They sold the vehicle I was interested in checking out the day before I got to see it and didn’t even notify me. I then noticed that during appraisal of my vehicle the appraiser took my vehicle for a drive when none of the appraisers were “test driving” any of the vehicles they were appraising. I was then given an appraisal that stated my vehicle was blue when my vehicle is clearly a dark smoke grey with red stripes. The appraiser was not customer savvy and was very rude. He basically called me a liar during our interaction and seemed as though he was offended that I noticed he had gotten the color of my car wrong on the appraisal. This led me to think, what other information was incorrect on their appraisal for my vehicle. He also showed me the supposed car fax for my vehicle which was definitely wrong due to the simple fact that the car fax said I was the third owner of my vehicle when I am most definitely the second owner. I do not recommend this dealer whatsoever.

Good deal.. Very attentive and friendly staff. We purchased the vehicle. Only drawback was there was only 1 key...and we weren't told until after we bought it. Now we're trying to find someone that can make another and have an extra expense.

Made an appt for a car drove an hour to get there and was told to wait as another person had come in to test drive it. Waited 30 min to be told other person was buying car. Wasted three hours of my time so sales person could stack his deck! Will not be going back to Echo Park.

Echo park does not allow for contactless purchasing. We planned on purchasing a new car when my husband was in Denver for a work trip.
We had very few options for cars in our area and knew that Echo park had a lot of inventory. Since this was a work trip, I would be staying
home. We called around to several dealers to see how we could make this happen. Several of the dealerships were very willing to work with
us on this but Echo Park would not allow for remote signatures on the paperwork. To get the best financing we wanted both of us to be on the
paperwork. We Purchase a vehicle from another dealer today who FedExed the paperwork so that I could be on the financing. I am sure
that there are not many people who need contactless service very often but the lack of customer service when we called also turned us away
from considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. We called many dealerships and the service at Echo park was by far the worst!

Poor customer service. Reserved a test drive only to have my time given to someone else. Drove an hour round trip and waited at the dealer for 30 min to be told the car was gone. Sales person was rude and unapologetic.

Would give them a negative star if possible. Felt a lil profiled. Gave me a low offer on my trade in. Didn’t try to help with pretty much anything. Every other customer had more than one person helping them was left alone for like 5 minutes while I was left alone at the least for 30 minutes.

Hands down the best car buying experience to date. My husband and I did some online shopping for our new vehicle on CarGurus and found EchoPark. We contacted the dealer through the

Good sales person, wished the car had at least enough gas to take me to the nearest gas station when driving it out of the lot after purchase. I have no clue how to manage any settings in my new vehicle as this was not discussed with me, and now it is telling me that I need to service it.. what does that mean, an oil change?

For a first time car buyer it was a good experience, until we signed the paperwork. I found a much lower interest rate for financing on my own and was pressured into the warranty.
Got a quick response, but when I showed up I was told to wait 15-20 mins. After 40 mins I checked backin, and was told to wait a little longer.
Sales rep texted me 50 mins after my arrival, but I had already left. Not very good at communicating, regardless of how busy they were.

Made a appt to see 2 jeeps. When i got there found out one was sold and the other transferred to Thornton. Later to find out it wasn't transferred.
Brought my banks preapproval for loan. Was told by their salesperson that the interest rate i received was too low and without running a credit check i would be at least 2 points higher and if i to leave
I guess they make more money on finance than selling cars

Purchase was great. Salesman was very helpful. The reason for 3 stars is the vehicle was dirty when I picked it up. It looked as though they had attempted to clean it but they were in a rush. I expected more considering they had a couple hours to clean it while I finished my day at work.

I contacted this dealer in regard to a vehicle that interested me. They informed me they focus primarily on in house financing and use very few outside financial agencies. As I use my credit union to buy all of my vehicles (best rates), I was dissapointed to learn this. Their rate is a good 2-2.5 points higher than my CU. In addition, they will not adjust the vehicle price at all in order to make up for their less competitive rate. "Our prices are locked and cannot be negotiated". No thanks. In short, you're paying a higher vehicle price as well as a much higher finance rate.

