Dealership was nice, clean, bank-ish inside! Person I worked with or was supposed to meet was not who took care of me even though they
worked with appointment system it seemed like. Sales person that I ended up working with was nice and a straight shooter, you could tell
he had been in the game for a long time and has done well selling cars. Main down fall was they didnt haggle, there was no, hey can we
raise my trade-in value or lower the vehicle purchase price. Trying to get the best deal possible is in both the dealership and person
purchasing the vehicle interest, becoming a repeat consumer possibly. Reason I brought this up about the haggle, not even 1 week has
went by and they lowered the vehicle on the lot, which I may add seems to have been on the lot a long time, over 50 days. You have to
move cars to make money. Giving and taking a little is always needed for that, the dealership in the end was still going to make money on
whatever deal they were willing to make.

Decent. Don’t understand why they wouldn’t make sure to have two keys for the vehicle. But did help me out in the end. I would go back.

So that we can offer you a great car at below competitors' prices we do sell the car 'as is' and for some dealerships that means they don't do anything...We do a complete 190 point inspection of the vehicle to be sure it meets our standards before offering it for sale, but we don't buy additional keys, or replace missing floor mats...What comes with the car when we acquire it goes with the car when we sell it, and that's how we define 'as is' We agree those extras are nice, but we want to be sure we do

A waste of time. Could not use the credit union
financing I had lined up. I made a 45 minute drive for the
pre-approved and phone confirmed test drive only to be
told in the first minute my credit union was not an
acceptable financer. A wasted trip. Lost business for
them as well.

I was very disappointed because after going all the way out there on that Saturday, the SUV was not there when I arrived. Someone who worked for the company was using it while in town. I ended up test driving another vehicle but it was slightly more than the vehicle that I was originally going to purchase. I was also told that I would get a phone call once the person bought the vehicle back. I also had already gotten approved for the loan and had my check on hand. The following week on the Tuesday, I get an alert to my phone telling me that the vehicle had sold. No follow up from the salesperson or dealership.

This dealership is excellent. The showroom is clean and well laid out. Reception greeted me when I entered. My salesman was very friendly and professional. He did not attempt to pressure me into buying. EchoPark didn’t have the car I wanted on my first visit, but on the second visit they did. I bought the car.

After finding an SUV that met my needs I contacted these guys and had 3 different people verify that it was a smoke free vehicle as I had to drive 2 1/2 hrs. to test drive. Imagine my surprise when I got in and it reeked of smoke. I still willing to purchase if they'd lower price by $500.00 as I was mislead and change the cabin filter. They refused both. So I drove a total of 5 hours and used a tank of gas because I was lied to by 3 different people. Terrible experience.

I did not end up purchasing the vehicle, or any vehicle, but the whole stereotypical dealership experience does not apply here. Patrick Cooney was the sales representative I worked with while there and he was more than accommodating with my requested meeting/test drive times, and very responsive to text messages and phone calls. I am still searching for my replacement vehicle, but am keeping a close eye on Echo Parks inventory as I'd very much like to purchase through them and Patrick.

They claimed that they only offer accident free, one owner car. The car was damaged at both ends and had noticeable repairs that was easy to spot. In addition the car had additional issues with engine, interior and suspension. I also had pre approval for the price of the car but they do not allowed me to use my bank and forced me to use their own banks at much higher rate. Don’t be fooled by them. Do your home work.

Lou was amazing to my fiancée and I. He was patient, honest and very transparent. We didn't feel rushed or pushed to make a decision that we didn't want to make. Lou is very authentic. He worked to find is what we wanted in our budget. He also did a great job with our 2014 Nissan Altima appraisal. We got a great deal overall! This company ROCKSSSS.
Greg (manager) was awesome to receive advice from and very knowledgeable. He was very personable. He ensured that we were in good hands and checked on us throughout the process to keep that word.
This dealership is a breath of fresh air and we definitely recommend!!

Horrible experience. Dealership replied once over the course of the day. I repeatedly texted that I would like to come in same day with no response. Drove over half an hour there, stood out on the lot for over and hour in the heat, having called twice to ask for assistance, only to be told on the 3rd call that I needed to go inside (they aware that we’re in the far back corner of the lot with my handicapped boyfriend, mind you.) for assistance. We go inside only to be told they’re too busy and that though I was pre-approved, they would not accept my financing from my Federal Credit Union as they “do things differently” and only accept cash, credit card, or their in-house financing. For the heck of it, I applied for their financing. 11% to my credit union’s 2.99%. Great way to launder money and also lose business. I left LIVID! So no, definitely do not recommend.

