After communicating for over a week and multiple wasted trips there the sales manager and I had a deal. I finally got to take the truck for a test drive due to it was constantly in service everytime they had me come by. I had my financing done and ready to sign papers only to be greeted by a different sales manager with a totally different deal on paper im guessing they hoped I wouldn’t catch. I asked to speak to the sales manager I had been dealing with but conveniently he was not available the rest of the day. The sales manager helping me says I must have misunderstood yet I have a strand of text to back it up. I accidentally cussed in disbelief not at him but just in general so he kicks me out of the store. These guys lied from day 1 to me and I’m assuming just had someone pop up with a deal that they would make better off of and moreless just wieseled their way out of it. This is after I ran my credit abd had my application already done with numbers I had agreed to. Shady!
Wow! I can’t praise Waynesville Automotive enough!! They have kept in contact with me every day, answering every question I have and going above and beyond normal customer service. They worked with me in every way possible as I worked out a settlement on my former car. Thank you, Waynesville Automotive and all your staff. I recommend you highly to everyone.

Very pleasant experience at dealership. Salesperson was very helpful and professional.
While I did hear back immediately from the dealer, there was a 5k markup on the car that was NOT included in the price they had listed. The price listed was for “local” customers only. I still considered purchasing the vehicle because they are hard to come by at the moment. They did keep in contact throughout the process however, they offered substantially less (around 6k to be exact) than their online trade in calculator offered for my current car. The salesman tried to tell me it was because the online calculator didn’t account for mileage, which it does. After explaining this and then “agreeing” to give me 5k for my trade, some who the overall purchase price didn’t change. We chose to order a 2023 suburban from our local dealer and pay MSRP. Granted, the vehicle won’t be in for 6-8 months but we are currently in a 2021 Tahoe which we don’t mind anyway so it worked out. I would definitely recommend shopping elsewhere.

Very polite and gave me great information. Was not pushy and very pleasant
to talk to. I did not end up buying a car here tho.

We were contacted, and they held the car long enough for us to get there, since we live 2 1/2
hours away. Our salesperson, Kaitlynn was great! She made the buying experience a lot less
stressful.

They sold the 2021 jeep to someone else. They wanted me to buy a used Jeep of my
choosing for the price of a new one. I am still searching for a new vehicle that I like.

The sales team was great... Sylva manager (male) was not friendly and tried to talk me into a new vehicle that was WAY out of my budget.

Bad experience. Had an appointment to look at car. They sold it and didn’t even call or text me that it was gone. I drove an hour to look at it and it was gone. Then tried to sell me something not even close to what I wanted . Will not go there again

the sale person was very very rude to us. The pictures they put on the web
did not show the driver side which had been wrecked and was full of
scratches!! I would not recommend any one to buy there !
Excellent dealership. Their internet person contacted me right away. I bought this car a Chevy avalanche. I live 235 miles from this dealership. They helped and assisted me just like I was a local person. The staff were very friendly and professional in every respect. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Drove to waynesville from Union SC to look at Ford Ranger only to have price increased by a thousand dollars which included a docking fee of 699. not to mention the truck made a noise and they would not even check it out to see if it was a serious issue. Would not recommend them at all.

The truck i called about had been sold but Waynesville Automotive group
made an effort to help me find what i was looking for. They seem like good

I contacted their internet specialist with a question about the truck. She was
quick to reply and set me up for an appointment to see the truck. The
salesman was very helpful and after I purchased the truck, he gave me
lessons on how to operate the electronics that I was unfamiliar with.
Waynesville Automotive Group was easy to business with.

These folks are a joke! Call you up telling you that you are clear and Congrats, empty your old car out , and load the kids up and head over, You will be driving home in a New Truck.. Well we got there, the truck we thought we had looked and applied for was- HA HA HA , Sold yesterday.!!!!! BUT, WE have this Brand New 2013 Jeep we will put you in instead.......But now , they Need more Money, Higher Payments, went from $250 +_/-, to $410+ a Month HA Ha Ha..And then the salesman to yell at my wife while she is breastfeeding the baby.... Very Rude, Very Misleading Car Dealer..........................................
