pleasant & informative
My husband and I had an awesome experience at Dimmitt Cadillac St. Petersburg. I was contacted quickly, and they weren’t overbearing. Brand Specialist, Will and finance manager, Carolyn were very kind, personable, and professional. We drove over 10 hours to purchase this vehicle and it was well worth it! The general manager, Andrew greeted us when we arrived. I would definitely purchase my next luxury vehicle from this dealership in the future.

As so stated in other reviews, they were prompt in their response and very courteous. The car I was interested in...even though it was a CPO...had been, according to the dealership, in a minor accident. Thus, I did not wish to pursue the purchase any further. I would consider buying from Dimmitt Caddillac in the future should the right vehicle come along.
Based on this experience, I would rate them a five star.

I was advised by the internet sales Rep that upon my arrival to ask for sales manager, He
then put me in contact with a sales consultant, Deniz A. I was advised by Deniz that the
vehicle I was inquiring about was no longer available. He then showed me another vehicle
very similar to the vehicle I was looking for. Deniz was very professional and made every
effort to meet my expectations for the vehicle I was looking for. Although the vehicle was not
the color or exact style I wanted I elected to place a fully refundable deposit on it until my
spouse could see it. Deniz maintained constant communication with me. Prior to returning to
see the vehicle my spouse found the vehicle that met almost every expectation we were
looking for. Although I did not purchase a vehicle from Deniz at Dimmitt Cadillac I would
recommend my friends to them.

This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had! I inquired about an Impala they had listed and was replied to by several folks at the dealership and ultimately was set up with Robert Burns. It is definitely the people that make the experience! I had already approched the deal with my own financing and the rest was a piece of cake. No pressure, beautiful dealership and great people! I would highly recommend purchasing from Dimmitt Auto group!