We called them and told them that we were starting the 4 hr. drive to buy it. When we arrived we were told they already sold it. My wife cried her eyes out. Their excuse was I hadn’t used the magic word Hold. I almost punched him.
My sales lady Ashley was amazing, I don't want to take anything away from her by this bad review.
Customer service is absolutely horrible, I was to have tires put on after purchase (they pay for 2 and I pay for the other 2) I am unable to have a call returned or text responded to, the only person that responds is my sales lady.
We had every intention on purchasing a jeep for my wife from the same dealership but after the lack of customer service we will not do business with Echopark in the future.
There is no lack of calls from the call center requesting you leave a review on your experience.

Had a wonderful experience with echo park. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. Everyone was very kind. Told them what vehicle I was interested in they had it pulled out to the front within minutes. The salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions on the vehicle. Didn’t take long and I took it for a test drive. The hole process was quick , easy and was explained in great detail every step of the way. It was a bit of a drive for me to Charlotte but it was well worth it. Had been shopping around for a truck for a few weeks and found the best deal here. Best experience I’ve had with buying a vehicle and I’d highly recommend echo park to anyone!
EchoPark was quick to respond to my inquiry. They answered all the questions I had about purchasing my first vehicle. Their staff was so friendly and Ashley, specifically, made the experience enjoyable. The car was given to me clean and ready to take home! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone and I think their prices speak for themselves.
Salesman was very helpful, not pushy and easy to work with. They were able to put me in the truck I wanted with a very

Could not find car. Waited over an hour. Finally said they sold vehicle and offered me to look at other more expensive models. Called back the next day. And it was still available on line to purchase until I told them that I was there previously and then the story changed to oh, someone just pit in a financial offer an hour ago. Will never shop there again.

purchase a car I had already secured a loan on
and submitted all of my documentation for the
day BEFORE, I arrived in Charlotte to be told that

issues. RUN- this place is selling cars that don't
match the mileage or condition advertised
because are loaning them out and not telling

or changing the price to reflect the additional

I'd already test driven the same make and model
car at the dealership location near me, but this
car had lower
mileage and the darker interior I wanted. It was
literally meant to be a situation where I
confirmed the car was in the condition
represented on the site, sign my name, and drive
home.

Easy, fast and friendly!
I saw a car online that I liked. I received a phone call inquiring when I could come by so I made an appointment. When I arrived I was given to Patrick who told us about how they operate. We then went to look at the car I inquired about and another one. He was vey patient with me as I was deciding which one I was going to get. I finally made a decision and we went back inside to start the process. He was great through the entire process. I was very honest in what I was looking for and he made it happen. Thanks Patrick.
I have been wanting this specific Jeep for so long and my friends over at EchoPark made it happen for me the same day that I walked in! They
were openly honest about everything, super knowledgeable, and weren't pushy about me purchasing anything. They made sure that I was

My experience is mixed. I put a deposit on a car that was to be transported. The car didn't arrive and I found out, and the local
EchoPark office discovered the car had been sold out from under me. They have another similar car in their system and they are
working to get it to me. So, at this point our experience is ongoing. I'll have to wait to write a final review. The local manager has been
apologetic and is working to satisfy me. He should get credit for trying to rescue a disappointing situation.

I am very happy and surprised that my shopping experience were this good.
I had bought several cars for my family and this is the only time I feel I did a good deal.
Todd Petersen was more that just selling cars. He dedicated so much time explains how to navigate the financial system in my best interest. He was transparent from the beginning let’s us know all fees so there were not last minute surprises. I high recommend this dealership but more the costumer service from Todd.
Great experience from the minute you step in to the time you check out the vehicle. My only shocker was that the vehicles are not certified used, nor cleaned per what my sales person said. You buy it as is, hence why its below the market value. As an example the vehicle I looked at had 4 different tires. Lots of wear and tear and the inside was disgusting. My concern is you are not saving money if you have to get new tires, brakes, and other maintenance needs. A 160 check point tells me nothing. Once you drive off the lot you can purchase a protection plan from the dealership which at that point once you calculate the maintenance, replacing few things with the cost of getting a protection plan is really not good value. I cant speak for all the vehicles just the 4 I looked at. Im sure some are better than others. Overall decent value if your handy. Employees are friendly.

