THEY DON'T WORK WITH YOU. I got approved by my bank and the Dealer wanted me to finance through them. They took a deposit from us, but never called back to give an update on their decision. Sales person said he was going to ask the owner if we would be able to do the finance through our bank verses them, but never got an answer from them. I'll never go back. I did find a different dealer that wanted our business.

The salesman was not very responsive. After I sent all of my information he stopped responding. Dealership sent a follow up email and then didn’t respond to my reply trying to purchase. Followed up two weeks later and the next sales person took my information again and then they sold the car when I called back to follow up. Nothing like the car salesman stereotype in the worst way.

A1 service. Robert did a great job. I told him I would be there at 11 am. He was there waiting for me. Expedited the whole experience and answered every question I had. The car was everything he said it was. I drove it from the dealership to Detroit with out any problems. Everyone working there was busy and friendly. I would highly recommend High line auto sales.

Dealer had consistent communication during the buying process. There were some concerns with the vehicle after purchase that I wasn't able to accurately assess dye to being an out of state buyer with limited time(I was driving the vehicle back to my state). Most of them are maintenance issues that could have been addressed with a little more time, and were addressed after notifying the dealership, but I do have some subtle trim damage I didn't catch due to my own constraints.

Told me they would clean the interior while we signed papers. After I got in the car it was still just as dirty as when I test drove it. Exterior was clean and had a smooth buying process but disappointing that I had to go vacuum and clean out a car I just bought.

The dealer responded several times by email. If the car goes off reserve so I can buy it, great. If it doesn’t, darn it, I’ll fall victim for the second time - losing out because I don’t live where the car is, so can’t drive it and make an offer before some local gets it. Really frustrating. Update: the car sold. Nice dealer, though.

Scott was willing to text me instead of sit on the phone and talk about this deal. As a millennial this made me want to work with him cause I didn’t feel pressured to buy from him. I originally messaged them through cargurus at 11pm. By 10:30am Scott had texted me and asked if I had any questions and to let him know how I could be of service. He informed me of them having good financing even though I was coming with my own and even gave me a quote for my trade in( which later even gave me 1k more than he originally quoted me just to match the KBB.) I randomly showed up and happened to catch him doing his morning walk through. Greeted me instantly, no attitude, no salesy tactics. Immediately he took me right to the Tesla I inquired about. He asked if I wanted to see others but my mind was already made up. From there it was the test drive, running the numbers that we both felt made sense for us then just getting the deal done. He even checked on me a few days later to ask how I felt

Very nice and quick to respond. Very good to send great pictures and great to help give good information on car! The dealership fees are reasonable and even had an included with their fees a chip fix for cosmetics to car at a paint shop included in fees that was good idea. One cosmetic fix of a paint might cover the dealership fees and most charge for that and no added benefit of something. It was reasonable too. I feel this dealership has good selection and prices seemed good and fair. I would buy from but I found color in similar car that I wanted at another dealership. I would recommend from my experience with Ethan, he was honest and very good to give good pictures of details. Ethan had great customer service skills!

I'm very careful about leaving negative reviews, but need to share what happened to me to help others. I found a car I liked so I put a deposit on it and then flew to Chicago to pick it up a week later. First I got there to find the car had over 800 more miles on it than what was shown in the pictures and even what they listed on the sales agreement they sent. That's a substantial amount for a 26,000 mile vehicle that had a deposit on it. The pictures also showed a key fob, which they said they didn't have. Lastly they told me over the phone that the car was in pristine condition, but it had paint dings on the front and back. They said they'd make it right and in the end offered half what the sales guy said they would for the mileage, but they couldn't cut a check there, they'd have to send it. It took almost a month of texts and calls to get them to send the check. I shouldn't have had to chase them for it.

They misrepresented about the car. Other reviews about their behavior is correct. I spoke to the person at the dealership for two days, before he told me the car was sold. It was sold before we started talking. You keep getting messages from an automated assistant. It is really bizarre, they have a small inventory so they should know if they don’t have a car in inventory. I still think they had in inventory or they never had it to begin with. I would be cautious in dealing with them.

