Overall very happy with my purchase. I felt like I got a great deal on a low mileage 2-year-old truck. The buying process at Echo Park was relatively simple and straightforward. No haggle pricing. The only caveat was that they forced me to take a $700 interior and exterior cleaning program that I didn't want. They told me there was no way around it. It almost broke the deal because I was ready to walk out over this but they ended up finding me a better interest rate to offset the $700 upgrade I didn't want. The only other issue I had was they claim to have a 180 point inspection that the truck goes through before I get it, however, the cabin filter was filthy dirty and they promised to replace it. Problem was they didn't have one. I was told to come back the next day and pick it up. It was a 47 mile drive. It didn't come in. Ended up buying my own & installing it myself. They're reimbursing me the cost of the filter. Issue should have been fixed before my purchase.

Spent 2 days working the deal with them and they didn’t do the deal and sold the car to someone else because we were already approved with our bank. They said they only do inside deals so they can screw you in the interest rate.

I was overly satisfied with the sales person, manager and finance department at EchoPark. I was searching for a jeep, found it there. The jeep they advertised was exactly what was on the lot and more. I was a first time buyer, they made my experience stress free. I am enjoying my new jeep.

The car prices seemed fair however I was not allowed to take a look at the car unless I answered all of their questions first. I was caught a little off guard when they said they didn't accept any outside financing as I was already pre-approved and ready to go. I feel they should disclose that rather than say they are competitive if you are not going to allow outside financing and you keep everything in house.

Bought the car, I live 3 hours away. On the way home car ABS and traction control came on. Also Airbag error and cruise control quit working. Think it's just a minor glitch with maybe the battery being disconnected. Contacted dealer today to see what we are going to do. Will update later on how the situation is handled.

My experience with this dealership has not gone well to say the least. Was put on hold for too long, was told I would get a call back, I texted the sales rep Adi...from the number she called me from and finally received a call back 3 hours later after I said “you must not want to sell me a car”. She sent me a quote to finance +10% and my credit score is excellent. I know why, they couldn’t get extra money on the back end since I was pre approved through on of their preferred lenders. I’ve waited a day and a half for Adi to call me back after she said she would get with the finance manager. Guess this dealership really does want to sell cars

Terrible customer service! They will not negotiate and they refuse to accept lending outside their expensive creditors. My CU gave me 4.49% and all they could bring to the table was 13%!!! I got my dream car someplace else.