Great customer service.
Customer service while shopping remotely during the COVID pandemic is horrible. Below is a summary of the two interactions I have had
so far with EchoPark. Since any other dealer can provide you with an out the door price within an hour or two of requesting one, why are
they so hesitant to quote the total cost of a car? Is it because pricing cars lower than most dealers = excessive admin/doc fees than other
dealers which makes the OTD price a wash with them vs any other dealer? Is it because they care more about what your monthly payment
is going to be vs what the final price is you're paying for the car? I'll never know because it seems easier to end the COVID pandemic than
to receive an OTD quote from this dealer. This 2nd attempt for an OTD price was my last attempt to do business with this company.
Requested an out the door (OTD) price for the first car on 11/14/2020 which they were quick to respond to the inquiry. After asking for the
OTD price, received next email on 11/18/2020

Fantastic fast experience! I would recommend this dealer to anyone.
For about 6 months I was searching for a good recent used car. One of the dealers on cargurus that really got my attention was Echo Park in Charlotte NC. They really stand for their commitment, of selling good used
cars with no more than 50,000 miles no more than 4 years old at a very affordable price. This dealer was really quick to respond to me and really helped me purchase the car that I wanted. Communication with these folks is great!
Dealer looked clean and they even sanitized the vehicle before my test drive, since I bought it during this pandemic. I’m very thankful for the salesman who works at this dealership was able to help me, and did every thing within his reach to give me a good deal. It really helped that he is bilingual which made me really comfortable since I am also bilingual. If you need help in Spanish, definitely ask for him! Overall, don’t think twice of having these folks help you find the perfect used car for you! I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Went to buy a car and the sales person was very nice and friendly. Like a typical car buying experience, I picked the car I wanted, ran my credit and came back and told me they were waiting on an approval from the bank. I told her I had to leave so she said she will call me back in a while when they had an answer. She called me later and said they still didn't have an answer, it was all going to go through, that she was going to be off the following day but she was going to follow up with me or someone from the dealership will. It has been 3 days and I have not gotten a call back. I sell cars, but even if I have good or bad news for the customer, I do follow up, it is the proper thing to do. After all this, I came to the conclusion that this company only cares about taking your money and are definitely not focused on customer service.

Extremely disappointed with Echo Park Charlotte! I filled out the online form to let them know I’m interested in a vehicle. I immediately got a text asking if I wanted to come in and I replied “yes” but they didn’t follow up, so after waiting an hour and a half, I called Echo Park and asked for an appointment to see the vehicle. I was told I had to agree to financing terms, but I indicated we would probably be paying cash so didn’t need financing. We arrived the next day 30 minutes before our appointment. The man again went through financing expectations, told us about the history of their company, etc., and after several minutes he said he’d go get the vehicle. We waited several more minutes, but then he finally returned and said they sold it 30 minutes ago. In other words, while he’s sitting there repeating finance terms that I’ve already heard and told them I don’t need, they are selling our vehicle to someone else. If there is a hold policy, I was never told about it. Wasted time!

The process was quick. Explanation of the final price could have been better. The vehicle could have been processed or inspected better by the maintenance team. For example 3 tires facing one way and 1 facing another or the washer fluid not working because a line has fell off. Cleanliness of the vehicle should also be looked at.not a lot of effort went into cleaning.

Dealer only replied to my e-mail when I contact CarGurus to say I'd received no reply. As
many of EchoPark's reviews say, they advertise low prices to get you in the door, but really
aren't interested in your business unless you finance the purchase through them to allow
them to recover much of the discount through finance fees. Mine was to be a cash sale,
and I couldn't even get them to reply to my e-mails. Would never buy from them, despite
the seemingly good prices.

Nice clean environment. Busy, and good to see lots of people shopping there. We were seen
according to our appointment. The person who helped us was not particularly enthusiastic about
selling us a car, which was ok, except it made it difficult to get information about the vehicle we were
looking at.
The major difficulty for us was almost no way to pay for a vehicle, except finance, Cash or Debit. No
personal checks! Also, only warranty if you paid extra.

Good, we bought the vehicle, but the salesman didn't know the owners manual and extra key was in the trunk. The engine oil was 800 miles past service, and the car needed detailing. We were at the dealership about hours and the transition was quick. Sales staff was friendly, and wanted to help.

Good. They informed me it was sold. I was impressed with their operation. First time involved with them. I did not purchase a vehicle there so I can’t rate the total process.
Bought my 2018 Ram 1500 here. I was told that all cars were sold with a fresh oil change, however that is not true. Carfax reports last oil change at 9k+ miles (I bought the truck with 16k+) and my dash is telling me that my oil life is 0. Yes it is my fault for not verifying it before purchase, however I also think that I should be able to trust them about what they say and sell and that they aren't like many other dealers out there lying to sell.

The truck was in terrible condition which sort of explained the price. However, when I arrived right on time for my appointment, I was told I would probably have to wait 30 min. I wasn't real happy about that. It was probably 20-25 min. before a sales agent contacted me. And when he pulled the truck to the front, it was filthy inside. Nothing has been done to the truck in order to prepare it for my appointment. Very disappointing.