I showed interest in one of their featured vehicles on Car Gurus. Mo, GM, Ray, knowledgeable and professional sales associate, along with Vincent, knowledgeable and professional sales associate, were great! I have absolutely no criticism regarding the dealership. The indoor accommodation for their vast inventory is expansive! Our interactions didn't result in a sale because I realized I'd struggle with navigating the S550 Coupe through my indoor multi-ramp parking garage, I currently drive a C300 4matic Coupe, along with a few other cosmetic details that we weren't comfortable with. If i were to take interest in something else in the distant future, I'd definitely go back to Highline.

I called - at noon - to make sure the 2018 Mercedes GLE was on the premises and available for a test drive because I live 150 mile away. Matt reassured me it was there and set up an appointment for 3pm. Vince called me when I was just a few miles from the lot - a few minutes before the appointment - that the car was not actually on the lot (getting repaired) and was not available but he could show me other cars. They wasted 5 hours of my time (round trip) and a tank of gas. Disrespectful and unprofessional! I will never do business with them: dishonest in one thing - probably not trustworthy in another either.

Nice people but not to eager to work with you to sell the vehicle. I have very little credit so I was expecting a big down payment but highline was not going to put in the work to make it happen. Since than I got approved for a higher price RS7, but they were nice on the phone and sent me plenty of info and pictures on the vehicle they still have for sale as of today.

It wasn’t a bad deal. Could’ve been better. We made a deal and they put the cost right back on in finance. They called it another charge for something and couldn’t explain exactly what it was. It was only $500.00 dollars but it really bothered me. I didn’t like the fact that they were being slick like that. I was about yo walk away but I decided not to because they already ran my credit in the deal. The car is great though. Very high quality cars. The business could be ran better without the conniving dealings. Then my experience would’ve been great.

We had a great experience with Highline, we worked with Scott who had the car ready for us to drive when we arrived at the dealership, the car was detailed inside and out and looked like a new car. I thought I was pretty approved they asked me to put down $5,000 I told them I only have $2,000 I basically didn't get approved I guess, they need to communicate this information with me... the staff didn't know what was going on... I was told the car I was interested in was sold already, so they showed the same model but more expensive, more than 4k. So obviously I didn’t buy anything.. the guy was nice (Vincent) and not pushy but I wish they would if offer me a better deal.. they lost a sale. The strange thing is that the car I wanted still shows available on the site.

Worked with both the online Sales Manager, Scott, and my salesman, Vince. Both were highly professional and gave me time to review my options and time to look over the car I purchased. There was no pressure. Just make sure to understand they are a used car dealer and expect that used cars will have issues. Be sure to get a pre purchase inspection done by an independent shop to review the car prior to purchase. It’s worth paying $100-$150 to have an independent professional mechanic look over your vehicle of interest vs. paying possibly thousands in unexpected repair bills after you buy your car. This will also help you with negotiating a fair price when understanding the needed repair costs. Thanks, gentlemen!

When I returned the call to speak with the guy they said they would give him the message to call me back! But he didn't in fact the price went up from 29,999 to 33,999. I have been watching this Gwagon for over 2years. The price has changed so many times. I'm no longer interested. I don't think they really want to sell it. To inconsistent with the price.

Great people to deal with. I bought my car from them 2024 BMW 535I XDrive. Great vehicle. What I found out that this car has an extended warranty on it from the previous owner. They carry great selections of all luxury cars and they are capable to work some numbers with you. Highly recommend.

