vehicle, dealer says I MUST purchase a $700 protection package.
What a bunch of liars. I would not waste time talking to them, no matter how cheap they offer their vehicles.

I verified that the car was there and available. I explained that I was
driving 2+ hours one way to see and purchase the car. They gave
me the exact amount for the cashiers check and everything I
needed to bring. When I got there they said the car had âjust been
sold that morningâ and tried to show me other more expensive
options. So frustrating and a complete waste of nearly 5 hours. I
was suckered into a bait and switch game. I refused to play, and I
donât plan of giving them a second chance to do it again!

Upon arriving to the dealer, they told me they only accept cashiers checks if financed outside of their lenders.
This would have been great to know prior to traveling to your dealership. Posting this review for people to be aware of before traveling there. The gentlemen I spoke with also told me they only sell cars no more than 5 years old and with less than 50k miles which is clearly not true, as the car I was looking at was at about 75k miles. Definitely did not like the surprises this place offered.

I started talking to the sales man about purchasing a high end over priced vehicle which is
a 2012 Rolls Roys, May 04 hoping to get it delivered few days after that, got approved the
same day and waiting for them to get me the paper works who took about 4-5 days since
they didn't send it right away, long story short this was for my wife birthday which it today,
and now they haven't talking my calls ignore my txt their general manager is too busy to
get my call. beyond frustrated. if i new I wouldn't even bother talk to them i would've gone

Had alright experience with seeing a vehicle and was interested in it. We put down $500 to hold the vehicle because they said that they were going to fix the AC’s freon and the misaligned bumper (which is strange for a vehicle with no accident history). They called the next day and said that they had fixed the mentioned issues. However, they only fixed the freon but the bumper was still misaligned. They offered to either take roughly $2-250 off the price so we can look for a place to get it fixed once a deal has been made, or we could come back after to get the vehicle’s bumper fixed through them. Why couldn’t they had it fixed along with the AC in the first place instead of making it inconvenient for the customer to have it fixed? They called to say that it was ready when it wasn’t… The price is also high for a vehicle with multiple scratches and a misaligned bumper that seems like something they can’t fix. If they weren’ able to fix it, they shouldn’t have wasted the customer’s time

Dealer manager said he would not fix the sunroof on the Volvo I was attempting to purchase. It did not work at all. He stated that they knew this and it was decided that the dealership would not fix this issue. Although multiple opportunities were presented to be straight up about the vehicle, the sales reps and sales manager misled and failed to inform me on this information until I brought it up. Very misleading to a cash buying customer.

Echo Park responded within 30 minutes of my inquiry and set up an appointment for the next day. Went to look at a car and never felt pressured. Salesman was awesome let me test drive 3 different cars to compare them. Ended up buying a 2019 Altima SR. Within 2 hours was driving home with my new car. Would highly recommend.

Good experience. Didn't like that I wasn't offered 48 month finance. Was offered 60 or 72 months only. I accepted the terms ONLY for the convenience of one shop stop & knowing that I will pay the car off in 48 months. Otherwise experience good due to convenient & they do offer great cars.

Great experience! Shannon was the best! The place was fairly busy when I got there. I walked in planning to only test drive
and left with a new car ahah. Their standards for cars are high where they only sell low-mileage cars with no accidents,

Scheduled a test drive two days prior, asked for the address via email and only got a reply stating the hwy the dealership is located on (North freeway). Received a confirmation with the actual address on the day of. Show up at the dealership and they can’t find my appointment. Told the vehicle is at the other location (which happens to be closer to me) but that it was sold yesterday. Wasted my entire morning.

Overall experience was good. Our sales guy answered all our questions and was very responsive via text. Facility is nice and clean. If they have the vehicle you want, make a decision quickly because they do not “hold” cars while you think it over. Financing has to go through them. I wasn’t too thrilled about this but I got a great rate with a reputable bank. The wait time was a little long anytime the sales guy or finance guy needed to leave the table. We went in with nearly everything decided and was just going in to sign and pick up car. Ended up being there for 4 hours but we got a good deal on the vehicle we wanted.

BE AWARE! They won’t take your own financial institution, I drove over 40 min to see a car, I had 1.9% pre-approved interest rate, then they said we only accept cash or our own financial institutions to make the deal

The set up of the dealership is definitely different than typical big name type of dealership. It felt more relaxed like being at a coffee shop. I did not like the fact that I was not permitted to test drive more than two vehicles. I wanted a certain type of vehicle but was not sure which would suit me more. I have driven a car for last 10 years and wanted to change back to an SUV., so I wanted to test drive different makes but was limited to two. Needless to say, I went back to the big box type of dealership, where they allowed me to test drive whatever I wanted. They of course in the end got my business and I am happy with my purchase. I got the same model I test drove for 2k cheaper and with less mileage. I will say I did like the atmosphere and vibe of Echopark but it just wasn't for me in the end.