Unfriendly, deadpan reps that made it feel like they were bothered to show cars and do test drives. There were several times when I
mentioned a minor issue and the rep quickly suggested that if that is a dealbreaker let's not do a test drive. It feels like these guys don't
want to sell cars. There was a minor, but noticeable scratch on a car that I was interested in that wasn't mentioned in the description. I
asked if they would fix the scratches, and they said they wouldn't do anything to fix it. They have some good prices, but their service
makes me second-guess working with them in the future.

It was ok. But i did all the hard work and drove 2 hours to get it when I was told I could do a at home test drive but again no follow through. From the moment that we stepped into the door, we felt unwelcomed. All of the available agents walked away when we entered. The one that was left gave my son and I the driest most unwelcoming greet. I went to the restroom for about a minute. As I am coming out, I see that my son is getting ready to leave. He tells me that the agent immediately told him that they only finance within their company. Never asked him who was purchasing the car, what we were interested in, how did we hear any them, or anything. I came with a blank check, and they would have known that if they would have taken the time with us. I guess we did not fit the profile of someone coming with a blank check! So, we immediately left and I purchased myself a beautiful 370Z! Their loss, not mine!

I was contacted by a sales representative. Once contacted, I explained that I was looking for a replacement vehicle for our courier car for the bank that I work for. The sales rep transferred me to a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager informed me that in order to have the vehicle titled in the company name, either the CEO, CFO or an executive of the company would have to be present to sign for the purchase, even though it would be a cash purchase. We ended up finding a local dealership that allowed us to purchase the vehicle without having executive management on-site. Lost sale for EchoPark.

We went to Echopark three times. The first time we waited an hour to be seen-was supposed to be just 20 minutes. When we were seen, we were told that we couldn’t test drive more than 2 cars and if I didn’t know what I wanted I needed to do more research to narrow down my search-check insurance costs per car, car max reports, recalls,etc Not bad advice, but we felt a little pushed to either make a decision or leave. The second time we went, the young gentleman who took us for drives did allow me to drive 3 vehicles that we’d narrowed our search to, but he was quiet and didn’t know much about the vehicles, the technology( how to work the dash). The third time, Ryan helped us. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, showed us how to work the technology on the dash-all knew stuff for me, and allowed us to drive the vehicles at our pace. He sold us. The car was what we gad been looking for and the price was $2,000 cheaper than anywhere else we’d looked. Overall a good experience.

That is the exact reason why we use actual data from four different sources (Manheim, Blue Book, etc) to give you the highest market value for your trade. Only selling vehicles that are 1-4 years old, with less than 50,000 miles, most of the trade-in's are not purchased for resale purposes. Therefore, we are able to give you as close to auction value as possible since our goal is to purchase/trade-in your car without the intent to make money on resale. The environment was relaxing and there were no sales person running out the door to hound us as soon as we parked. The buying process was quick and painless. All of there inventory is no longer than 4 yrs old and have a carfax report with no accidents or damage. All of the vehicles have low mileage as well. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a new vehicle. We are pleased with the experience and process.

They earned my business by being completely transparent and honest, there are some things they can do to make the environment more helpful like providing phones, and a snack machine at least, other than that, it was a great experience. Feel blessed to have done business. One more thing, get the credit unions to get on board and work out the kinks in financing.

This purchase was good until I test drove the car and noticed no SD card for the SAT/NAV. I was assured that this would be mailed to me within a couple of days. It’s been 2 weeks and still no card. When I tried to call, I would be placed on hold and disconnected. I contacted Corporate on 2 occasions. My husband had to take the vehicle to a local dealership and spend out of pocket money to resolve this issue. I pray that no one else has to go through a purchase like this. I spoke with someone and set up a time to test drive after reading the description on the explorer. It clearly stated that the car had a DVD player which is essential for me right now. There weren’t any pictures showing the top of the car so I assumed the description was correct.After driving for 2 hours to the dealership, they pull the car around and it doesn’t have the DVD player. The sales rep just said “I’m sorry we’ve had this happen before.” They didn’t offer to compensate me for gas or anything. So, we drove the 2 hours back home and wasted our whole day with this dealership.