I did buy a car from them. The vehicle was good but I have to say this place is far from professional. I went there and the sales person gave me a couple of inaccurate facts about used cars, I had done my research before I went there so I was able to tell. Then when I went there for the second time with my husband we requested to speak with the manager, who instead of coming by the desk and introducing himself decided to simply yell across the room. when we were leaving the sales person didn't even say goodbye until my husband did. Then once that I had wired the money, a day before I went to pick up the car, I texted the sales person to correct the address on the tittle and he never replied. That gave me the impression that once the money was on their side, the customer service had ended. The day that we went to pick up the car they made us wait for over 30 min. Even though all the paperwork was signed. I found weird that they prefer communication via text and not by email.

They have a lot of nice cars here but be prepared to wait a long time. Had to return to pick up the car but was still kept waiting for someone to finish the paperwork up. Said they were going to 'gas the car up'... Only put in 1/4 tank. Sold the car with only one key and that was only revealed once we were about to leave with it. I can get another key for $200 .. great :-\ Allan was nice to deal with.. Other finance guy that we dealt with on our first visit seemed annoyed just to be doing his job so that soured things for us. An 'OK' place. We got a car we liked in the end but that was about it. Certainly didn't feel like our business mattered though.

Did respond, but didn't tell me there was a deposit on the car I requested about until after i ran my credit. There is a request eprice on the page and I specifically asked what the lowest out the door price could be so i can run my own numbers. I never recieved a response for this. After I test drove it I needed the night to talk to my wife about it and asked a few questions about out the door price and what they will give for my trade in with no response. How can I do business without being financially prepared to do so?

I asked Highline Auto Sales a question about a vehicle they had through CarGurus. Scott returned my email and talked up a storm about Highline Auto Sales and no mention of my question. I emailed Scott back and restated my question about the vehicle. Once again Scott salesman for Highline Auto Sales this time didn't even bother to answer my question. No REPLY or ANSWER!! My question was if they would take 25000 for a Mercedes Benz that they where asking 27,000 for. Why couldn't Scott reply yes or no , this tells me what respect they have for customers and themselves. RUDE !!!!

Great experience with Highline Auto Sales! I was a bit cautious exploring the option of buying a car out of state as I had never done it before but as soon as I got in contact with them, all my worries were gone. They are a very experienced dealership that knows how to handle out of state deals very smoothly. All of my questions were answered and they were great to work with closing the deal. On a CarGurus site under Carfax it said there was no issues or accidents we went there and at the closing they handed us a Carfax to sign off on when we look through it the car had been through three accidents and one of them have structural damage we never bought the car

I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional. I contacted them several times. Each time they were busy and told me they would get back to me. They never did. After a week and a half of trying to talk to someone, the truck was sold to another party. Wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone, very disappointing. This is a censored review, my true feelings would be R rated.

Went in to lol at car I live about hr n 1/2 away so had a link to get pre approved before I got there less work to be done other than test drive and make sure everything works everything worked great left with the car they offered great warranty with it brad was the salesman who contacted me about coming in but helped set up everything before I got there that are high end dealer all cars kept in garage lot so none are sitting outside unless being test drove or drive away excellent car and only down side is waiting with only one guy doing actually finalizing of paper work but set an appointment to be there and your good to go

Would not give numbers, kept talking about being high volume and no margin. Kept avoiding my questions, wouldn't give a trade value. They asked me to visit the dealership, and I live 5 hours away. Plenty of more accommodating dealers all over the country. Waste of time.

I purchased a vehicle from out of state. I called and we agreed on a price for out the door purchase but when I arrived at the dealer they still made me pay my state taxes even thou over the phone they said out the door everything included but that’s not even the WORST part! The wrangler I purchased had 36k and the tires where bald! I traveled from Illinois so I already spend money on travel so I figured I’ll just purchase it and get new tires. I’m not an expert on cars but one week after I purchased the vehicle I got in an accident and my insurance who inspected the Jeep said that those tires did not belong to my vehicle even thou they’re stock wheels and tires that come new with Jeeps. The insurance said the dealer switched those tires because they knew I was coming out of state and would still purchased it and those tires came off a Jeep with over 50k miles on them because of the wear of the tires and plus the spare tire was also bald. This dealer is ridiculous running scams to try to make an extra dollar!!

