however he was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and pretty well-versed on the vehicle options as well as features. If he didn’t know the answer he was able to get it quickly and accurately.

Mary K in financing was great as well thorough and efficient with the paperwork.
I got the vehicle I wanted it had all the features I needed as well as many other additional comfort features for a very competitive price. And they gave a fair deal on my trade in.
Simply put if you’re in the market for a new Ford vehicle or a preowned vehicle stop in and see what they can do for you. I highly recommend them, they truly value their customers.

FYI, the car has had moderate to severe structural damage from an accident. Called and spoke to the receptionist and find out she was in online sales. She was very rude. I asked if I can speak with a salesperson, and she said no, because she takes the calls and then will send to a salesperson. I asked her questions about the photos on their ad, and she didn't know anything, and makes up answers. That's why I asked to speak to someone who knew the car. She said someone would call me, and she was going to send me the car fax to review. No one called and I never got the carfax.

Where to start, we arrived, nowhere to park. Had an 11am appt, told them I planned to buy with cash if the vehicle was as listed. When we arrived, they told us another buyer was looking at the exact same 2 cars... Hmmm ok, then said the "other buyer" put money down on the one I wanted. Hmmm ok, navigation doesn't work & only has 1 key. So after wasting SIX hrs there, and the back and forth BS, the vehicle Listed for $10949, ended up at nearly $17K after all their fees. That didn't even include the $400 to replace the missing SD card required to make the navigation work & they wanted me to buy the "Huntley Package" for $1500 to replace the 2nd key (that I clearly did not lose). They had a hefty fee for etching the VIN in the glass, although I didn't ask for that, then the other HUGE fee was for "reconditioning" um, sorry cost of business. If they want to recover "fees" it should be in the listing price. I finally walked out I Would NOT RECOMMEND this dealership!

Responded timely. But I did not made purchased.
They sold the one I responded to but then we found another Aviator that we liked The NET
sales price was listed as $54,000 but when they added all their dealer BS stuff, the price
was actually $60,000. They wouldn't sell to us for an offer of $56,000 which was $2,000
over what the NET sales price was. There wasn't any extra value to that $2000. It was just
marked up. They wouldn't give their last names. They wouldn't let me talk to the manager.
Very slippery dealer. I would rate as "stay away" from Huntley

Talked back and forth a few time then made the 200 mile trip to look at it and drive it. Jon was pretty good to deal with. Little stumbles in the negotiation but in the end it all worked out good. I went back to sign papers and take delivery and was only there for about 1 hour. Finance department had me all ready to go just hand them a check and sign a few papers. Was in and out of financing in about 5 minutes.
It took 9 days to speak to a person in this process of shopping for a new used car. I inquired on Jan 10, and spoke to someone live on Jan 20 there was a lot of back and
forth trying to get my questions answered. Then my call on the 20th. It was very apparent this is dealer uses old school pressure sales. I asked for the price of the car, and
how they valued my trade-in. The salesman Dimitri was wanted to talk about payment structures with me. This is a classic old school sales gimmick. "What do you want to
pay per month for the car, we will work with you to make a deal," I explained to him I understood the sales process he was working through, but I did not want to go back and
forth with he and his managers to come up with a deal. I again asked for the price of the vehicle and how they valued my trade. Dimitri was in no real position to talk
numbers, he got defensive and told me he was just doing his job. I'd suggest shopping elsewhere for a straight deal.

Amazing dealer with amazing staff
Dealership sold this 2019 Chrysler Pacifica with engine misfire, plus start and stop on the engine at light problems.
The check engine light came on 5 days after purchase.
When I called them they said to take it to Chrysler that it wasn’t there responsibility.
Clearly they don’t stand behind the users vehicles they sell.
I wouldn’t recommend purchasing a used vehicle at Huntley Ford
Very disappointed in their response when I called the dealership about the service light coming on in such short order.

12/4 - Sent a request to get more information on shipping the car
12/5 - Received info about the car, no info for shipping and/or buying out of state. I replied indicating I was out of state.
12/7 - Received email from another salesperson, asking if I was still interested. I replied asking how the process works
12/9 - Received info on shipping, and asked how I would be paying and contact info (which at this point they already had from the 12/4 request) - I replied with asked for
information.
12/11 - A different salesperson claimed to have sent me an email on the 10th, I did not receive the email and responded accordingly.
12/14 - They FINALLY called me, only to inform me that the car was sold. After several attempts to get someone to call me, I gave up after a week. I would send
messages and days later get a response, sometimes from a different person and my questions were still not answered. I guess dealing with online sales was just too much
for them.

I TOLD THE DEALER AND CARGURS
and now 3-days later no corrections have been made
I visited the dealer to see the car after they brought the car
for me to see I told them this is NOT the car your advertising on Cargurus
they said they would fix it and now 3-days later this add is still wrong.
This is a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and they DO not come with a Third
Row seat I waisted 2-hours of my time and the dealer could have care
less...

I got taken for the ride of a lifetime. While mostly my fault for not declining the deal, I ended up paying $45.000 plus a 2011 MKX - a total of $50,000 - for a car listed for $38,499. Granted there are taxes and fees to pay, but ------. On top of that, the next morning the car wouldn't start because the battery was too weak to crank. Replacement was covered by warranty but I had to deal with getting a new battery. And the oil was badly in need of changing. A 2019 car with 15,631 miles and they couldn't have put a new battery in it and simply changed the oil! I will never again enter this dealership and encourage everyone not to deal with them!!!
I was not impressed with the response of this dealer. They contacted me 2 times said a different person was going to get back to me. Days
later they got back to me and when the third person called he was very rude and tried to add all these add ones to the sale of the car, that I did
not ask for and increased the price almost 10K dollars over their listed price on Car Gurus and tried to tell me how great of a deal it was, when
I said it wasn't a good deal and I didn't want those extras, he hung up on me.