I was surprised at how easy this process was. The staff was very
accommodating to me. They allowed me to hold the car for 48
hours,after we papered the deal based on my approved credit, until
I could provide the down payment I had promised. My sales agent
was very courteous and professional also.
The only negatives I saw was the lack in attention to detail once we
picked up the car. No one took the time to show my wife the
features and controls of the car. I did that myself before leaving the
lot. The vehicle had some stains on the seat and dash that were
overlooked and the owners manual was missing. ( I could have
used this when demoing the car to my wife.)
I still give them 5 stars as they are minor points and things that
should be considered for future improvement. I would still
recommend this dealership.

I had a pretty good experience. The person I dealt with was great also (I forgot his name ) What I DIDN'T like was, unless you went on a week day, you can not have your vehicle looked at by a mechanic, unless they are open on the weekend. I was told that Ecopark has too much vehicle turnover per weekend, that they really could not place a "hold" on the car.

Very different experience, their entire model differs from typical car dealerships. Environment felt pressure free. My appointment to test drive the car was at noon, I was driving off with new car 2.5 hours later.

Great experience! I was super impressed with the selection of cars and they were all just like new. From start to finish they were great to work with. No more of the days of high pressure sales. Trading in my 2010 Grand Cherokee, I bought a 2016
Grand Cherokee at this location on December 16,
2019. It was the vehicle I wanted (except the driver
power seat it lacks and one I wanted so bad). My
overall experience leaves a lot to be desired.
I don’t know much about vehicles, and the salesperson
was being pushy, unfriendly, and was unhelpful with
information, either out of ignorance or just a sale tactic.
That’s one of reasons I couldn’t catch the manual
driver seat — instead of power seat — in the vehicle I
was purchasing.
Also, after already applying for Navy Federal car loan, I
was rushed into accepting and signing their financing
option from Bank of America only for Navy Federal to
approve my loan application a few hours later with a
far better APR — but it was too late.
I won’t recommend this place for anyone who values a
good customer experience.
They offer free car washes with the purchase of most vehicles, That can save you thousands over time.

It’s complicated. I did not get the Subaru as it was being sold when I arrived. I tested a Ford Escape and liked it. Returned the next day to purchase. Their hard sales tactics On warranty packages are a bit much for me. Then they told me my credit rating was much lower than it actually was ( saw it in writing afterwards) so it was difficult getting to a manageable %. now my check engine light is in but they said they will fix it. Heading there today.

They claimed they did not negotiate the price on the vehicle but I later learned that they do negotiate. They do have a nice selection of vehicles but you have to wait on the salesman to get everything ready before they sit down to talk about the vehicle

I really liked the way they handle it with a person who provides the initial response to internet inquiries. Every time I inquired about a car in
any of the EchoPark dealerships, I always heard back (immediately) from the same person, who was a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly,
responsive, and provided detailed answers. She would always ask if I wanted to set up an appointment to come in and look at the vehicle, but
respected my wishes when I told her I was just in the preliminary phases of seeing what's out there and wasn't ready for that yet.

Matthew was SO friendly. I had been looking for a 4WD vehicle for the winter and I’d seen quite a few Patriots at various trim levels. The important thing was that I needed a non-CVT transmission, which EchoPark had! He made the whole experience happy, relaxed, and positive. Even his manager Jim was super funny despite it being the end of the night right before the weekend. I will look here first if I’m in the market again! Concise process and enjoyable folks! Thank you!

As an out of state purchaser, I can put your mind at ease. I took a leap of faith and flew down to purchase this car and drive it back and couldn't be happier with the vehicle as well as the people at Echo Park. Horrible experience, worst customer service I've ever had. They had me drive 400 miles just to tell me that they sold the car they were holding for me and tried to upsell me a more expensive one. I can't imagine how they stay in business. Manager Scott actually text me that they sold my car instead of calling, like it was no big deal. I will be reporting to BBB and leaving a review on every site to warn others not to do business with them.

The experience went well. The only negative thing I would say is because you make your appointments through someone who is off site, my salesman didn’t know what car I was looking at and didn’t have time to look up the basic facts about the car. He had to look them up while I was there. He was very friendly though.

Simply put, they booked me an appointment to drive two hours to come and test drive the car that I planned to purchase, and when I made it there, they said they sold the car 5 hours prior and it left the lot 30 minutes ago... No call, No text, nothing! Just a waste of 4 hours there and back, a waste of V8 gas, and a cup of coffee offered for the waisted trip.
Literally the most unprofessional thing that I have ever experienced with a car dealership. I was told oops someone should have contacted you... You think! I would give 0 stars to this dealership if I could!
Don’t waste your time if your looking for a dealership that treats customers the right way!