The worst car dealership you can find. Zero points if possible. Greedy cheaters and lyers! The took my $500 downpayment as a deposit and promised me to reserve the car. Then, after i paid $200 to check the car i found out that they tried to screw buyers with an advertised feature which had a $1800 value and was not even existend! My sales person Hamilton was the worst. He told me for 2 days everything was perfect before admitting that they have sold to car to someone else who had financed the car and therefore they would earn more money. It was a christmas gift to my wife which they srewed up because of their greed. Salesperson and manager lied, they cost me $200 in inspection fees, promised equipment not present...stay away from them. Btw, I reported it to the BBB? UPDATE: The car salesman Hamilton contacted me and explained his part of the transaction. He paid the fees for the inspection it had ordered. I thnk he is really trying and will avoid similar situations in future.

They called me about the car. It was listed as an automatic and they replied it was a manual transmission and incorrectly labeled on line. If it were an automatic as displayed on the fact sheet on line, I would have bought this car instead of the one I purchased through another dealer.

We purchased a Honda Accord for our daughter. The sales staff were very kind and worked very hard to make sure we were happy with the car. They allowed us to take the car home and let our mechanic look at it, which was very helpful. They compensated us for the additional minor repairs that were needed.

Charges extra fees after you agree to price, including the $400 dollar "etching" fee scammy dealerships charge. Charges state statue maxiums doe filing fees yet confirming to me on phone they use a third party service. These Third party services on average charge less than $10 dollars per car yet they want over 200 in fees...Scam artists who couldnt fairly sell anything let alone a car....

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised. Even though the car we went to look at was already sold we found another car at High Line as they had such a great collection of cool luxury cars. Our salesman was very cool and we were able to buy and finance in a couple of hours. When we need another car we will take a look at High Line first

I'd give these guys higher because they not only replied to my email, but they fixed the mistake in their listing almost immediately but, they did list it wrong in twice. Once they said it was automatic when it was a manual and the other was coupe when it's a cabriolet. Other than that, very responsive and they corrected their listing.

Bought the vehicle they offered they were very nice and helpful during the sale. Next day I brought it in for an oil change and had it checked out. Found the oil filler cap was missing, a leak at the oil pan and also some oil seepage near the timing belt cover. Contacted Highline Auto Sales and told them what was found they said send them the report and they would get back to me. I e-mailed them yesterday which is now five days later and they still have not responded. I will call again tomorrow and see if they will help me.

I recently just purchased a 2015 BMW X5 from this deal today. They were extremely professional and they were pretty straightforward and honest about everything. They offered me a lifetime detail/car wash as long as I own the vehicle. Gus was my salesman he was pretty knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the process quicker by starting the application on my way to the dealership because I didn't want to be there for literally the entire day. Allen in finance is a really great guy he explained everything to me that I was signing and he was very knowledgeable about what I need and didn't need for the vehicle as far as warranties.

The vehicle was exactly as described. My salesman, Abe, never used any pressure to make the sale. A friend and I, flew into a small airport, near Highline. They arranged a ride for us. We looked over and drove the vehicle. The paper work just took a few minutes, and we were headed back home. When I need another vehicle, Highline Auto Sales will be the first place I call.

I do not recommend this place. The salesman was okay and friendly, we had no problem with him. However the manager was rude, disrespectful, ignorant, and lacked communication and personal skills. We really liked a car and were willing to negotiate. We are not stupid and did our research and It was clear that we were going to buy if the price was right. The manager, Moe, approached us and didn't even introduce himself, he was very rude and condescending. He went straight to the point and asked what our price was. We said a price $1,500 below the price they were asking, which is not ridiculous, and again it was clear that we were willing to negotiate. Moe went back to another desk and then came back yelling like he was out in the street, telling us to leave and that we didn't know how to negotiate and even said that we had spent all day shopping around because we didn't know how to buy a car. He was so incredibly rude. We packed our stuff and left, but not without telling the salesman that the manager was crazy and that they just lost a sale. If they didn't want to do business with us, they could have let us know in a professional manner. We are so happy that we spent our $25,000 in another dealer that is professional and reputable. Everyone we know will know about the horrible customer service experience we had at Highline Auto Sales.