They were great through the whole process!
I contacted this dealer hoping to make a deal on a truck they had advertised on CarGurus for $58,594. After speaking with the salesman I learned this truck was a "Lemon
Law" or buyback vehicle. We negotiated the price, however I quickly learned my "best out the door price" was actually $4,600 MORE than advertised. This was with me
declining all extras (nitrogen tire program, vin etching, extended warranty, corrosion protection) they tried to include, and before tax. After tax the quoted price was $66,708, a
far cry from $58,594. I was told their standard preparation fee was $995 and document fee was $326, but never given an explanation on why the price went up $4,600 from
what is shown on CarGurus.
I will purchase a vehicle elsewhere.
Molly from Huntley Ford was slow to respond, even for a quote.
- I requested info and provided an offer Saturday morning.
- Monday some information was provided and my offer was denied.
- Monday around lunch I asked for the additional information and their OTD price.
- Tuesday afternoon they stated they would get me the additional information and price.
- Thursday morning I reached back out as I hadn’t heard anything
- Friday night I reached back out as I still hadn’t heard anything
- By looking at their website I found out the truck was sold. They only needed tell me it was sold, not ignore me and string me along. I had put off looking at another truck they had in inventory as well as a few others at other dealers. Lesson learned...

I was allowed to take the car out without the salesmen in the car. It really allowed me to get to understand the car without worry.
They seem more interested in volume not people. They would say whatever to get you into the dealership. The car we came in for as advertised wasn't even on the lot, it was out being used as a loaner. Of course the advertised price wasn't correct. We did come to an agreement and purchased the car. It has some issues that need to be resolved, we'll see how that goes and revise the review as necessary.
Had a pretty good experience.... they pass, I'm a ratings and reviews guy. I was skeptical, I didn't know what to expect. I was met at the door by a salesman training a new salesman; both nice guys. The showroom was clean and welcoming. I hate buying cars so I make sure I have financing in hand when I get to a dealership.
We were asked what vehicle we were interested in and after a few minutes a porter pulled it around. We jumped in with the trainee salesman and took a test drive. Got back to the dealership and did some numbers. Told'm what I wanted and didn't want. The salesman wasn't pushy and was actually quite accommodating, offered us water and snacks. Fiancee rang the "Sold Bell" deal done!!! Finance manager talks fast or maybe I just listen slow... didn't matter like I said I came through the door with financing in hand. This place is a joke. Had finances already taken care of. Only needed a purchase agreement for bank. Salesman told me he would have it in 15 min as I waited in my banks parking lot to pick up check for 1.5 hrs. And when I called back to talk to salesman and even supervisor no one would answer. Then the following day another salesman called me and did the same exact thing. Clearly they dont want my money. They lost a potential life long customer never mind a check for 30k.

Not a single duck in a row at this place...took a week, three different sales people and still nothing. When a forth sales rep called and asked if I was still interested, I informed him my interest never left and that they just didn’t want to sell a car. He asked me to send him my trade info, the same info I sent to the other 3 reps. I said he could track it down through them and call me back...only to never be heard from again.
At this point I obviously was already calling them back.
I contacted this dealership by email and 4 phone calls from CA. I was told over and
over they were very busy, but would get back to me. I worked with manger Jay and
Salesman Corey. After the 4th call I finally got a salesman who told me the CPO
truck i was interested in was sold over 48 hours after first contact. We then talked
about another CPO listed truck for $41k They then told me is was $3500 more to
add CPO, $1100 for etched glass, $500 for this and $800 for that. The CPO price in
the ad was now over $6000 more than advertised! Worst customer service I've ever
experienced. I bought a very comparable CPO truck 50 miles away in Indiana for
$45k out the door instead of the almost $51k they wanted for a truck that started at
$41k! Their ads for CPO are a con... do not do business with them!
Advertised price will never be met! Always adds another $895 fee plus another $599 for vin etching and replacing the air in the tires with nitrogen. $599! For $120 worth of services. $895 for their cost of getting a vehicle from auction to their location. These fees are all in addition to the typical doc and licensing fees - these are also inflated.

Everything was going well, I thought, until we test drove the car. The clunking sounds of bad suspension front and back, and also the dashboard lights were dimmed and when I turned then brilliant, I noticed that the check engine light was on. The salesman told me, that's how those little cars are, they made the sound of the noises. I replied to him that I had the expirience of driving those type of vehicles when I was stationed in Europe with the Army. He started asking me what was the years that I was in Europe and then he said that he could not remember what he drove 6 months ago. That plus other remarks make the scenario uncomfortable and going sour.

This dealership had the car waiting for me when I got there so there wasn't any waiting for the test drive. The dealer I had was the best I've ever dealt with. Found this car on line and sales rep Roger contacted me by phone and through email. Having to drive 115 miles to see this vehicle made me hesitant to make the trip. Roger understood and described the car over the phone and assured me of his honesty. I too described my trade with full honesty and we negotiated a tentative deal based on mutual satisfaction upon seeing each others cars. My wife and I made the trip and arrived a half hour before closing,and they pleasantly answered all questions keeping the dealership open past 10:30 that evening. The car was as promised, the price was fair. Roger, sales manager Mike and finance closer Bob were Straight forward, honest and professional. I've purchased many new and used cars from dealers in my 73+ years and this was the best yet. Tom Peck Ford and the people I dealt with are Five Star, I definitely recommend these people.

Customer service is poor. I made an appointment to see a car and the salesman said he would let me know if the car got sold before I traveled to see it. Upon arrival I find out the car had been sold the day day before. I drove an hour and a half to see a specific car and the salesman just asked if I was interested in something else.