I went in to look at a specific vehicle and although I didn't get that vehicle, I went back to EchoPark a week later
and found my dream car. I was impressed by the staff on both occasions. If you go to EchoPark, ask for Addie!

For price and selection, I don't think you can find a better deal on a used vehicle. Super friendly staff. They certainly are taking health safety
serious, very clean facilities. The only thing keeping my review from being 5-star is the flow of the process, I know they're trying to help as
many people as possible, but there needs to be a more efficient way of moving through the process.

I went to drive a car for a second time after they did some cleaning to it and buffed some spot off paint when I got there someone else was driving the car and they started selling it to the other people I thought that was pretty bad

Great experience!! I called the dealership on Thursday 7/1/2020 they sent me information about the car and set me up a Test drive for the next day. Arrive at dealership, the car was exactly like the photos, clean and ready for a test drive. Our sales rep was friendly and very helpful. He did not pressure or hassle for anything. I knew I wanted this vehicle and I came prepared. We arrived at 12:00 pm completed the deal at 3:00 pm and drove my new vehicle home. I would highly recommend this dealer to others.

Sales people are nice and friendly. Staff seemed great. Made an appointment, confirmed the truck was there before we got there. When we got there, they couldn't find it. Said someone might be out test driving it. Didn't know where it was at. We had to leave due to another appointment we had. Later, CarGurus sends me an email with a list of trucks based on the filters I've selected, and this same truck was in it. But when I clicked on details, it said it looks like this one got away. Overall experience was very disappointing. There's another truck I'm interested in, but I won't even look at it bc it's from this same dealer.

When I got there, Steven made sure that we had a comfortable experience and was very patient throughout the whole process. Bought the car the same day, I recommend coming here. Called three times to ensure the car we wanted was there and available; they assured us it was. We
drove 2.5 hours on a Friday night to arrive and be told that the car we came for was not available after
all. So frustrating! The manager gave us a discount on any other vehicle, but didn't seem to care too
much; it felt like he just wanted us to leave. We did end up finding a vehicle and the only reason I gave
them two stars instead of one is for our salesman, Fredrick. He was patient and hard working.

The staff was quite polite positive and very helpful, but the problem was the vehicle interior was not in the best shape the dealership DON'T negotiate and whatever they apprais your vehicle for is set in stone there is no wiggle room either way and for that I will never visit another Echo Park.

The salesman never showed me the X3. He was determined to sell me either an X5 or an Infinity. I believe the ad for the X3 was a lost lead and wasn’t on the lot. I walked the lot and it wasn’t out there, and the salesman would change the subject when I asked about it.

attitude and was acting like he was doing
me a favor by buying a car there. Never
again. Also the vehicle wasn’t properly

Very inpersonal. Be prepared to wait 30 mins. They check you in and tell you to sit like you are in a doctor's office. No contact what so ever from staff once they check you in. The facility is very nice and open but like I said very impersonal and the wait is horrendous. It's like a big shop, or corporation feel. It seems that you need them a lot more than they need your sale. Right away they say don't negotiate. If you are just looking and want to know how the vehicles Ares, I would definitely go somewhere else. I would only go there if they had the best deal and your were ready to pay without shopping around for other vehicles.

Theiy were very professional. However they want me to bring my car in for appraisal. I ask them to give me a price for the 2017 Lincoln MKC Reserve with my 2005 Thunderbird 50 Anniversary in trade. They said I had to bring my Thunderbird in first. At their location is over 40 miles toward downtown Houston, I did not want to drive in all the traffic on I45 when I had no idea of the deal they may give me.

I had a GREAT experience at EchoPark Auto dealership. The customer service was great!. I went
with my son to purchase a car several months prior. I then returned to purchase a SUV for myself
and now my husband has purchased a SUV. We pre-qualified online to speed up the approval
process. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service and purchase. If you're thinking about
visiting EchoPark, ask for Mykael. He's Great!!
The only issue I have, there was NO referral reward. My son referred me and I referred my
husband. A referral reward would have made it 5 stars.