Not good! Initially, I couldn't even find the place, because they are not using the actual address that's on their advertising. The boywho was acting as my salesman, first of all wasn't the guy that I came into see; I liked the car, and I came back twice because the kid kept asking me if they would match my desired results could we deal. When I was about to sign on the dotted lines: I was going with the 4.99% interest rate because they couldn't give me the 2.99% that I sought, and that they had advertised. They in fact tried to get me to sign at a 8.99%. I stopped in my tracks and rescinded the contract..The kid called me everyday until I told him I was no longer interested. Everyday he called me, he was claiming that they were able to lower the interest rate. The last rate he quoted me was 4.99%.

The dealership is rather new but had a decent number of cars. These cars were parked too close to each other making it difficult to view each car and very hard to get in a car. The rep was cordial but definitely new at his trade. He had little ability to answer my questions about the car, focusing instead on getting me to test drive the car. The facility is small and more like a former factory than a car dealership. The sales approach was hassle free for the most part.

They lied about the condition of the vehicle being in pristine condition. I waited 2 days to look at the car because they allegedly had it at the detailers. I was traveling from far northwest suburbs, so I did not want to make a wasted trip. When I did look at it, it was well worn, many flaws, and drove like it looked. Dirty inside and out as well. They need to fire their detailer. Wasted 3 hrs travel and time at dealer.

Casey, Moe and all the other guys at Highline Auto Sales were awesome. I was a little nervous after having trouble finding the dealership and intimidated by all the beautiful cars in the showroom there. I took a test drive and knew that I had to found the auto for me. The purchase process was a breeze. I believe I got a fair price on the car and the guys helped by find coverage for the vehicle through one of there partners. I was really put at ease days later when speaking to Moe on the telephone and he invited me to bring the vehicle in for servicing when ready. That gave me added confidence that I had a good vehicle and that I was dealing with a good dealer. I did find one small thing wrong with a vent on the car after I purchased it but that is mostly cosmetic. I highly recommend these guys.

The individuals at Highline Auto Sales could not have been more helpful. We looked at the vehicle and had some concerns. Without hesitation, the sales people at Highline auto indicated they would address the concerns to our satisfaction. Not only did they address the concerns we had they went above and beyond by helping us with other items we wanted with for the vehicle. If you're looking for a used vehicle we would highly recommend Highline.

Sam and the entire team were very courteous and polite. They made the buying experience simple and easy. The car was in excellent condition when I arrived. The price I paid was well worth the drive. If you are in the market for a pre-owned car, I recommend Highline Auto Sales.

I did purchase a vehicle from Highline. Since I live in Colorado and had to travel to Chicago, I asked if there were any blemishes on the car before traveling. I was told "no, the car is perfect". Upon in person inspection, the car had scuffs on each mirror, minor scratches on the body, pretty bad scratches on the leather seats and 2 bald tires. I wouldn't call this perfect. Also, we agreed on a final "out the door" cost for the vehicle before I traveled. However, they attempted to charge additional fees in excess of $500 at the time of payment. I agreed to drive on the bald tires in exchange for release from these surprise fees. Having said all that, They paid for an UBER ride from the airport, the guys were friendly and easy to talk to, and I do believe they were trying to do an honorable job of things, they just made a couple of mistakes. Several calls were made to the owner for assistance on completing the deal.

First off, we at HighLine Auto Sales want to thank you for your purchase on the Porsche Cayenne.  We are deeply sorry that you feel the way you do, however we do want to be clear about the situation.  The agreement that was made over the phone, was that we would in fact take your credit card as a form of payment for a portion of the purchase.  However, you did say that you would be puting down $10,000 in the form of cash or cashiers check.
