The one who answered the call not only didn't know anything about the car I called about, but he wanted to sell me some other car instead and hung up on me, totally unprofessional discorteous.

I called and they responded

The sales person told me the a vehicle was available, So I scheduled to go to the dealership to see the vehicle. Five minutes before I arrived, the sales person confirmed that the vehicle was in the dealership. After I arrived, the sales Rep asked me to have a seat to tell me that the manager had already accepted a deposit for the vehicle while they never had the vehicle to start with.

These "dealers" are absolute scammers AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! We contacted these scumbags firstly by email - no response We then made a phone call with the specific goal of being re-assured this particular vehicle was not only in stock but available to buy. We were travelling from Homestead to their place "scam central" in Hollywood - about 1 hour and 20 minute drive. We were verbally assured the vehicle was there and was still for sale - they even sent us a photo of the Vin number. Needless to say when we arrived it had suddenly "been sold" and was no longer for sale. The scumbag who we had spoken with earlier said "well I did send you a text telling you it was actually sold" Which he had - but whilst we were on our way there. I asked him "why did you not call us with that information? To which he had no answer. I strongly recommend nobody ever trust them - they wouldn't lie straight in bed BE WELL WARNED IT IS PEOPLE LIKE THESE THAT GIVE USED CAR SALESMEN THE BAD NAME

They list some cars with great value in CarGurus. But as soon as you contact AutoMax with those great deals they have on their car, they say it’s sold. I don’t even know if their deals on their was real anymore.

they continue to list sold cars on CARGURU, When i spoke to the salesman they offer another car. typical bait and switch . I was very disappointed.

I was called the" N" word I have it in a tx to prove it I drove 260 miles to purchase a car that was trash out broken windshield, holds in the car body u can put your hand through car was in an accident never fix pic or miss leading and so is the staff scammers dont go there you would be sorry I was told they was going Repossess a car like that tonight so I can have it in the morning losers

The cars sent to cargurus arent the same ones on the lot.They do it to lure you in, having you buy using their home finacing, this way gaining interest. Do not recommend.

Dealer said the car is there and when I got there 20min later it was already sold! Drove for nothing !

The salesman called to inform me that the vehicle was sold.

Car sold within hours of posting. THAT'S not an issue. First I was told it was available, then told it was sold. Asked if I was interested in anything else (that's the ploy to draw you in). 2 days later same car listed, same ad...I contacted immediately and was told "it literally just sold, is there anything else you're interested in?" SO irritating..."literally JUST sold" sold or sold on Saturday? Did it even exist at all?

AutoMax is trying to commit highway robbery, it couldnt start on it own, smoking was off the engine, nasty crack on it right rear gear above the wheel, the top had rusted area with little hole in it. & they had the gall to charge 1,300$ for it.”

They were awful! I spoke with somebody on Friday I reserve the car and yet when I went down there Sunday they said they sold it nobody warned me and I traveled 45 minutes just to see the car

AutoMax had two Camry posted on CarGurus that was already sold 3 days earlier. I went into the dealership to have the car salesman informed me if the same. When I asked why the sold vehicles is still posted in the website if already sold, his response was “that department haven’t had time to remove the posting.” This is a plain example of baiting customers to come into the dealership so that the customer can be influenced into looking at other vehicles. To add, the same two vehicles was still posted on CarGurus four days later at the time of this writing. -Tim

Great service. Although I didn't buy it was not because the sales person didn't provide the expected good service. He actually went beyond. I was contacted daily, all my questions were answered.

The price was ok, but hidden charges was excessive The hidden charges like dealer prep, cleaning and other. Is not publish. I believe they have to publish the prices at the door and willing to have a better idea, what you can buy. With not hassle to no body.

They told me this vehicle was sold, but they had two more Same model and year. When I get there they did not. Although to their credit, they did not try to push me into another vehicle.

The salesman was very rude over the phone talking about when I get my money up I could come and talk to him very disrespectful and unprofessional. We don't care if we sell the car.

For me personally, buying any car is a stressful situation. The guys at Auto Max in Hollywood, FL, Curtis, Chris, Brandon and Carlos were GREAT! No haggling, one offer, one acceptance and done! INCREDIBLE! Great job guys and thanks.

Dealer advertised one price $14,999, but then come to find there is an additional $4,000 deposit on top on that. Also the vehicle description was not accurate.

Went and financed this car but had to return it. 3rd row seats do not function and makes a clunking sound in the front end when turning the wheel left or right and even while driving going over bumps.... be careful

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Negotiated a purchase price. Salesman came back with a sheet with several service add-ons. I did not agree to pay for the add-ons. We calculated the price without the add-ons and he then went back to the finance guy. Several minutes came back and the price was higher than what we calculated! He went back again and several minutes later told me the car was sold. When I asked him what happened, he told me he didn't know what happened. I am not blaming the salesman. He seemed to be as confused as I was. I went back to the finance guy and asked him what kind of a dealership they were running. I should have known that they were running a scheme. Advertise low to get you into the dealership then raise the price when you get there. It's funny that when I confronted the finance guy the car was suddenly available to purchase at his price. What a scam! PLEASE, take my advice and steer clear of this crooked dealership. I had to learn the hard way.

They responded to my inquiry and asked me to come see the Explorer. I found it was out of my price rsnge, but at least they cslled.

Did not disclose the mileage, had to go in to storefront only to find out that the truck had too many miles for what they wanted me to pay for it! Seems dishonest to nor disclose mileage on-line.

Very bad dealer they tell you one price and hive another

This was the worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. My first mistake was paying for the vehicle and trusting the salesman Michael Rowe to deliver. The 2000 Toyota 4 runner never showed up. Excuse after excuse It's on its way. On and on and on. This guy was a vicious liar. Finally he said the delivery was on its way. Four days later I called him. The delivery truck got in a wreck and my truck was damaged. No truck. Do Not do business with this company. Crooks without a conscience.