I had a bad vibe from this dealership. They do

can be paid sooner. That is not putting the
customer first. A car is a big purchase and I want

From receptionist to salesman, everyone was quick, efficient, friendly, and professional. The vehicle was exactly as advertised and I was pleased with that.
They gave me a rough estimate (sight unseen) as to what they would give me for my trade and it was $3k-$4k less than another dealership offered and ultimately purchased my vehicle for (also sight unseen).
This dealership does not negotiate on any numbers from sales price, trade value, or options added to the vehicle as part of the deal (requested window tint).
If you are in the market for a clean vehicle, and not needing/wanting to negotiate on any particular aspect of the purchase, this is a great place to purchase from.
I appreciate and respect their honesty and professionalism from the beginning and would consider this dealership again if they had the exact vehicle I was looking for at the right price.

Not your typical dealership. Very friendly people. I am always skeptical when shopping for cars, wondering if I am getting the right price or the help I need. Here I didn't; have to worry about that. I went in not really knowing what I wanted but once I talked with Addie and test drove a few cars I knew which one I wanted. Addie was very pleasant, tentative, and knowledgeable. Ask for rodrigo hey and coco! We drove about two hours on a tuesday after work with what we thought we wanted set up. We changed our minds and rodrigo pulled all the comparaables side by side to make the best decision. So patient, not pushy, and super honest. A great experience on a big investment! We were there past 11 and after everything finalized rodrigo even hopped in the new car to help set up bluetooth, AT 11 PM. Ask for rodrigo and coco!!!!

I felt the salesman was very pushy and made several rude remarks. When I asked why the car had water in it and asked why parts of car where falling apart, he said well If you want a brand new car maybe you should buy one. When I asked for all paperwork in paper instead of on tablet they threw a fit. They tried charging me 16000 for a 13,279 dollar vehicle without the Warrenty even added yet. I love my car, but dealership is shady and liars.

When I arrived to test drive the car, it had already been sold. They didn't even give a courtesy call to let me know before I took such a long drive. The salesman was even embarrassed when he realized the vehicle had been sold.

Absolutely loved this dealership! I worked with Thomas and he was an absolute delight from start to finish! He had plenty of patience, I changed my vehicle five or six times before I finally made my decision. Never was he pushy. I left with a 2018 Mazda CX-5! Bonus they purchased two of my personal vehicles. They gave me 2k more on my Infiniti and 5k over on my Ford F 250, than other competing dealerships.. Highly recommend. They will buy your vehicle even if you don't purchase theirs, but with their prices you will :)

The dealer did reach out to me via text message; which I love because I hate to talk on the phone. They answered my questions via text and I
scheduled an appointment with them to drive 1.5 hours to make the deal. During the text messages, I admittedly never looked directly at the
dealership site and even advised "Darien" that I was working the financing out with my bank. Not only was I not informed by "Darien", the
appointment verification email states "if financing with us". Not once was I told that I could only finance through the lenders Echo Park works
with. They would not accept my personal financing that I had through my own bank. While the staff was friendly, it didn't make up for the
wasted drive and time that could have been prevented if I was given the appropriate information. They offered to fill my tank prior to leaving, I
guess that helps.

THOMAS IS THE BEST ! Very easy to deal with . Not pushy or hurried at all. The only thing negative I could say is: I bought the car and then next day my dealer was off . When I came to pick it up it was supposed to take five minutes max and it took 45-1hr and that was because they were supposed to be detailing it and putting fuel in it . Neither were done . But other than that it was an amazing experience

We walked into the dealership and were immediately given a salesperson, Nick Hoxie (he was great) who took us on a short tour of the facility and brought the car around for a test drive. He was knowable about the vehicle and very personable.We loved the car which was as described on the Echo Park website and we proceeded to purchase it. The process was as easy as purchasing a vehicle can be theses days. All the dealership personnel were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Echo Park for a no hassle used car purchase. Ask for Nick.

First time working with CarGurus and EchoPark. It was off to a good start. Based on my
search filters, I received notice of a 2016 Camry flagged as a 'Great Deal' at EchoPark. Almost
too good to be true. When we arrived to look at the vehicle, we were warmly greeted and
assisted. Here's where the bad review comes in. There was something wrong with the car that
we drove very far to go see. A wheel/axle alignment issue that pulled the car to the right to a
very noticeable degree. We test drove, flagged it, and the mechanic at EchoPark looked at it.
We test drove again and the results were the same. The salesman was really pushing us to
buy this car when there was clearly something wrong with it. We didn't buy because in the long
run, this would've costed us money in repairs and worn out our tires. I know everyone there did
their part to try to help, but if your car is faulty and potentially unsafe, quit pushing to put
people in it,

Service was good. Truck was not ready for show. Foul smell and stained interior. Was steam vacuumed recently (still damp), probably to mask the smell (alcohol, smoke, etc.) and spill stains. Probably not a good idea to loan the vehicle while it is listed. Not worth the hour long drive to see a 1 year, 14000 mile vehicle in this condition. Nice truck. Shame!