We had a great experience with Echo Park. Irvin helped us out a few different times we visited. We simply could not find a better deal than Echo Park anywhere. Irvin was great in answering questions and going through the process. The process did take over 5 hours to buy the car, which was insane... But, to their credit, a storm was going crazy and reset their power while putting in our information. The worst part of Echo Park is their "detailing" and pictures team. VERY blurry photos are taken and then posted, which makes no sense to me. Their cleaning team is terrible. One of the vehicles we really liked, their team had sprayed some sort of chemical to clean it and didn't wipe it, which ruined the plastic on all doors, center console and the dashboard. That stopped us from buying that one. When I purchased my car, they "cleaned" it, but it didn't look like it at all. So, Irvin helped me vacuum it out ourselves.

They don't accept outside financing, so you are stuck with their sub prime financing, or paying cash. They didn't mention this, until i got to the dealership and after i called and talked to then about financing.

People do not pressure you whatsoever as they are not paid a commission. Positive is that the car prices are pretty low by the negative is that they don’t budge on the price unless it has been sitting on the lot a while then they lower the price after so long. Many of the cars are dirty and what I call a quick clean. I looked at one car and the price was pretty good but the dash looked like someone took a screwdriver and just put over 20 dents in it and there is no way I would pay that much for a vehicle looking like that. Their doc fee is high as well

Worst car buying experience I've ever had! Here is a list of issues within 1 week of buying car. #1 rotors had to be replaced #2 steering problems.. was advised to take to BMW for diagnoses and service #3 front and rear bumper damage.. don't purchase when it's dark out #4 trunk doesn't work #5 car wasn't even detailed #6 they will add $3000 warranty to your loan and paperwork without even asking.

Vehicle was clean. Listing accuracy was good. Customer service and communication not good. Once I had reached dealership and was ready to do the deal than they told they do not take outside lender. It would be great if they inform this upfront to the customer.

I like the way EchoPark handles car sales and the friendly staff seem
to be exceptional. However, I was quite disappointed in the cars my
daughter and I looked at. Looked at 3 different cars and found
issues with all of them. Issues like leaking moonroof, noisy engine,
loose bumper, excessive scratches and dings. EchoPark claims that
their cars go through a 190 point inspection to ensure that the cars
are ready for the customers, but I’m not sure if this is accurate.

Their low prices are a scam...bait and switch..I contacted them because of the great price on this car..to be informed they would not accept my credit union as payee...so I asked what kind of APRs their lenders offered ... email reply "we've seen 2%" I let them pull my credit.. they offered 6.49% I got 3.9% from my CU on a car listed 1k more saving me thousands of dollars over 5 years even paying a higher initial price... it's a scam.. I bet if you follow the money echo park is connected to the lenders they use.. they are a total ripoff and utterly unscrupulous...

Then after hanging up on him because I couldn't get a salesperson I was called multiple times by some business customer help department. I had to be ugly to get them to not call me again! Excellent, no pressure sale. No haggling. No passing customers from one salesperson to another! It appears EchoPark deals only with slightly used cars (around 35,000 miles or less). Most are single owner, fleet leased. All pass NC inspection. All have a clean Carfax--which they print and give to you. NOTE: their cars are sold "as is", so any missing keys, floormats, grommets, etc. are not their concern -- this keeps the overall price of the car down. They were very upfront about all costs, including extended warranty coverage. No surprises. The only niggle was the $500 document and titling fee, which is $200 more than some other discount places. But otherwise the cars are nicely priced, so if they have a car you like for $200 less than anywhere else, this is the place to go. Brandon was excellent, and knew his cars. Oh, and the coffee is great! Like buying a car at the Apple Store.

It was a great buying experience. I really like how the sales people worked as a team and how fast the process was. I also found the doc fees much more reasonable than most dealers (under 300 compared with 600ish at others). And i wasn’t pressured at all. Very happy with my buying decision.

Drove 4 hours to see a vehicle that was priced "under the market value" and they didnt have the common courtesy of cleaning it out. It was in awful condition, dirty, and smelled a little funky. The staff was very nice and understanding but as the saying goes " there is no such thing as the right price for the wrong vehicle" this was absolutely the wrong vehicle.

Not sure the company is actually in business of selling vehicles over gap insurance and extended
warranties. Truck price was okay. They were unwilling to negotiate. My loan was approved, they
automatically included in the financing the gap insurance and the extended warranty, which I only
inquired about. The online financing calculator showed a monthly payment I was willing to work with.
The actual monthly payment was $125 more. They wanted me to take out cash advances on my
credit cards, a much higher interest rate, to come up with more down payment. The only
compromise was lowering the 9.9% interest rate, which really wasn't them but the bank. My
excellent credit score should have earned me around 4% interest rate where they were asking
double. I don't know if they get kickbacks for the higher rate. I left the store not coming to terms on
the payment and later emailed two associates to see what the payment would be without the
warranty and gap. I have yet to be contacted. Bad experi