Even if we hadn't purchased a car here (which we did) I'd go back there again! This was a new pressure, relaxed place to buy a car. There was no back and forth bickering because they already had the lowest price on the car that we could find anywhere. We knew what our car was worth as a trade, and they were spot-on. They let us drive as many cars as we were interested in without any concern for their time. And once we decided to purchase our car, it took about an hour from start to finish.

Had made an appointment for a test drive the following day. It happened to be in between long row of very long shifts, so I wanted to make sure the vehicle is still available, it’s also over an hour drive for me to get there. I called before I left to verify my appointment, and called once more asking questions about possibly putting the vehicle on hold instead, but understandably it cannot be done without putting 500 down. So I continued my journey to this dealership. When I arrived, the representative had no idea where the vehicle was that I was coming to test drive. And then he had found that it had been sold earlier in the day. This place seems to want to display them selves as modern and up-to-date, but I found it extremely rude that they did not take the time to call other people coming to see the same vehicle and inform them that the vehicle was not there. Pretty sure they have that capability. Never returning here.

It was all good, but not great... can it ever be?
Everyone was kind and professional.
Price on the care we bought was $1800 under book, though not the
20% they boast of... still, not bad!
Only two negatives. The best trade-in they would give me was
seemingly about 3-4K under book.
The worst part of the whole experience was having no forewarning
that they do not accept checks, or credit cards... only cash, cashier's
check, or debit card. That cost another hour or so to sign a second
contract for the down payment and pay it off with an overnighted
cashier's check the next business day. A HUGE HASSLE!

Employees were knowledgeable
These guys and gals were fantastic. My sales guy was extremely knowledgeable on his works policies, paperwork, he was extremely kind and patient and so were his work colleagues. This dealership saves money on their cars by using unique marketing and business strategies and probably has some of the best prices on used cars. All cars are hail damage and salvage Title free. The car I bought was a 2017 Toyota Corolla LE. It’s a beautiful car and I’m extremely pleased with my decision to buy from this dealership. P.S. The sales guys are compensated hourly, not commission like the typical dealers, therefore there is no urgency to actually sell on their end which breeds an honest environment.

When we got there Nick was not there and we got Renee. he was basically talking to us like a robot, just regurgitating what he is programmed to say and not talking to us like people. Very odd. Had to keep looking at his pad to answer our questions! Sop I was not comfortable with his knowledge of anything. then took us down a slippery hill to look at other cars. and kept saying how they save money for not paying for accommodating customers. so there is no transportation(golf cart to take us in a safer manner, terrible!

Quick and easy car buying experience. We liked the casual feel and did not feel pressured by the salesperson to buy the car or any of the products offered. He gave us a lot of information about the car and their products but we didn't feel like he was trying to sell us anything. We went with a specific car in mind, took it for a drive and had signed papers all within hour and a half

They were informative and professional, but they do not allow you to have
the vehicle you are considering checked out by your own mechanic. This
was a red flag and made me walk away.
Dealer advertises a low price upfront that way there is no hassle and stress free. The prices seem lower but actually end up being higher when you factor in the warranty costs. Other dealerships typically include a warranty in the their upfront price which makes Echoparks price higher than the rest making it more stressful. I feel like this is a bit sneaky.

EchoPark at Centennial personnel were great to work with. They were
very busy when we checked in (although we didn't have an appointment, I
had emailed them that I was coming in). When Patrick (who is a buyer I
believe for Echo Park), saw us waiting, he took it upon himself to show us
the vehicle we ultimately ended up buying. Mike (sorry, don't have his card
with me)was helpful -- even going so far as to hook me up online to renew
my expired driver's license!), as well as the finance personnel were all
friendly and efficient. We really liked their business concept and how they
work to make the car buying process as quick and pain free as possible.

Woman I spoke to was very business like and formal and not very friendly over the phone. Price was about $800.00 over KBB and she indicated the listed price was etched in stone and there was no room to negotiate. I checked other vehicles in Echo's inventory and found most of them I checked to b3 3-4% above KBB and not good deals at all. I did not even go look at the vehicle even though it was what my wife and I are looking for. If Echo would get real about a selling price I am a serious buyer. So far they have not contacted me again.
