Bad business!!! I had this car reserved to test drive. Took the day off work and drove almost 2 hours to get there. Get there and they tell me they sold the car.

The BEST place to go to buy a automobile!!! Most laid back place with the best staff!!

The dealership doesn’t answer a question until you “complete your deal” on their website. I finally got a question answered, if you want to call it that. I asked why the listing had one owner and the carfax showed 3 owners. I got a response in about a minute to “go with the carfax”. It was so quick there was no way the salesperson even took a look to figure it out. That type of discrepancy was enough to turn me off to the dealership. I gave two stars because at least I got a response.

I was contacted quickly by this dealer but I had already purchased another vehicle so had no further contact with this dealer.

Very quick to contact after submitting my interest email. Decided to go see the vehicle in person and when I got there I checked in at front desk and was told someone would be with me in 5 minutes. Waited at least 20 minutes and no one came out to help so I left and walked across street to the Honda dealership. 3 hours later, after I had gotten home, the person that was supposed to help me emailed me and asked if I was still there. I will say that everyone was very friendly that I talked to but it just seemed a little unorganized. I could probably go back today and have a more positive experience.

Drove to dealership in Nashville the Traverse we were interested in was in the process of being sold. There was a second Traverse at the location with a few more miles on it which we ended up purchasing.

It was a no hassle, no pressure experience. They had a good selection. Prices I feel are very competitive.

Best truck buying experience EVER!

I had already been approved for a auto loan of up to $25,000 at my bank. However they said they do no work with my bank, so they said they would run my credit. I was denied and now I have this hold on my credit for a while. I work hard for my credit score and I just feel like this place is a scam they won’t you to finance with them because they know they cannot beat your banks APR!

They was courteous and kind and answered any questions I had.

Heard back from this dealer one time. I asked another question on Saturday and as of Monday have not heard back. Not very responsive.

Wouldn't use my finances, don't understand someone that doesn't won't a cashiers check from my bank? They ask me to just use my credit card, never buy from these people, that's not how you do business. Further more don't even research on there websites or places, go somewhere else.

I really liked the truck, but it needed new tires. EchoPark would not even consider putting on new tires for me. I was very leery of even driving it off the lot on wet roads! So, keeping looking........

Went in with a specific vehicle in mind and was told politely that it was about to be sold to someone else. I appreciated the offer to take a look at similar vehicles close to my price range, and at no point did I ever feel pressured to buy any of the alternate vehicles that were suggested to me. Just as luck would have it, the customer trying to buy the vehicle I came in for left without it and without reserving it, and I was able to take it for a test drive, loved it, and purchased in the same evening. All while Marshall stayed past closing and was very patient with me in the entire process from me walking in to sorting through the alternate vehicles, and ultimately through purchase which was a plus, as I am a first time buyer. Great service plus a bit of luck made for a very good experience.

This was the best car purchasing experience ever! What you see is what you get. No price haggling or surprise fees, just honest, polite people throughout the whole experience. We had the pleasure of working with Preston. He was not pushy and was very patient with my teen daughter. He was “real”! You knew he was just being himself and had no superiority attitude like we have experienced at other dealership”s. A mother and daughter team came in to buy a car and we were treated with the utmost respect. Preston walked us through each process and kept things moving along. I got an initial email from EchoPark, but their process to evaluate my trade in value online was a complete disaster and I never received an estimate.

Agent was very friendly and my interactions with the agents were fine. Several issues though. I had an appointment to look at this specific car. When i got there it was dirty and covered in bird poop (major problem at this lot). They did take it to get washed but that took time. After the wash, the agent noticed the fuel level was low and so she had to go fill it up. Probably waited about 45 min when I had an appointment.

No pressure. Genuine and honest service. John was a true gentleman to my wife and I. I will be back to buy another vehicle.

Great experience. The dealership responded within minutes and I made an appointment for the next day because I live out of town and was working late. I Found a car that had all the features I wanted for an amazing price that was no haggle and low miles. The car had everything we wanted and more. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I love my new car and I haven’t had any problems! I truly enjoy driving around now. I highly recommend EchoPark in Nashville, all of the cars looked like amazing deals.