Overall this was the worse experience I had purchasing a vehicle.
The application was easy and quick and the website is user friendly, but the service from sales agent are the worse. Overall I dealt with about 6 people from the dealership (Marcus, Judy, Michael, Corshelia and a couple more)
None of them where on the same page. And it took a week to get a preapproval. I know it shouldn't matter but I have a 744 credit score and just felt like I was not of any importance.
Day I called to see check the application status and they stated I have not applied even though I showed Echopark on my credit report. Day 2 I had another sales person reach out to advise me to provide info as I only did a inquiry. After being upset and asking them to find out what happen to my application I got a call back the 3rd day from a finance manager. Between this time I would reach back out to the salesman to get an update and my text and phone calls would be ignored.

Dealership was very nice on the inside, very comfortable place to do a transaction of this magnitude. Traditional dealerships direct you into a room or office, this layout allows you to be in control of where you choose to sit and complete the deal. This is consistent with the rest of the purchasing process as well. It is all geared toward the buyer and eliminating all of the negative aspects of traditional dealerships. Will def do business with EchoPark again. The truck i purchased was as advertised and well below prices everywhere else in the southeast.

We live in Arkansas so we weren't able to see the car until we got there...it was in very good shape as they said it was...there was an issue with one of the heated seats when we got it home but they took care of it...great people and great service!

Amazing staff and wonderful experience from the moment we set foot through the doors until delivery of our new vehicle. Sebastian was extremely helpful and David in finance was very polite AND we never felt pressured or rushed or uninformed throughout the entire process.

My experience was not good. I had to call
them several times about my application.
One guy act like I was bothering him just
wanted me to come up there. Another
person act like they couldn’t tell me the
outcome of my app they wanted me to
come up there as well. I told can you just
tell me so I can be prepared when I get
there. They wanted me to put down $3700 I
went to different dealer and just had to put
$500down for a 2018 Impala I would not
recommend EchoPark if I could not rate
them a star I wouldn’t but I have to give
them a star

The model of this dealership is so different, and we loved it. The salesperson really listened and catered to my needs, and there was no haggle or negotiation with pricing because they worked to get us the best deal possible and presented us with all options. I’ll be using EchoPark for all my future car purchases!

Very different car buying experience with these guys!! The inside is set up like a cyber cafe and even has a video game system and kids area to keep little ones entertained. You won't find better prices for the quality of inventory! I originally went in to check out a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport which I did end up purchasing from J. (Jose) but 2 days after signing the paperwork the check engine light started flashing accompanied by large clouds of white smoke upon acceleration. I did not feel safe and contacted Echo Park right away and spoke with Matt Fischer who was more than accommodating and very apologetic and assured me if I brought it back that he would be more than happy to help me find something I loved. So I did and that experience with Matt was even better than my experience with J. He went WAY above and beyond to ensure I left feeling I really had something I am 1000 % HAPPY with which is the 2017 Chevrolet Equinox. 10/10

I had annok experience with them. They are fairly new but they kept pushing me to run my credit for one if there lenders even though I was already approved through my bank. They had 3 different people come to talk to me about running my credit.

Nice folks to work with. The location was
on the N. Freeway. I had used CarGurys
successfully before. The car we found was
great and it was
great deal. it was their 3rd day open.
Friendly and comfortable place to do
business. Vehicle came out in
great shape. Had everything I wanted
loaded on it. Sales guy spent a lot of time
walking me through how to
use all the electronics and safety features.
They will pitch you 3 or 4 other products. I
ended up taking several
of them, as I felt they made my future with
the car more secure and limited any
downsides that might occur
while I own it.

Was my first stop to look at a few different cars for the day. Alan was my salesperson. He was very attentive and accommodating to my questions, concerns and needs. He did an excellent job. I highly recommend him. Kevin took care of our financing and beat the rate we came in with from our own bank. Kudos to him for getting us the best deal possible. Clean, friendly, no hassle environment. Left with a nice car at a very competitive price. To top it off, when I realized I’d left my Oakley’s in my trade in the General Manager went out, found them, and had them overnighted to me!! Inexperienced, under trained Sales person who was very slow and unknowable of the process and had no knowledge of the vehicle we were interested in.
